Update: Having been contacted by the owner to address my concerns, I really felt compelled to edit my review to reflect their commitment to service. Service may be hit or miss, but it's mostly a hit and they want to address the misses (and no, the owner didn't even HINT at me changing my review, I felt compelled to do it 100% of my own volition). Changed from 3 to 4 stars
