While they initially present as a professional recruiting firm they don't perform professionally once you engage in pursuing a job opportunity with them. They are disorganized in communicating about opportunities and don't follow up after you interact with potential employers. If the employer is hiring directly don't bother going through the Innovar Group they will just get in the way of your job search.
