Just bought a 2016 Explorer that was in great condition and at a great price. Lower than anywhere else I've seen in months of searching, plus they gave me a very fair amount on my trade in. Ask for Irian Jones when you go there, and she'll take great care of you!

Customer service after the sale of used vehicle has been a nightmare. I took the Sorento back to address issue with hidden damage and was promised a call back within the next two days after the sales manager spoke to the GM. After waiting 2 weeks I began attempting to contact used car sales manager myself and have been put on hold forever and call disconnected 5 times. Looks like I will have to stand in the lobby again to get any response.

I once gave a good review of this location. However since my last visit. I will not return. There Service Department is horrible due to the incompetence of one worker named Mike at Union City-the really big guy. He is rude and misquoted prices and the most unbelievable experience is that my Kia Soul was damage when I left this location. I choose another company to complete my repairs we re people show respect and honesty in there work.

Nicole, Erica, Jawon and Brandon, got me what I needed. Got me what I wanted. Thank you. But when it came to servicing my newly bought vehicle, the company played the okie-doke, leaving me in hold for 20-30 minutes, more times than I can count, and never returned my calls . . .for a simply fix I found after the purchase.

Juwan was awesome and my experience was positive. I was able to buy a Lexus that had not even made it the front lot for $6K less than Bank value. Needed a couple of things done and they called me Larry handled it. Not your typical dealership as they are bare bones. No tv while waiting and no coffee or water offered!
Prices are set and though I walked out, they did not budge.

One of the best car buying experiences! The initial contact was a bit bumpy but after speaking with Mike Hugo, i was set at ease. Went in the next day, spoke with Mike when I arrived and was introduced to V. Had spoken to V the previous day and he followed up later after having a few computer issues. Once with V, we looked at the vehicle I came to get but it had be sold. V asked q lot of questions to see what I wanted and made suggestions of alternative vehicles as we went along. Finally settled on a car that was in my price range, a newer model, what I wanted (a sunroof) and more than I expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and in fact already have.

first i would like to thank Garland my sales person he didnt pressure me when all i asked for was prices. I actually came bavk the next day and purchase my infiniti. My finance guy rashad was awesome sauce! She really didnt his magic on the numbers. And jawon was awesome on showing me my features to my car. The only thing is services needs to step up there services. You never can reach anyone to set a appointment. I had to go through the a sales manager just to get any thing done. They need a new point of contact for services. Because it sucks horribly

I hate to be the one to call out this auto company,but I live in Auburn,al and I call this company and ask them about a kia optima 2012 with the black rims and they told me the car was still in there inventory .So I drove from Auburn to get that car and when I got there they had stop pay on the car, I told them but I call you before I came to atlanta and u said that the car was in your inventory. So I walk out with no car and mad,but the sad thing is they still have this car on there line for sale Liar, Liar pants on fire.

Worst car buying experience possible! A transaction that should not have taken more than an hour took 6 HOURS! And we didn't even haggle on the price or have bad credit, it was all about answering some questions about which banks they use and mpr. Finally closed the deal and they sent the car to be detailed and the guys scratched the hood trying to remove sap, we took the car anyway but now can't get an answer as to how they are going to fix it. Very disappointing as a the first experience for my son buying a car, I wanted him to be happy and instead he walked out of there stressed out and with a damaged vehicle, and I can't even get someone to call me back now.

Horrible customer service today!
We were referred to this dealership by a gentleman at the Duluth location. So we drove pretty far to get there. We were greeted by a young lady With an African accent (can t remember her name). She walked us into the dealership told us to sign in and she walked off, leaving both us and the guy at the counter lost as to what was going on. He had to then tell her to walk us to her desk if she was going to help us (you can tell he was also annoyed ). As soon as we sit down another young lady with glasses comes over spraying perfume and interrupting our sales lady as if we were not there. The perfume irritates my allergies along with the inconsiderate and bad service irritating everything else. The lady with glasses proceeds to hover over our sales lady so I asked if we were interrupting something or holding them up from something else. They both say no, but perfume lady is still hovering. As we are going over the inventory with our sales lady who at this point is visible showing how she doesn t want to help us, perfume lady is standing there telling her that everything that we would like to look at is sold . At this point I just ask for my license back and leave. Justin in Duluth needs to go to union city and teach a class in customer service.

Had a great experience at ALM. Sale agents Alex and Samuel. Finance was great with Tony. Jawon Derek were also great getting us ready to go with the final look at the car.

Mike was my sales person and he was amazing. Got me in the car of my dreams! Jawon put gas in my car and made sure I knew all of the features so I know how to operate it and he was just so sweet! Come to this place if you want a good quality car!

This place is a true prime example of theach reason cars salesmen got a bad reputation. I drove almost 3 hours to look at a few cars I seen online here and I guess since I'm a female and nobody was with me they could take advantage of me. I learned my lesson on not to trust anyone when it comes to buying a car but I guess they thought I could fall for another "good deal". I told them repeatedly I was only looking for a car and wasn't planning on buying that day but they kept pushing a car on me. Told me they would give me $5000 as trade in on my car then do 72 payments of $250. This was on a $12500 vehicle! Too bad for them I know how to do math and the car they were trying to give me a good deal on was not worth $23000 by far! They were rude when I left . Oh & let me add that the way you are dressed when you're working at a car lot has a big impression on folks. The sagging pants and shirt not tucked was by far fromy professional looking so I caught on to this place as soon as I walked in. Not to mention the music they were playing in the store. Some people don't care to listen to music about making love and whatever else they had playing. Very unprofessional place that made me feel so out of place. I will never even consider going back here and I'll make sure none of my family or friends do either! I left there and went to a different dealership & was offered over $2500 more for my trade in plus a car loaded with less miles for thousands less. Thank God I didn't listen to them when they tried talking me out of going to this dealership.

A truly delightful experience. We located the car of my dreams in the shortest imaginable time, all THREE of them. Francis Akin was friendly, informative, and patient while I decided among them. The finance mgr. Tony cut thru the red tape quickly and jovially. Jawon, the delivery specialist, guided me knowledgeably thru all the basic, as well as the high-tech functions on my great new car!

Kia dealership south of Atlanta. That dealership was sad. The car we planned to test drive was not clean or detailed. Coffee spilled on front seat! The carpets in the dealership were filthy with smashed popcorn and gum. The bathroom was horrendous. These people need to take some pride and clean! Our salesperson was completely unprepared, and did not learn anything about the vehicle we were test driving. So when we had questions about the car no features were known at all. Sad. Worst experience with a dealer ever. We did not purchase.

I had an appointment Monday, June 15, 2019 to view a used car I had been eyeing online. But sadly, someone else got to it first and was signing papers right as we walked in the door. But Tyrone Duncan was gracious enough to have us follow him to an ALM sister dealership in Newnan and see a car of the same year/make/model/trim/mileage--- we test drove it and fell in love, even though it wasn't the original color I wanted. I couldn't pass it up. Tyrone jumped through hoops for us to get the car transferred to the Union City dealership while we got our financing squared away. I can't say enough good things about him. You should definitely ask to work with him, he'll make it happen for you. And then on our way out with our new (to us) car, Jawon was there to help do a quick check of all our lights and wipers to be sure they were in working order, and also spent some time teaching me how to use all the really cool features on our infotainment unit. If you're looking for a new Kia or want to check out their used cars, I highly recommend ALM Kia South.
