Do not buy a car from this dealership!!! Management is completely dishonest and shady. I purchased my second car from ALM on Dec. 5. My sales person, Kelvin and finance manager, Cleo, were fantastic. 2 days later I received a call from Joe Lewis at the dealership demanding I bring the car in for a "VIN" check because several Acuras were "missing". When I told Mr. Lewis I could not bring the car that evening and because I didn't live in Union City, would need to bring it when I was available, he became beligerant and told me to "bring his car back and if I wouldn't he would have a sales person to come to get the car". I stopped by the dealership to speak with his manager about my treatment only to find out Joe is the the GM. He continued to belittle, berade and attempt to intimidate me, until I told him I didn't want to complete the sale and wanted my car back. I am sure that is what he wanted considering something shady was going on with the car.
I was told the sale was voided. Yet I received financing information from the new finance company. I am having to get a lawyer involved.

Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere!!!!

The buying experience was great. They were super friendly, stayed late to make sure we were happy. However, once we left, it is as if they are unreachable. They have not paid off my trade in, they have not completed title work, I have called and emailed several times and unable to get a return call or email. If I get the receptionist I seem to always get disconnected. Very unhappy at this point. Would love a call back!

Scott Gould was our sales person and he made our experience with buying a new vehicle very pleasant. He listened to our needs and did all he could to fulfill them. We really appreciated his honesty, patience and how he created a no pressure environment. Jawon Shaw really sealed the deal with educating us on the operations of the vehicle that we selected. He was very educated on the features of the vehicle and so were we after the experience we had with him. Jawon s laid back personality and expertise was just what we needed. ALM South provided exceptional customer service from beginning to end, starting with our salesman Calvin Hutchinson, who tirelessly worked, searched and connected us with the perfect car, his patience with us was genuine, one of the Executive Managers Samuel Anokam who listened and heard our our financial requests and delivered exactly what we wanted and last but not least, Delivery Specialist Jawon Shaw, who put the icing on the cake with his professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle and setting up all the high tech "stuff", blue tooth, locating and identifying all the gadgets and making sure we understood how everything works, which I've never, ever experienced with any other dealership when purchasing a vehicle! It was truly a pleasure to patronize a business in my own community!

I just purchased a 2013 Ram 3500. The truck was perfect for what I needed, and Kieth and the manager, Darryl, managed to get it into my price range. Other than needing 2 new front tires, which ALM replaced, the truck and experience was near perfect. Cecil handled the paperwork at the end of the night, staying with us until 11:30 PM to get it done. I appreciate the dedication and work that went into me getting the truck that I need, wanted, and enjoy having. Great work guys. You will be recommended to everyone who asks where they should go to buy a vehicle.

My sales rep was very helpful in the begining as well as the staff. After leaving the dealer with my new truck the check engine light came on. I returned to have it repaired. They worked on the truck. It all seemed well however two days later my check engine light is on agian any the dealer is no longer replying to me. They put on a good front untill you sign your purchase agreement.

Bought a 2016 Camaro there in 2017. I later found out that it had previously been wrecked and that it was overpriced due to that. Fast forward two years later and now my display doesn't work. So, I have no way to use my back up camera and I can't listen to the radio. The chevy dealership I took it to said it would cost $900 to replace the display. This has been a total ripoff and waste of money, not to mention that it took me about 5 hours that day to get out the door with the vehicle. I'll never purchase another vehicle from those crooks again and I hope they go bankrupt

I can't begin to Express how the ALM Kia made me feel today. I was a little hesitant about car shopping alone but since I'm living my best life.. I went for it. Upon arrival ,I was immediately greeted by Mr.Barrett King..He asked me what I liked and proceeded to show me several of his vehicles that where available and suitable for my taste and budget.Once we came to an agreement on the car I would be driving home, we went into his office and did the hard part.you know...Negotiating with the man! When we couldn't come to a mutual figure,I was then introduced to Mr.Rashad Middlebrooks the finance mgr.He was very kind and very skillful with figures.He had a great sense of humor and that made me feel comfortable. After I few minutes in his office..We closed the deal. I didn't feel violated or taken advantage of at all. After I went back up front. A slim gentleman by the name Jawon approached me and said he was my service Delivery guy and he would be getting my car prepared for me. A few minutes later he came back and asked me to follow him. Jawon showed me features on my car that included auto start. He even took me to get gas in the car. The customer service at ALM is top notch. These guys get 5 stars easily.

Horrible experience! The salesperson was nice her manager told me I'll never get that price and I can go on a Saturday! So I left well when they call me on Monday to try to negotiate I had signed paperwork and was waiting for my truck to be detail. Well I got the price, free oil changes for 3 years, lifetime on the car! Thank you for rejecting me! I wish I could put negative star.

Had a scheduled appointment with Rikkie but ended up with Ron. Ron was great but after financing we sat for almost 2 hours waiting for paperwork. The car we picked is EXCELLENT! This was the best deal by far on the lot. Waddell was hans down the best! Jawan was a great sales representative and friendly. I was already late for work once I started driving off the lot. I noticed the gas tank was near empty. I think they should give me a gas card because I purchased a vehicle from the lot. Will be calling about it tomorrow

While they have a decent inventory, its their pushy and dismissive behavior any potential buyer should be aware of. The salesman had his own agenda and did not take into consideration what I was saying. Lie would be a hash word, but dishonesty captured the theme of day with the salesman.
Also, they claim to be a high-volume and high-selling dealership, yet have made zero efforts to address the bottleneck that exists from the time the sale has been negotiated to the finance department. I waited for over three hours to see the finance person. Furthermore, while working with the finance guy, he was getting up and doing other things for other salesmen.
All in all, good inventory, but bad buying experience. Tesla, please save us.

Mike Ugo is the most respectful human being/sales person I've ever met in my life. He is all about helping families. With a military heritage, he has the up most respect for members of the Armed Forces. No force sales tactics and outright the best vehicle prices on the eastern portion of the United States. Thanks Mike, we will be back in the near future.

Bought 3 vehicles from ALM Union City. I am amazed by how much they take care of repeat customers. Thanks Lateefa, Mr Ugo and all the sales managers.

I was not happy what so ever the first time I came...

I was not happy what so ever the first time I came to this location I came for a oil change my oil change took 2.5 hours which made me late for work and when I asked why have i been waiting so long ,come to find out the mechanics went on break so my car was just sitting there i would have preferred to been informed that, so i could be rescheduled. I figured I'd give them another chance since they are closer to my home, I went again recently to get another oil change and they came back with a diagnostic that they suggested I get my rotors changed air filter and other things. I decided not to because it didnt seem right I went to another mechanic and had them take a look at my car ,they actually showed me an taught me what to look at in order to know for sure if anything needs replacing and pretty much I was lied to by ALM ! I did not need rotors at all I needed front breaks and my air filter was perfectly fine they overfilled my steering fluid and I actually had no coolant in my car so if they were to diagnose anything for my car they should have said something about the coolant, because that could have damaged my engine very soon I will not be returning ever again to this location and I suggest if your going to go here take a look at your car yourself the mechanics will tell you anything to get their bonus and mess your car up so you can continue to come to them to get it fixed it's all a game to them.

This volume dealership does not conduct a thorough check of vehicles prior to sale. Buyer beware

The attention to the moment we were about to buy the car was good, but the next day we had to return because the car needed alignment. Until there everything was fine but the saleswoman (Rianna) the day before damaged a piece to the car she told us before leaving and is ready and trusting her word we left without checking and surprise the piece was not, the next day we went and asked That had happened she went crazy until she remembered and told us again ah if we already fixed it in the end it was unprofessional on her part. If you are going to buy there, find another seller.

I'll keep this review short and sweet.
My experience with ALM Kia South has been nothing short of amazing. I have had two major issues that turned out to be recall issues. I explained what happened to the best of my knowledge with brief descriptions and sound effects and Chad expressed his concern for our safety in the car over everything else. His attention to detail, sense of urgency and ability to communicate back to me clearly has given me a sense of calm when I run into an issue with our Kia as opposed to saying out loud, "great here we go again".
He has made me question trading my truck in on a Kia model just so I have the satisfaction of knowing whatever issue arises with my auto that he will handle it for me.
I have had 2 major issues with our 2012 Sorento. The 1st was the motor locked up as I was driving on the road. It was towed, diagnosed, repaired and we were given a loaner for the duration of the fix. All at no cost to me. This was of course a recall on the motor for the factory not cleaning properly after machining.
The 2nd major issue was the fuel leak from the high pressure pump on top of the motor. I called 1 day after my wife said she smells gas in the car. Chad's first question to me was is everyone safe? That let me know quickly that this was a potentially scary scenario. I explained how long we smelled gas, told him I was only ten minutes from him as I was headed to the dealership anyway. He asked if I minded pulling over and setting up a tow for the remainder and I would have taken him up on his offer had I not already been late for work. Long story short, I made it to the dealership, he gave me a ride to work and the Kia was good to go once again in about 1.5 hours. He even did a multi point inspection and fixed a spring that was causing the airbag light to come on.
Chad's working knowledge, professionalism, and communicative skills are what's missing in today's customer service roles. I have been impressed each time I call or visit even for the oil changes.
Thank you Chad for your passion in your field. I hope you continue to lead as this is an industry that needs sever hundred more Chad's!

ALM Kia had the exact car I'd been looking for over the past 6 months and they made a fair deal on my trade, etc. Saleswoman Nicole was friendly and hustled for me but she did lack some knowledge about the car, Georgia sales tax, etc. This was "fixed" by Service Manager Andre Bowman and Finance Manager Rashad Middlebrooks. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Sales guys pressured me into buying something I didn't want. Guess that makes them good at their job but sucks for me. This dealership doesn't offer a window for return unlike others that give you at least three days so you better be happy with what you get. I don't recommend this place.

I came to the car lot after a HORRIBLE experience at a Carmax location. My sales representative, Emerald was amazing! She was very helpful, efficient and most importantly HONEST! Although the car purchasing process is a bit tedious, all of the staff members have a great rapport and make your experience very pleasant. I worked personally with Janice, Jawon and Aaron. All of these staff members worked effortlessly to make my purchasing experience pleasant even though it can be stressful! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing from this location.

If I could, I would absolutely give zero stars. This dealership would LOVE to sell you a car that they know has been wrecked and re-stretched. They'll lie to you about it, then have you drive 6 hours away to pick it up and not have a care in the world.

Luckily, I took the car to a Kia dealership near me that informed me of their lies and is helping me handle this. It will be handled. The car didn't even have a piece of the front bumper on it and the trunk was broken on the inside and TAPED TOGETHER. I would tell my worst enemy to never deal with these people.

Jawon shaw the Delivery specialist handled all of the last steps he delivered my car on a full tank two set of keys set up everything in the car, as well as just outstanding customer service from every single one of them this experience couldn t have been any better.

I was actually tagging along to help a friend purchase her first car. This was honestly a wonderful car buying experience...one of the best I have had. I was upfront with Mr. Francis, the salesman that helped us with the purchase, by telling him the types of cars we would consider, the amount she would be willing to pay monthly and the amount she could pay for a down payment. He said that he would do everything he could to make that happen and he did just that! We are 1000% pleased. Larry the finance manager was a total pleasure to work with and Jawon was totally knowledgeable about the car when he was going over features. I will buy my next cars from ALM South.

i MUST EDIT MY INITIAL REVIEW UNFORTUNATELY... I WOULD'VE BEEN BETTER OFF RENTING A FERRARI THAN TO ATTEMPT PURCHASING A CAR AT ATLANTA LUXURY MOTORS. The paperwork was all signed and out the door I go with the thought that I had just purchased a car. Days passed by and I needed to go out of town to Missouri for a family event. While there I get a phone call saying I need to return the vehicle because of a problem with the bank. I am nearly 12 hours away and I am expected to bring it back by 3 pm. That was impossible. I explained that, but still the following day was told the car was being reported stolen... I was traveling by myself with a three and four year old. There was not a way to do it any faster than I was going. Skipping to the end of the ordeal- I return the vehicle which I had for exactly a week at this point.There were 1940 miles traveled. I had put down 4500 cash on the purchase which had a sticker price of 6990. The reason for the supposed return is that the bank could not verify my employment. Yet I was never asked to provide any documentation. Now this company is charging me 1000 dollars for the week of having the vehicle!! On top of having a car reported stolen while in my possession with two children in the car with me. And I still dont have a clear reason as to why any of this occurred. Apparently, I was told I signed a "bailment agreement" stating I would pay 299 cleaning fee + 100 dollars a day + .30 cents a mile if there was a default with the bank. I looked through my paperwork and I do not have a copy of that agreement at all. Why is that? Seems like if the agreement says that I would be responsible in some way that I should be provided a copy of such. It has since been 10 days that I have been waiting on the remaining 3500 check to come in the mail without any luck!! Every time I call I am put on hold or a message is taken for my call to be returned but nobody has called me back. I am so irritated by this situation. I need car and they have all my money. This feels like a scam just to take money that has not been earned. BUYER BEWARE!!! Update: I got the check today- nearly 2 weeks since it was returned. It was in fact a 1000 less than the amount I put as down payment. This is unacceptable.

ALM Kia South was the 14th and last dealership my family and I visited before we found the right car for me. As we arrived we were welcomed with hospitality, but not an overwhelming welcome. We were directed to Keneil, who was by far the best car salesman we ve met with out of the rest of the dealerships. He conversed with us what we were looking for and flexibly compiled a shortlist of cars in accordance for what we were looking for. Overall, if you visit ALM Kia South, you ll find genuinely and hospitality.

I would not advice anyone to purchase a car from here. You get nothing but excuses on everything. My sales rep Tyrone got in a car accident in the middle of my paperwork finalized so everything that he confirm and was supposed to be done is still not done a month later. My car was never even detailed or the things that they stated that they would fix still has not been fixed and I have yet to receive a thank you for your business anything since they have my PAID IN FULL check.

The company has not followed up on my purchase at all and not to mention the sales men come at you like vultures as soon as you enter the parking lot. They do not even give you time to exit your vehicle before they either forcing you to buy or car or either let them take you to dinner.

This was a horrible shopping experience. The sales...

This was a horrible shopping experience. The sales person was nice enough but spent the entire time selling cars to someone else. We were there for hours and only had maybe 15 minutes of this person's time. Literally waiting 30min - 1 hr everytime this person said they needed to step away for a moment.

The cars were also terrible. If viewing online, please pay close attention, they either photoshopped the pics or have an extremely talented photographer.

We put money down to hold a vehicle that we were told was ready and clean, was in good working order and had no major issues. We get there and the vehicle has numerous dents, a bumper almost broken in half, a sizable scrape on the side, chipping paint, weird engine noises, scratches and rust in multiple spots. We did not bother to test drive the vehicle, especially as they wouldn't come off the price.

We then looked at another used vehicle, this one much nicer. Minor wear and tear. Only come to find out they put this car out on the lot, price tag and everything and didnt realize the car stereo system didnt work. The tire pressure system needed to be serviced, the tires/rims needed to go and it was in desperate need of an oil change. They wouldn't come off the price.

Finally, we wanted to look at a used mustang they got in recently. Opened the door and there was about 2 inches of water sitting on the floor board. Hard pass.

I dont know if this is intentional on their part as a way to encourage you to look at newer or more expensive vehicles or if these were honest mistakes.

I'm still waiting for them to refund the money we put down to hold the car, which we were told was 100% refundable. Will see how that goes.

Honestly, I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. The cars were sketchy and it didnt seem like they put in the effort into making sure the cars were serviced and in good working order. I also have doubts about their marketing which seems misleading, if not bordering on false advertising. Maybe this was just an off day for them? I can say for certain I will not be back.

The customer service is trash after you buy a car and they will not do anything you want them to. I bought a car from them and I will admit, it's a good car. I have had no problems with it and the Carfax was pretty clean. I think it may have only been in a bumper thumper. But they will not answer or return calls. You ask them to do something and they'll be all nice and say they will, but not follow through. When you call, the only extension that picks up is the sales floor. No one else seems to ever be in there office.
