Absolute WORST dealership I ve ever encountered. ...

Absolute WORST dealership I ve ever encountered. I should have heeded all of the warnings from the terrible reviews. The management is despicable. I bought car a week ago with cash... left with no tags. AJ in finance said I could drive without tags as long as I had paperwork showing I had authorization to drive the car... not true ... after being pulled over the second time the officer said that was absolutely not true, I could not have the car on the road without tags.
So I called AJ again and he told me they would go out overnight on Friday... today is Sunday still no tags... called today and was told by a manager UPS doesn t deliver on Saturday which is a lie.

None Of this would matter but for the fact that my daughter flew to Atlanta specifically to get her new car and drive it back to Louisiana this weekend. If I had known I would not be receiving tags when I left the dealership due to my sensitive time constraints I would have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Because of their dishonesty I had to purchase a plane ticket to fly my daughter back to Louisiana in order for her to be at work on Monday and now I have to pay an additional cost to have her vehicle shipped to Louisiana. I saw so many awful reviews about this dealership prior to purchasing my own vehicle. But when I called everyone seems so nice I ignored their reviews as well as my gut feeling. This dealership has the potential to be a good dealership but they put money before their customer satisfaction.

I found ALM through car gurus. They had the car I wanted so I decided to drive 35 miles( 70 miles round trip)to the dealership so I drove there on April 9th. We couldn't agree on the interest and payment so I decided to not to get the car. I was called the next day and was told that they agree to my terms. I drove those same 35 miles( one way btw) to get the deal done. I was happy to get a new Telluride for my family. But then I get a call Monday 4/13 that they gave me the wrong finance company and that I had to come back again to resign paperwork. Again I drove another 35 miles to resign the papers. Then I talked to my father( co signed on my trade in) on 4/17 to ask if he received any papers from the dealership. I was told that he recieved a blank Power of Attorney form with no letter to explain why he was getting the form. My father wasnt comfortable signing the form. I called the dealership to have the finance guy call my father and they talked. I drove those lovely 35 miles again to get the POA form taken care of. I thought everything was good now, but I decided to check with Nissan on 4/22 to see if the payoff was sent from the dealership. Mind you when I agreed to purchase the car they asked for the overnight address for Nissan. I know things take time but I'm not trying to have a late payment to nissan affect my credit. I still have 2.5 weeks before my next payment is due but I dont like to wait cut things close. I can never talk to anyone in finance when I call, I cant get a manager on the phone to get any clarity about what could be going on.

We purchased a van in Sept 2019, they installed a Aftermarket Dvd player at our request which cost 1500 dollars (To find out later from a local dealer we got ripped off average installed price for that Dvd player is about 600 bucks). Four months later in January 2020 the Dvd player stop working. We have been calling and writing emails for months to get to find out which subcontractors they hired to install it because its still under a manufacturer's warranty. They don't return calls or email request. No one seems to care. Don't expect service after you sign the dotted line.

I really enjoyed my car buying experience from the moment I drove on the lot. My salesman Damin was exceptional. He made sure that I got the exact car that I wanted the 2020 Kia Telluride. The deal closer/finance officer Rashad Middlebrooks guarantee me that I was going to get my car. The delivery specialist Jawon went through the car with me. I am very pleased with the staff at ALM Kia South !!!

Purchased my maxima from here over a year ago and had not one problem with my car. The purchasing process was easy. The only thing was I had to argue for another key to be made and the process for my tags because I live in another state took a long time. I certainly will purchase another vehicle from here in another 3 years will be trading in the car they sold me. I will travel from Maryland to Georgia for my next car purchase.

I spent 5 hours at this dealership and even signed all the papers to purchase the car I picked out only to be told after it was all done that the car was not available. During the process I was also told that the negotiated price was acceptable twice by the salesperson only to be told when receiving the bill of sale that they could in fact not honor the price after all. I ended up at this location because one of their other locations wasted over a week of my time because they wouldn't honor my financing from my credit union. It was an extremely unpleasant, long and unprofessional experience.

Purchased a vehicle about a month ago. Brakes squeeked. I bought it back a week later. I made an appt to get the car brakes AND rotors replaced. Sat for 3 hours. Next day brakes still squeeking....thought it was because they were new. Sitting here at a garage for an oil change and asked serviceman to spray "new"brakes. Turned out, the back brakes a squeeking. Need rotors and pads on a car just purchased a month ago. Smh....Never again will i buy a car or recommend ALM.

On June 8th I went to Kia motors South in Union City to get an oil change my appointment was at 8:45 in the morning. I also had to be at a Funeral at 11 o clock that same morning when I got there I told the service guy about my predicament he said he would take care of me, but two hours later I had Not received my car. After asking about it twice the third Time they told Me they could not find my car It was missing. So, I went looking for my car and I could not find it was not where they changed the oil or the section where they do any repairs. So I requested to see a manager and he was not able to find it by this time it was 10:55 And I end up missing my love one Funeral. Five minutes later they found my car and they had not even done the oil change what kind of customer service is this. All he told me was that they will give me a free oil change. The appropriate thing for them to do should have been to give me a car to go to the funeral and by the time I get that my car would have had oil change cleaned and ready for me to leave but they were very inconsiderate I can never get back what I lost today missing my love ones funeral. I was also on the program to do the prayer of comfort to my family and now my family even thinks ill of me because I was not there by no fault of my own.

I purchased a dodce charger including a down payment with a trade in. After about a week the engine overheated. Not to mention I bought a warranty. I spoke with the general and customer service manger. I even contacted corporate and they was all rude as hell implying that it was something I did not even considering that they didn't run it through service before putting it on the lot. Now I'm without a running vehichle and still have to pay a car note. I'm in the process of takin legal action. I wouldn't recommend nobody to drive past this dealership let alone stop by it. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I hate car shopping. I hate it with a passion. Because of circumstances too crazy to get into, I had to buy a car and had 2 days to do it. I reached to Kim Arnold online and she was so warm and welcoming and most importantly honest. It was straight forward talk. When I came in and told her the car I wanted she told me that at the payments I wanted it wouldn't work. She didn't push me for a larger down payment she assured me that I could find a car of the same caliber. She told me the price range I was looking for and basically walked me through it. The one thing I love about ALM is that I wasn't stuck with one brand of car. I had choices. Yes some were not in the shape that I wanted but there was enough quantity and quality that I was happy. I would go back as long as Kim is there.

Shan Lambert was my sales associate she was outstanding with helping me get into the car I wanted. Tayon Louis in finance was equally as amazing and worked out a great deal. Lastly, Jawon Shaw was the final piece of my process who walked me though every detail of the car and made sure I was completely comfortable before I left the lot. Went in to get an oil change, I wish I would remember the guys name who helped me in the service department. He was awesome and the service team even cleaned my floor mats which were disgusting from my dogs always riding in my car.

My fiance was with me and he is looking for a used car to buy since someone hit him and totaled his. The sales man, Raymundo, made it so easy going for us and it felt like we knew him for a long time. My fiance isn't the best at making the best decisions and is kind of impulsive. Even Ray insured him if we don't decide today he will keep looking for a good deal on a car my fiance likes and one I agree is reliable. I seriously trust these guys, I know sales men, my dad was a car sales man, and something about Ray set ease to the fear of getting ripped off. So thank you Ray and the service guy who went above and beyond for us!!!!

Nikki is a great sales rep who tells it like it is, which is both very refreshing and rare in this business. Bought a car from them and they promised to take car of a few things like a cracked door handle. I should have got them to do it before I bought it but I though they were a reputable business. Come to find out my sales guy jake told me many mistruths to sell the car. He told me that yes they would get me a new key fob and take care of the cosmetic issues. Then when I called the service manager he said that my sales guy had no authority to make that call and he spoke out of line and would not uphold what his employee promised a paying customer....... I think my sales guy name was Jake or Jay? Some younger black guy with tatoos. Should have known he was full of it. Well how is that my fault? I even have a written documentation saying that I am owed this service as part of my purchase agreement... Well its a headache because they never call me back and so hard to reach them. Why should they feel obligated? I already bought and they are moving on to the next customer. Hope this helps anyone who is promised something to get it done BEFORE purchasing a vehicle from these guys. I'm a business owner and hate to see a reputation of a business get ruined by a unethical sales guy.

Had a wonder car buying experience here at Kia South. Phillip and Erika took really good care of me and my crazy husband. They both were so attentive and willing to help us get to the car payment that we were comfortable with. I have to say that my husband gave them a really hard time but they never made us feel pressured to do anything that we didn't want to do. From the welcome at the front to the goodbye when we drove off the lot, it was a great experience.
