I went in to get a 2020 Kia telluride at the Jonesboro location and I had nothing but a great experience starting off with jawon who told me that I would love the car and I absolutely did then introduce me to Dakk and Tyrone they made sure I left with my telluride and gave me the best deal as possible when I tell you I love a well manner staff they meet all the requirements... Al was another man I met who went over my car lease and made sure I understand what I was signing I will recommend anyone to visit this location..

I have bought several cars from ALM over the years. However, I highly recommend Chris Ganntt at Union City with ALM. He went beyond the call to find what we were looking for. I drove over 3 hours for a particular car. Chris made sure we left we what we came for. He is professional and is probably the best sales person I have worked with in 30 years. Great experience! I stumbled across this dealer in pursuit of a reputable used SUV. I was torn between two options, but finally settled with my Nissan Pathfinder and loving it.
Finally found a dealership who wanted to sell me the 'right car' in stead of 'a car'. Very professional staff who treated my time with respect and I was in and out in short order - what a difference. Also, surprisingly received a hand written letter from the GM confirming exceptional service and thanking me for my business....nice touch!

Poor customer and staff very unprofessional. Never received a vehicle and I paid the down payment, Saleswoman kept saying they had to fix something on the car then they had to clean it then she had an emergency and then she called and said it would be ready later in the day She never called, So I called and cancelled the transaction after wauting over a week and im still waiting for down payment back; For a place that depends on customers they really left a bad taste in my mouth; I ended up getting a way better car yesterday at Gravity Auto Sales and the staff was very attentive and appreciated my business.

As I carefully read the reviews and in search of buying a dependable and safe vehicle. I searched online and found ALM South. The vehicle we were in the process on buying up front was and seem to be a good choice. My problem with the sale being disrupted was the level of service render from the facilities service manager. First off. An appropriate uniform entire would have been a great choice. He definitely needs to work on the rear of a trash truck, to where have no communication with people in general. Anytime you have to almost come out of character with anyone, especially at an car dealership. It s warrants further search of.
The realization of it all is that we as consumers look and expects, great customer service on all end. Especially when it comes down to purchasing a car that takes us from Point A -Z. Everyone is on stage for practice and one individual can ruin the show. I believe the service manager has capability to want to do better and further his career. But to be honest he would need to want it himself. Walking and talking to individuals in an unprofessional manner, as if he s the dishwasher in a ratchet club and or bar. Maybe ALM should let the service manager succeed in his career as the dishwasher of his choice.
As I sat waiting for the finance department to finish my purchase documents. Everyone seems to be professional and polite. Didn t say much to them. I met with the GM Mike. He seems to be professional and polite. The Gerenal Manager and I spoke at the end of the disruptive deal. I just wanted this review to be read as not a bash but in truth. We would have purchased the vehicle on our VisaCard. But I definitely felt uncomfortable running into the service manager and his unprofessionlism. That put a bad reflection in the mirror of ALM.
Looked out for me all along the way starting with Shan followed waddell then rianna and jawon everyone gave me the highest levels of service ive had from any dealership in a long time

I pull into the Customer parking space where several salesman were
standing ( They all noticed me) no one even greets me.
I walk out to the lot and find a car that I want to buy. After 30 min
No one even bothered to come out to the lot and ask did I need help.
When I got back in my car to leave, I see one of the salesman walk all the
way to the far end of the car lot in the hot sun to talk to a caucasian couple and they didn't
even buy. I was Highly pissed and upset at this.
Purchased a used car inSeptemberthe past 2 months, from ALM. I am still waiting for title. I have been driving a car for over 4 months that I do not have titled ownership of yet. There corporate office will tell you anything to get you off the phone. I have called probably 10 times to get resoved and only get run around. Dont buy here, you get what you pay for . Turnover in sales force is high because they have too many people and they are like vultures when you step in. Go elsewhere, you can buy good cars anywhere with less hassle and agrivation.

Car was priced right, in fact better than any comp I found on the internet, and I was not offended by Randy's first offer on my trade. Did not feel pressured during negotiations and everyone was very patient while I conferred with my wife. Cleo Ricks handled the closing and couldn't ask to end the deal with a more pleasant individual. Heck, I didn't even feel like throwing up when my wife wrote the check so it must have been a good experience. Will definitely revisit this dealership when considering future auto purchases. Do not buy a car from ALM!! Very unhappy with this car lot and writing this to warn others. I bought beautiful 2010 Ford Edge that had a sound coming from one of the wheels. They seemed very helpful about getting everything right on the car for us, so we trusted them. We were giving a so called "we owe" for us to make an appointment with their shop for repairs. After many calls to ALM trying to schedule this appointment we finally got them to "repair it" only to have it become a problem again 2 days after the ALM 30 day warranty expired. I called them only to get no help and rudely told I'm too late! Took it to the Ford dealer where I found out the repair was a patch job rather than the full repair to fix the problem they put a new hub to quieten the noise. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING CAR LOT!!!

This is the most unprofessional dealership I've ever visited. I attempted to purchase a vehicle back in May of this year, long story short my deal had not been funded by the bank. The same day that I received a call from the finance guy to bring the car back, I took it back. I have a signed agreement that states the amount of my down payment to be due back to me, after mileage and fees are taken out. It is nearly three months later and I have yet to receive my refund. I've called and even taken time out of my day to visit the dealership on several occasions, to repeatedly be told things like " it's been submitted to corporate, you should receive your refund in 5-7 business days." I have email threads in communications with the GM and other staff members, in which I have recently asked for updated information twice, and still have not received a response. They are now avoiding me, and I don't think that they are planning on giving me my money back... At this point no one has tried to reach out to me or even try to help me, and no one seems to know what is going on with my refund whenever I call to speak to someone.They are all pointing the finger at the next person, instead of doing the right thing and taking care of the customer (me). I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, everyone I've encountered there since returning the car has been very misleading, and have not delivered on anything that they've told me.

In fairness the 2019 Kia Sorento is a decent vehicle. This dealership however has yet to present any credible, confidence in customer service. We paid cash, no haggling, still took several hours of sitting around waiting for the privilege of buying a car from them. Still don't have the title after 5 weeks. Do yourselves a favor and go to a smaller more customer oriented dealership. OK, you've been warned. Good luck, they are nice cars now,
