My experience at ALM is always good. The personel is always very helpful and professional.

I want to start off by saying that this was my first car buying experience. I was helped by Roylan Shaff and Vladimir Santamaria. They were extremely helpful in helping me choose a car and got me in and out of the store fast. I was kind of skeptical at first because I wanted to go to a dealership to buy my car but this was as easy as it could get. After I test drove my car I was only there for about an hour to fill out paperwork before I was off the lot. I also got a great deal that no one else in the area was offering. Seriously call and ask for these guys because they'll hook you up!!

If I could put a negative rating I would!!!! FIRST OF ALL WE WENT THERE ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND WAS GREETED BY PERSEPHONE SHE IMMEDIATELY WANTED TO TAKE US ON A TEST DRIVE. WE INFORMED HER WE DIDN'T WANT TO TEST DRIVE THE CAR UNTIL WE KNEW WE WERE APPROVED. SHE SAID OK LETS DO SOME PAPERWORK. OK SO AFTER 3 HOURS OF HER COMING BACK AND FORTH ASKING QUESTIONS AND GATHERING INFO SHE COMES OUT AND SAYS OK LETS TEST DRIVE NOW!!! SO WE ASSUMED WE WERE APPROVED!!! SO AFTER THE TEST DRIVE WE SAT DOWN AND SHE WANTED THE DEPOSIT ANF SOME MORE PAPERWORK. OK WE DIDN'T HAVE THE DEPOSIT ON USE SO SHE SAID OK BRING THE PAPERWORK AND DEPOSIT ON MONDAY. OK SO NOW WE SENT THE PAPERWORK TO HER AND ASKED IF SHE COULD GIVE US SOME NUMBER TO SEE IF WE REALLY WANTED TO FO THAT CAR. SHE SAID IM GONNA GET THE NUMBERS ND CALL YOU BACK WELL.......... I CALED HER ALL DAY MONDAY NO ANSWER NO RETURN CALL. I PROCEEDED TO CALL ON TUESDAY NO ANSWER I CALLED THW DEALERSHIP AND WAS INFORMED SHE WASNT IN!!! THEN AFTER I HAD TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION TO ANOTHER PERSON SHE SAID SHE WOULD LOOK INTO IT!!! I HAD PAPERWORK FAXED TO THEM THEY CONTINUOUSLY SAID THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE THEM. FINALLY THEY GOT THEM BUT IT WAS MISSING A PAGE OR TWO FINE REFAXED THE NEEDED PAPERWORK AGAIN IT DOESN'T GET TO THEM. OK I AM BEYOND FURIOUS BY NOW MY FIANCEE CALLS ASKING FOR A MANAGER AFTER BEING PUT ON HOLD AND BEING HUNG UP ON FOR AN HOUR I CALL BACK FINALLY GET A "MANAGER" LAURA SHE APOLOGIZED FOR THE REST OF THE TEAM INFORMED ME SHE WOULD TALK TO THE FINANCIAL MANAGER AND WOULD GET BACK TO ME!! NEEDLESS TO SAY NO PHONE CALL. I CALLED HER BACK THE NEXT DAY SHE IS NOT IN NOW IM GOIBG THROUGH THE ROOF!!! THEN I GET SOMEONE ELSE NAMED DALE WELL SHE WAS A PIECE OF WORK AS WELL. I CALLED HER ON FRIDAY SHE ANSWERS AND SAYS OK IM SORRY HOLD ON FOR AN SECOND WELL... THE PHONE HUNG UP I CALLED BACK NO ANSWER AGAIN I CALLED NO ANSWER LEFT A MESSAGE NO RETURN CALL!!! WELL AFTER A WEEK OF ALL THE BULLSHIT AND I KNOW I LEFT SOME STUFF OUT WITH THE BROKEN PROMISES AND NO ANSWERS WENT TO MARIETTA LUXURY MOTORS AND MEET A GREAT YOUNG MAN BAILEY WHO GOT US IN A CAR IN AN HOUR!!!! Thank you so MUCH BAILEY for your help time patience and honesty!!!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM ATLANTA LUXURY MOTORS SOUTH AMD GO TO MARIETTA LUXURY MOTORS IN MARIETTA AND SEE BAILEY!!!!

Buying my car was a good experience but getting my car to the way they promised has been a nightmare waited for a week and a half to get the part fixed then went and got my car and it wasn't done was told the part would be in in a few weeks I'm a patient man so I waited 3 weeks passed no word so I called was put on hold no one ever came to the phone. Got a voice mail saying the part was i could make an appointment or just bring my car anytime after 10am Monday through Friday with my job I'm on call so it took me about 4 days before I had the time to bring my car. I get there at 10:01 am 5 hours later I'm told your car is ready so I'm starting to inspect my car and the part is still not installed I am at this time after wasting most of my off day told that they ordered the wrong part and it won't be in for another 15 days. Never once was i offered anything for my inconvenience

Recently bought a truck from ALM. Best selection in town. Gave me a fair price for my trade in as well. Jerry was great, listened to what I needed and was not pushy all.

Terrible customer service. They agreed to replace 2 rear panels in a Honda Odyssey that I purchased. When I returned to set up a time to have them replaced the manager and the salesman suddenly came down with a case of amnesia! They will tell you whatever you want to hear to close a sale and then won't do what they promised. I will never purchase from them again.

Wonderful customer service, really helpful!

My car stopped on me, and I had to turn into a ditch to avoid a car approaching me from the rear. My car was pulled out the ditch by a tow truck and transported to ALM Kia. I informed them of the issues. After having my car over a week they discovered what caused my car to stop, but did not check the car for damage from being in the ditch. I asked multiple times before I picked up my car and when I came to pick up my car up. They didn't check for damages to the tires or under carriage of the car. This neglect put me in danger when I drove on a road trip about a month later. They would not take responsibility for their actions and charged me for new tires although I wouldn't have needed new tires if the car was properly inspected.

Worst people I have ever dealt with, service manager is rude and disrespectful, they messed up the paperwork for my paid in full vehicle, soon as I left the lot the dual clutch system was acting funny and they told me it was normal, a couple months later I put out 2,000$ on a new transmission and a year later I had to donate the vehicle due to it not being worth fixing, over 11,000$ down the drain and I couldn t even get the title for my vehicle for awhile because they messed up my paperwork, even my bank was confused as to why there was a lean, after calling and speaking to the manager he was extremely disrespectful, disfunctional, and even told me to call 1-800-123 if I wanted to speak to someone above him. He is a disgusting human being. If you buy a care please choose anywhere but here.

Bad Deal ,I was there two weeks ago to look at a lexus the salesman J T help me out nice guy, I thought, so he showed me around dent fine the lexus I want or the color so he showed me this Infinity my color it was nice test drove it like it. So I told him what I can do an what I can't do I was very honest with him, but unfortunately he was not I gave him my information he said everything looks good I went back up there three days ago to do the deal he said I was approve I was very happy. He came back an said he couldn't put me in that car, It was to high ( put he just told me I was approve an he said granulation) Now he showed me this lexus he can put me in an it was my color he say how much you can put down I told him.He came back an said approve an granulation, he said I need your insurance card he got that information, until we went to the finance office, an finance lady said I was not approve . she ask him what was going on . she said you should have new this was not approve. He new all along this was not approve he lied to me he was not honest an I was five hours late for work I could have been making money. All he had to do is be honest with me an tell me the truth .Beware Ladies it can happen to you.

The ALM staff was friendly, courteous, and personable. Donate made the process easy despite my indecisiveness. Janice made sure I had the best finance rate I could possibly get. Jawon put the final touches on getting me acquainted with my new car. The process was painless.

Buying a car should always be a great experience but all of the people there made Mine an incredible one! I worked with Kai (Kay/K) originally... He was a burst of great energy funny as ever (#nopressure) and moved very fast! He kept his word on every promise... Nikki was great too, patient and she also had a great since humor! Larry, the older white gentleman who takes care of all of your financial and legal paperwork made even that experience a good one with his good spirit; and Shannon the Financial Director (who's name I btw happen to Love!) stepped in and gave me great suggestions on ad-on's... Tito was also great, he put the Gastank ALLL THE WAY ON FULL! Thank you Tito! And last; but certainly not least, Jawon! That young fella is a true grinder! He's great at what he does, he was pleasant and is a great deal closer! These people are great at what they do because they're happy there, and all work in conjunction to get the work and deal done right! S/O to Dave too he refered me!

Im retracting everything I said about my experience here a few months ago!! Here it is 2017 and I still do not have tags for my vehicle and JESSICA in the "corporate" office that handles out of state tags has the nastiest attitude and worse customer service that I have ever witnessed in life!! I was told by a finance manager that I did not have to pay taxes and for some reason she thinks I owe him a thank you for having to pay for my taxes when it was his fault that I was misinformed!! And of course he doesn't work there anymore to own up to the mistakes and the only person in that place with some sense (general manager) doesn't work there anymore!! Place needs to be shut down NOW!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Dennis and Brandi made me enjoy my visit . Their laughter and customer service made me feel very welcome. I love my sorento . I came in on Monday June 22nd to make a purchase and was very pleased with the service provided by Mel Johnson and Kelvin Culler. It took long time for everything to work out, but it did... I would definitely recommend to look for any one of these two guys.

ERIKA' was the most patient person I've ever worked with. It took 5 hours but her and her team got it done with amiles, and I didn't feel pressured to buy. They made sure the customer was happy by any means.

When my wife and I came to an impasse in negotiations with the sales manager, Ben stepped up and went the extra 100 miles to complete the sale. He cares about his customers and it shows in the way he interacts with them. Ask for Ben. You won't be disappointed.

My daughter went to ALM Kia South to purchase her VERY first car. She had high hopes because they told her this was the best place to purchase her car. They told us the car was going to need some repairs before we actually receive the vehicle; They also insisting on calling US to keep us up to date on the car. Everyday since then we have had to reach out to them instead of the other way around. The wait on HOLD is A WEEK and a few days later we are constantly checking up on the car

These people are shady its ridiculous! What I thought was a good experience turned out to be the worst almost a month after having the car I get a call back saying their having issues with the finance company and now need a new lender and a cosigner. But the got my down payment though! Highly upset and will not shop here again!!

Besides waiting from in the morning to leaving after 9pm, Be Very wary of this place. Very DECEPTIVE!!! My Wife could not get a car on her own she needed a cosigner I obliged. I did what was requested of me only to find out the bank they got the loan from DOES NOT accept cosigners only co-owners...ALM did not inform me of this fact. I received a letter in the mail from the bank stating that "I" have a car loan with them. After explaining the situation to the bank a lawyer will be called in to straighten this situation out. Read all the paperwork you have to sign dont accept copies of paper work get a copy of WHAT YOU SIGNED!!! You are WARNED.

I am very displeased with customer service from Mike Ugo.. We communicated via text mainly, he confirmed that he would hold a car for me. I drove from Marietta to Union City. Initially, he did not know what car I was talking about. Secondly, he said he saw someone drive that car off the lot. I asked why did not communicate that the car was sold. He replied, I cannot hold the car forever. I reminded him that he text me saying I am holding the car for you. I confirmed with Mike that I was coming to dealership today, he confirmed via text. My recommendation is do not text with any dealer and please make sure you call ahead and double/triple check. This is ridiculous he really wasted my whole Sunday. Poo customer service from Mike Ugo.

Exceptional customer service. Sales experience was amazing and when I brought my car in for service they got me in and out fast. They even gave me a discount for one of the parts that was needed. Overall very satisfied with the experience. I will keep recommending people to go to ALM Kia South.

I appreciate my experience with the service dept.. I called from the highway driving through with a failing alternator. Mark didn't make any promises to get me in with a full schedule, but was able to work me in and get me back on the road in a few hours and with competitive pricing for the work done.

Mr. Wright, Sabrine & Jawon were fantastic The experience was very family-oriented. As a first time buyer, they made the experience very easily and explained everything to me in detail. I can t wait to hit the road in my brand new car.

I went here to get a transmission flush from mark and they said they did a multi point inspection and they said my car is fine and checked off green. Went home to find out that my air filter was corroded and clogged and oil all over the gasket were my spark plugs were located. I spoke to manager Mic and they didn t want to take responsibility for missing everything especially the air filter. They were very rude and laughed in my face and didn t even offer to replace the air filter. They seemed very unprofessional and racist, wouldn t recommend anyone to go there.

Ben, Armani, Rashard, and Jawon were completely amazing!!! I came into the dealership not believing I was able to get a car however these guys made it possible for me to leave in a brand new 2018 Kia Optima!!! Make sure you ask for this team they will make it possible!!!

Went to originally get the oil changed which wasn t performed. I asked to have my fluids topped off at the time my oil was being changed and nothing was done. It was on my paperwork that the task had been performed and it WASNT!!! The dealership kept saying come back and we will correct the problem. I went back 2 additional times no fluids was topped off and I went home the same way my car came. If a customer ask for a service to be done it should be performed. They were quick to tell me about other things that I didn t even ask about though. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone.....if you have a Kia go to another dealership this one is new and doesn t hold up to their word. They hang up the phone in your face or keep you in hold for minutes at a time.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!

We live in the Chattanooga area and were looking for a new or slightly used RAV4. Our local Toyota dealer was not honest with us and that turned out to be a bad experience. I did a 250 mile area search and found exactly what we were looking for at ALM Kia South, Union City GA. I called and was greeted on the phone by Rianna. After talking to her about the vehicle I felt very good about the dealership. I drove a little over 2 hours to meet her and check out the vehicle. I was not pushed to buy the RAV4 but the price was exceptional compared to any other dealer in that search. I put a deposit on it. My wife and I drove back 2 days later. Rianna was not in that day so we worked with Erika. My wife drove the RAV4 and was very happy with it (it was for her) and the customer service we received was the best we have ever had. Rianna, Erika, and Jawon were all great! Thanks for making this purchase a great experience:):):)

ALM had a great team with a good blend of experienced salespeople and young salespeople eager to go the extra mile. Came in with a car in mind but some questions about how exactly I would make the deal and was met with a no pressure situation and a team eager to meet my needs and put me in the car I was equally eager to get into. I would definitely recommend the ALM family to anyone looking for a new or used car.

The worst car buying experience of my life. I feel that we were ignored and possibly even discriminated against as a military family. I was jerked around by their associates and at one point brought to tears. I hope I can save at least one other family from having to do business with this company.
