My experience was great!! This is the second vehicle I have purchased here. My sales person Shaun Cabell was great and Sabrine Aso was great at getting me financed. Jawon was great at helping me also and he provided great customer service.

Tried to buy a Telluride SX yesterday and got the old "Bait and Switch" from the finance department. We signed a deal and agreed on everything at 0% interest with an excellent credit rating, which I have. When we were sent to the finance department, they told us that the interest rate was 1.9% and that was the best that they could do. We asked them to adjust our trade in to make up for some of the difference and the sales manager refused to do that. No Apologies, very short and rude, and was just told that these were popular cars and they will sell it to someone else. They also threw the salesman under the bus so we walked...BEWARE!!!

You will encounter typical high-pressure sales tactics and borderline dishonesty, similar to what you would see at smaller, hungrier car lots, despite the more respectable appearance of ALM South. The $895 "documentation fee" that was sprung on me at the last minute was pretty disappointing, as well as the pitch to buy "GAP" insurance on the loan (which can be purchased much more cheaply through your own insurance carrier).

If you end up buying a car here, God help you if you need to work with the Service Department. You will deal with "Nathan", the service manager, and you are in for a disappointment.

This guy should be steaming buns at Krystal or shining shoes at the airport, not managing the service department at a large dealership. He must be related to someone, or he is an elite level ass-kisser. Either way, he is costing the dealership significant revenue in lost business from customers who don't return, and who post reviews like this one to keep other customers away. The dealership is either unaware or unconcerned.
He doesn't return phone calls, and he makes promises that he doesn't keep pretty much the two fatal character flaws in an employee who works in a customer-facing role.

Don t take my word for it. Read the other reviews of this place from all over the internet. Buying directly from a private seller is still the best way to buy a used car in my opinion. Or go with someone like Carmax. You will pay a bit more but you will be dealing with a reputable company who at least makes an effort at providing customer service. ALM South will make you unhappy, I promise.

From greeting me upon everythi the dealership, through the entire sales process, I was testedt with respect, kindness, and professionalism. I wasn't sure about making a purchase that day but the way I was treated was the deciding factor for me. Qui is super friendly and always greeted me with a smile. Damien is a great salesman. Uncle Skip took great care of my deal, even though he had to do it twice because my trade-in fell through, and Jawon helped hooked up the Uvo and Android Auto. If I'm in the market for another vehicle, I will be returning to ALM Kia South. Thanks guys for making a stressful situation great! I appreciate it!!!

By far the WORST experience I have ever had at a car lot. From the fact that they didn't call me back when they said they would, not once but 3X.....should have gone with my gut feeling; however I didn't. Then when I got there, our salesman (Sonny) lacked complete professionalism. (foul language, references to marijuana, bragging about the owners Maserati, showing me a vehicle that was not even ready to show) Not only did I let him know that I was on my way, I drove an hour an a half to see a vehicle that I was not able to test drive because it wasn't road ready yet. Even being green in the business (he indicated he has only been in sales for 60 days) does not render the excuse to be unprofessional and incompetent. I called 2x and asked to speak to his manager, not available and never returned my call. A complete waste of my time. I wouldn't buy a candy bar from him.

Great experience working with Ron, Anfernee, Fundrail, Jawon, and Rashad. This team helped my girlfriend find and purchase her first car. Thank you so much! I look forward in purchasing another car here! I have to add that when I got home it seems that they gave us the wrong key. When we locked the car and then unlocked it the alarm came on. Also a couple of lights were out in the car. These problems were fixed after a extremely long wait at the car dealership a couple days later. Overall we are still happy about the car we purchased.Thank you

I purchased my car from here and I didn t have any issues. Now the maintenance center on the other hand moves slow. I had a 12 o clock appointment for an oil change. When i booked on the phone they told me it would take about 45 mins- 1 hour. It took them an hour to take my car back for the oil change. I was there over two And a half hours even though I had a scheduled appointment. I m giving them 2 stars because the staff i interacted with in the front were polite and tried to help. I just feel if I have a scheduled appointment i shouldn t have to wait an hour before my car is even moved.

Can't say enough about the excellent customer service that we received when dealing with Kim in the service department this week. From the initial phone call to schedule the service appointment, her verifying the parts were on hand, making the appointment to fit our schedule, dropping the vehicle off (with Kim....), being contacted by Kim that the vehicle was ready and washed. She also very politely explained what other maintenance/service was recommended specific to our vehicle and it's mileage. Respectful and polite from absolute start to finish....We WILL be back - but I'm asking for Kim!

Do yourself a big favor and ask for Chad Moran in the service department. Customer service was top notch, answered all of my questions without hesitation, and even diagnosed my car problem before it was even taken to the back for a tech to look at it. I was in and out in an hour.

I came in with a spending limit for my first new vehicle. I found exactly the car I wanted but it was a bit more than I wanted to spend. I thought I was going to have to settle with something I didn t really want but Rihanna in sales worked with Mrs. Jones to get me not only the rate but the bottom line price I needed. Mr. Al in finance made that tedious process go very smooth and fast. Finally, we linked up with Jawan and he gave us the run down on the features the vehicle offers. He was extremely knowledgeable about how everything worked and any 3rd party software necessary to make it function to its full potential. Really left me with a great understanding of my new car. We were in and out within 4 hours. I couldn t have asked for an easier process. Thanks again to anyone involved in my sale. I love it!

This place is awful! There is absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I was transferred to several salesman repeatedly without being informed despite the fact I asked to speak to a specific manager and specifically said I was returning his call about a business matter. Everyone I spoke to was very rude and pushy. If you are not ready to buy now, they transfer you to the next salesman over and over. I was also hung up on multiple times when I called back, still trying to reach the manager of whom I was intending to conduct business. I've been in sales over a decade and this place is a disgrace to the sales industry.

8/13/18 - Updated review: We purchase a 2108 Nissan Sentra for our daughter leaving for college 3 1/2 hours from Atlanta. The service lights for oil and air filter, tire maintenance, and front radar obstruction service light came on her dash while she was driving. Please note the buyer agreement stated the dealership provided care maintenance that includes servicing the vehicle. We purchased the car Friday, reported the issue Sunday and as of Tuesday we have with not received follow up. We reported the issue to Ms. Jones the Floor Manager and the salesperson Chris Gantt.

Advice: Request to see the service record and confirm general maintenance was performed before purchasing a car from this dealership.

We purchased our vehicle from ALM this past weekend. We called ahead of time and spoke to Rod Williams, who was very eager to pull the vehicle we were interested in and have it ready for us upon our arrival. We scheduled our test drive for 11AM, but we ended up arriving almost an hour early. Rod was already prepared and had the vehicle ready for us despite our early arrival. We completed our paperwork and Rod made sure we received the best financing offer.

I had a great experience with ALM. It's been 10 years since I bought a new-to-me car and will probably be 10 more years before it happens again so this process was anxiety producing for me. Kalan was my salesperson and was helpful without being pushy which was just what I was looking for as I'd already done tons of research on the car I wanted. The one I picked needed a little work so I left it there to get the paint fixed and after an initial miscommunication, Ashley in the body shop did all she could to make it better. She was super communicative, nice, and professional and had my car looking amazing when I came to pick it up. Finally when we came to pick it up, Jawon gave us excellent service, advice, and tips on how to truly enjoy my new Chevy and all the cool tech features. It was truly a great experience and I left with no regrets about buying my new car. When I'm in the market again, ALM KIA South will definitely be my first stop.

I had issues with finding a lender to finance me but after a talking to the finance officer, they were able to find me a lender. There was no Navigation, No sunroof and Moonroof, No 7 seats. There was another car with same features so is asked manager give me this car I will pay more. Bcoz its 2018.
