I requested a vehicle from the site to be brought to this location. They told me it was already there and to come in and check it out. Wasn t there when I got there. Gathered some number on the vehicle and my trade. Offered me well below value for my trade. Nowhere close to other offers. Told me they have the vehicle there the next day. Called my salesman the next morning and he said the same thing. No response til that evening telling it will be the following morning before he gets the truck. (Truck was Only 40 minutes from his location)I took off work the next morning for nothing. The truck wasn t there til around 3 on a Friday. No time for me to do anything. I ll never deal with this location again. My salesman name was keneil downer.

Update from 3 to 4 star. Rianna (sales) was easy to work with. I did have to walk out on finance (literally walk out) but Rianna quickly got me back to the table with the floor manager who pulled it all together. Make sure you review the numbers with a calculator, finance will drown you in up charges and incorrect numbers. Take your time and calculate and recalculate. Still have a we owe for small repairs that will require one more update.
After three weeks and a visit to the location I was able to get my we owe check and window replaced as originally promised. Also en route to the location I got a low oil alert (after three weeks of possession). Kim in service stepped in and had her guy to check the issue. The found a pinch o ring which was causing oil to leak. Between Kim and the service manager they changed the o ring, did a complete oil change, and changed the drive belt which also had gotten oil on it. 500 miles after Im here again just for an inspection for no further leaks and they said WE ARE GOOD. They purposely sold me a bad car. The car I purchased had a in the muffler which was discovered after I took it to the manufacturer dealer. When I went to ALM Union City I was told that since the hole was physical damage and did not trigger the check engine light they were not required to tell me about it. I asked if they inspect their vehicles prior to selling them. The sales manager and service manager said yes but they were not required by law to tell me about the huge hole in my muffler system.
Prior to this when I purchased my car they barely detailed it because they were closing. It took them 3 weeks before they returned my call for me to come back then after they cleaned it it was still dirty on the inside. They simply washed it.
The customer service is the worst service I have ever had. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Our experience with them is that you should have everything that is agreed upon settled before you leave. We purchased a Volvo XC 60 from them and at the time of the sale, they only had one of the keyless fobs with the vehicle but promised that the auction house they had purchased it from had the other fob and they would have it to us in a few days. We reluctantly accepted this information and told them we were concerned that once we left, they'd forget about us and we would never see the key. A few days pass and after no call from them, we get them on the phone and they of course say that it turns out there is no 2nd fob So we ask how they want to handle it and they smugly reply that there is nothing they can or are willing to do...We're on our own if we want to have another fob purchased and programmed by Volvo. As it turns out, this is going to run us around $400. This is a stereotypical used car dealership; They are slick as glass when they are trying to sell you something and then forget you in seconds as you walk out the door.
The car buying experience wasn't horrible; however, since then we have had some MAJOR issues with this dealership. We were supposed to get the car title and registration over a month ago. However, when they sent the paperwork for the title transfer, the title still had a bank lien against it! (We bought this car outright with cash) Since then we have tried and tried to talk to someone who can explain this situation and have found them to be very unresponsive and it makes me nervous that we paid all this cash to ALM South and two months later still don't have the title. Customer service is absolutely horrible here.

We came here because we were upside down with our current vehicle loan and wanted something newer. From the start we were treated so well! First time buying a car at a dealership and they took advantage of that. I was paying in cash for an inexpensive car. Ended up getting screwed and maybe it's my fault for not knowing what I was doing going in but they're the type to take advantage of that. Just be careful.
I went into the service department for a recent recall to my Kia 2012 Forte. The service manager addressed the recall and explained it. I did not ask for my car to be diagnosed for any problems but the recall repair only. The service manager gave me the service invoice and said 100.00 plus dollars for replacement of lights. He said they fixed it. I refused to pay for unauthorized service. The light he said he fixed was out and others people told me my right headlight was out. I took the car to auto zone, they fixed brakelight in rear window, that was fixed at Kia service costing me 46.00. I took the car back to Kia spoke with same manager said it would cause me 100.00 to diagnose the problem of the brake light and right front headlight. I took car back to another auto zone on Old National Hwy. They said the problem was electrical. I was inconvienced for six months driving at night.I discovered the real problem with the headlight, it had been pulled out completely by Kia. I took picture of disconnected electrical part, went to another car repair shop, fixed problem, connected it, charged me 40.00. I have bought two cars from Kia and was looking forward to my third purchase.

These were some cool dudes. I know I wasn't the most easiest customer but the salesperson Mel was patient with me and looked out for my needs. He had good customer service and was a trustworthy dude. The finance man Joe was cool as a fan, he kept it real. Gave me the best rate I could get on the car. I even returned my first buy because I didn't like it. Joe tripped out and made fun of me but he looked out, even though he could have tried to do otherwise. When I got my QX56 I was like now this is how you supposed to feel when you leave the lot. I'm more than happy with my purchase. The other salesman Shawn who did the second sale was cool people too. In the end this lot had all the best prices and opportunities and I feel confident I got the best rate that i could get right now, And their internet prices are not only some of the best in the state but trust me I looked and they are some of the best in the nation. The only negative I would say would be the final finance guy they say he was new. He was cool but he wasn't real and straight up like the other cats, but I guess that's just the nature of the game. He tried to give me a higher interest rate and make the payments on my second purchase the same as the first and the second car had a lower sales price. It was some more things I felt he wasn't being 100 about like the down payment, and in the end I just couldn't trust the guy fully. I won't say his name because he wasn't all the way terrible but he just wasn't excellent in customer service like Mel, Joe, and Shawn were. Feels good man when people try to give you the best service they can, and that's pretty much what it felt like here.
