Large selection, and that's why I gave then 2 stars instead of 1. Other than that they didn't respond back with my first request for info on a car. The second time I asked about specific features and if they could send pictures. Never heard back. Bought a car the following week somewhere else.
My overall experience here was not bad. I did purchase a vehicle and online the site said the vehicle had frame damage the sales rep advised me that there was no damage to the vehicle, but after looking at the car good at home there was frame damage done to the passenger side headlight. I was not pleased about it. I'm not sure if the sales rep knew or not, but that information was hidden. Quimbley and Jawon were very helpful in explaining and showing me how the car tech worked; I appreciated that service. Hopefully the damage will not cost me a lot to get fixed.

Worst place to purchase a car. It took over 6 hours to drive off with the vehicle I wanted. The salesman was busy trying to help three people at the same time. Also, the salesman was truly untrustworthy. Lied about many things and appeared to be about making money only

I was referred to this location by 2 different individuals .I traveled an hour plus to come here on my only off day . However there were at least 12 people on staff who appeared to be on duty for sales and ABSOLUTELY NO ONE approached me inside nor outdoors for the entire 20min that I was there . It's unfortunate that I passed several locations from my area to be disappointed by the staff in Union City.
I used the Union City location. I called with a dead battery in hopes of getting my car in to be checked. I was told to come right in and got so much more that a battery check. The service department was very attentive and responsive to my concerns above and beyond a dead battery. I was told it may take two days to complete the work that needed to be done (including recalls) and it took one day. My entire experience from the person who answered the phone to the person I picked up the car from and everyone in between was polite, professional and helpful. They even washed off the yellow pollen! I will definitely return and would 100% recommend this company.

Bought a brand new 2019 Jeep from them amd a week later it won't start. Check engine light and everything. I bought a new car because my old car kept having problems and I didnt want to deal with it anymore. Now here I am a week into having a brand new car and I'm dealing with all of this all over again.
This dealership sold me a car with a whole in the tire and empty promises !! If I can save you from the hassle of a bad car being experience then my job is done! They have great cars lined up but the salesman pressures you and give you false promises. I was offered a deal on the car I wanted and drove an hour to go sign my contract when I arrived I was told the deal would not go through as promised over the phone. After pushing through many attitudes we figured out another way for me to purchase the vehicle. Every time I asked about different specs on the car (I m a first time car buyer) the salesman would have an attitude and could barely answer my questions. The day I purchased the vehicle the tire pressure was low so I asked for them to check it and I received more attitudes and was reassured that there was no problem. The next day I got in the car the tire was so low I had to take it somewhere to get checked out and there was a NAIL IN THE TIRE! I had to pay to get it removed and plugged because the dealership didn t take my concerns seriously. My car was missing pieces for the top that I have never received. I was promised floor mats I never received. I didn t get my tag printed for weeks. Overall experience was awful and I hate I ever went to this dealership.

I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership! Or make sure you don't leave until you receive everything you were promised! You will never receive it if you leave without it! They will not return or answer your calls when you call to follow up either. Or if they do they just lie to you and keep promising different dates and then they start ghosting you again. They're helpful while you're there, but once you purchase your car they don't care afterwards. They will have absolute horrid attitudes if you bring up one small thing. They have no idea what they are doing when servicing the cars either. They overfilled my oil and didn't even touch the transmission fluid! They will not disclose if there is a open recall on the car either because "we have 900 cars on the lot. We cannot run the vin of every vehicle "-manager
Sher lean ,was the greatest sales rep I ever had. She is very personable and funny,her personality was the greatest and she got me the car I wanted and the price range I wanted. Which was very important to me considering I work and go to school. And Antonio was very knowledgeable and patient showing me how to operate my new car plus they gave me a second key, free gas and detailed my car and did my emissions. I am very pleased with the staff Sherlean,Antonio,and Mr. Ron,Danny they made sure I got the car I wanted, and low payments. To anyone who decides to buy from ALM Union City make sure you go see Sherlean outstanding customer service! The staff at Alm Union City gets a 5 all day from me!
I would advise everyone not to shop at this dealership. The customer service was so bad. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased my vehicle because everything you see is true. No one is responsive...even upper management. Of course it is a business and of course they want your money, but they aren't even polite or courteous. You can tell they have been taking part in shady business practices for a long time....Look up the Better Business Bureau reviews before buying.

I called my sales person ahead of time to confirm the condition of the car. Salesperson called me back and told me the car was in perfect shape with no visible scratches or dings. I am glad I did not buy this car sight unseen as there were many rock chips all over the car, most being on the front. I flew in from out of town to see the car so it was a big disappointment. Was also upset when I found out about the $599.00 dealer fee and $199.00 fee that the salesperson never told me about up front. Because of these issues, I cannot recommend this dealership. It looks like a lot of other people like them from the number of good reviews they get, so maybe it was just my sales person who was the issue.

I'm reluctant in investing my time to write this post. After giving multiple chances to come through - the lack of service doesn't deserve a good rating. It was nothing short of a facade.
Purchased a car from ALM Mall of Georgia who gave me a "we owe" document that could be redeemed at their sister location ALM Union City. One of the items on the document was for a full buff and detail; on the first instance, ALM Union City buffed the outside of the car, but failed to even touch the inside. I expressed my concern to an associate and he told me that the car had been cleaned. After showing him that normal dust on the dashboard isn't a good sign immediately after a car is cleaned, let alone detailed. No shine, polish, or clean carpets. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for another day. This was their first chance.
After the first failed attempt, I rescheduled for two days later to only be surprised once again. It seems this dealership has a competence issue; they do well with paying "lip service" by saying all the right things, and give a false sense of confidence to customers, but fail to come through in terms of tangible service.
The second attempt at cleaning the car was a bigger failure than the first. They sat me in the waiting area for over an hour and returned my car dirtier than when I brought it in. How this is possible still baffles me. The manager came outside, and agreed that it wasn't clean. Still no apology, or resolution. I was appalled to learn that a dealership that brands itself as luxury retailer doesn't have the decency to apologize for their lack of customer service. For crying out loud, there were clear indications that the car wasn't washed, anyone tall enough to see the roof could tell someone just took a wet rag and brushed the dust off the sides of the car but neglected the top. If you do not like a car "as is," I would implore you to look elsewhere.
Do not expect the customer service to uphold their "luxury" dealership brand. I've had better car washes at a drive through gas station, let alone a full buff and detail you would expect from a high end car retailer.

Haley (the tech) discussed the issue with my vehicle in a way that was easily understandable. And lastly, Hunter was a pleasure to work with. I have heard some interesting things about this place that were questionable. I was nervous coming but, I came and am so glad I did.
Before I got to ALM South my car was stolen the day before on my birthday. I was a bit hopeless and wondering how I was going to make everything work and get another vehicle to get back to work on Monday.
So, I headed to ALM South on Sunday, shared my situation. The process was long but, thanks to Austin Welchel (my salesman), Jawan (car detailer) and the gentleman that did my finances, I was able to drive away with a beautiful red Mini Cooper, that was actually the car I ve always wanted, at a price that was literally perfect for my budget, after I shared what my budget and financial needs were.
Thank you ALM South. The timing was perfect and I am so grateful for how you came through for me, in my time of distress and need.

DONT buy a car here. They pressure people into writing positive reviews. Recently purchased a used RAM 1500 that was in good condition for a good price and was promised two new tires and servicing to the engine light. After waiting for 7 hours at the dealership for the tires and service, they told me the engine light was a recall and put two wrong tires on the truck. I still have the engine light on and two different sets of tires. The receptionists answer the phone but I never get past that, I always get put on silent. Poor customer service and very disorganized.
I like getting my oil change here but the staff needs works i waited 30 minutes and they just looked at me and walked past me i finally asked for help and they said they would charge me 20 dollars for a top off on top of the 40 dollar oil change this is the only time they have said for a oil change.
