Went to the KFC in Richmond, MO placed a whole order and gave the cashier a 100 dollar bill, he said he couldn't break my 100 dollar bill and my order was a 25 dollar order, so therefore I couldn't get anything to eat there because of that situation what a way to lose business. February 4, 2014

Came in from the heat ......90 degrees temperature only to find no air conditioning in a restaurant that serves "hot" fresh food . Couldn't stay inside . Ate our food in the car . Won't be eating in there inside EVER AGAIN . I used to be a regular customer . .....too bad . I feel bad for your employees who have to work in those conditions . It's dangerous .

I spoke to the manager of store J295008 in Jan 2014 about how the American flag was in tatters and still on your flag pole, Your store is across the street from a cemetery where SEVERAL soldiers/veterans are buried (my husband being one of those soldiers) and today 16 April 2014 the flag was still in tatters, I went 1.5 miles east to Wal-Mart and paid $32.72 for a flag I then went back to your store and REPLACED your flag, as I was done replacing the flag, I was invited in I ordered a meal went to pay for it the manager comped it, (thank god the chicken was burned) gave me a local number for corporate who at 4 p.m. no one answered it just went to voice mail. Again the manager said she had ordered the flag the last time I was there but it had not arrived yet. If you cannot afford to buy an AMERICAN FLAG every 4-6 months or as needed, then the options are 1. take the flag pole down and don't have a flag or a pole, 2. close the store. 3. get a new manager. Let me start by saying how upsetting it is that kfc is not doing 2 for 6 anymore. Thats the only way some of us can afford to eat there. It was good while it lasted and I took advantage of it numerous times. I guess my days at kfc are done. Big mistake I know im not the only one who this effects..... kfc is going to miss out on money. Back to wendys for the 4 for 4....

The KFC in Cape Coral, FL buffet off Hancock is absolutely horrible, the service was bad, the buffet even worse not to top it off with nobody knows what the hell their doing, they don't run the store well and before us was a gentlemen who came in person complaining about his sandwich. The staff doesn't follow the washing their hands routine after handling money the person comes back without washing his hands and puts gloves on. The dining area was gross the tables were dirty, the floors too, nobody vacuumed the front area carpet and the buffet was even worse. Nobody replaced anything asked for Mac n cheese and the guy who was supposed to replace it didnt and walked away! I didn't enjoy my meal I was stressed out of how poor this store is ran. Almost forgot my husband ordered food for himself and the young man never rang it up left him standing there for 10 minutes to then realize and make the comment 'o yea I forgot" everybody in this store needs to be retrained or replaced. Never coming back again, thanks.

As a worker at KFC, I can honestly say that the working conditions are terrible, the general management is poor, and everything is unfair. The manager does nothing to help, yet he treats every employee like a slave. He wonders why he always gets complaints. It's because he throws everybody into something without training them and getting upset when something doesn't go right. I also might mention that he demoted our assistant manager to a crew chief, even though she is a fantastic worker, and fired our newer assistant manager for giving away food, yet the general manager got away with closing down the store early (locking doors, throwing away all food, not making employees clean anything) multiple times. It is way out of hand. Before he became our general manager, I loved my job. Now I would do anything to get out.

We love the grilled chicken, the flavor is beyond delicious! My complaint is that our store here in Dumas, Texas can not serve it because their machine is broken and has been for two weeks.
Please get someone here and get it fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We need our grilled chicken, we are addicted to it. PLEASE SEND SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday my family and I got food to go from KFC ...

Yesterday my family and I got food to go from KFC in Memphis, its been a while since we visited on of your stores due to horrible customer service. Last night guaranteed we will NEVER EVER COME BACK! There was a DEAD ROACH in my food that I was sharing with my one year old son. I immediately ran to the restroom to throw up. When we came back to the store all the manager could do was give us our money back and could not provide me with any number to call. I left my number for his General Manger to call me and have not received a call back. So I took matters into my own hand and called the health department and sent pictures and videos of the DEAD ROACH in the food to our local NEWS Channel 3 and Social Media. NO one should ever experience what my family did and since you all don't have enough decency to pick a phone and call me, we will continue to let every see and hear about our experience.

I called are KFC in 32nd and 25th st. S.no answer we received no beans and the wrong chicken bad will called for 3 days no answer. Called the other KFC in west fargo said will have regional manager call me ! No call for another week so I called again she remembered me said she could not believe him so she called an told jason new regional manager. No call 5 days later! You no anybody at KFC that cares, apparently not!

Last weekend, on the spur of the moment, my grand...

Last weekend, on the spur of the moment, my grandson and I decided to get some KFC and eat at a local park. We drove through your store at 5249 E Brown Rd, Mesa, AZ 85205.

That means that we had no plates, utensils, or napkins.

We ordered two grilled breasts, one mashed potatoes with gravy, two coleslaws, one biscuit, and two drinks.

We got the above.

What I did not know was that I was required to order knives (for the chicken and biscuit), forks (for the chicken and slaw), spoons (for the mashed potatoes with gravy), napkins (for the chicken and biscuit), and butter (for the biscuit).

Eating the mashed potatoes and the coleslaw were particularly enjoyable. Actually, they didn't get eaten.

I AM CONTINUALLY reminded of what a disappointing establishment this is. WHEN is it good business practice to NOT have all types of chicken available at 6PM? This is NOT the first time I have had this experience with KFC. SHAME ON YOU for NOT catering to the PUBLIC as a SERVICE BASED business. This has happened to me in Sun City CA & at the Dalles, OR.

The following review involves a KFC franchise stor...

The following review involves a KFC franchise store owned and operated by KBP Foods in Va Beach that KFC Corporate likely profits from in the form of royalties & other franchise fees. I was intentionally locked out of this open restaurant by an employee whose name tag appeared to identify him as a Team Trainer. No customers were in the store at the time. After several minutes, I began calling the store and knocking loudly on the doors and despite 3 people being on duty, nobody responded. As soon as another customer walked up, he immediately unlocked the doors, making it clear to me this was no accident. I asked to speak to someone in charge, and as the Co-manager came out of an office to my right, the cook suddenly approached the counter from my left, making me feel kind of ganged up on. I complained to the Co-manager about being locked outside for more than 10 minutes and all I got was a blank stare and no apology, as well as no explanation for why I was locked out of an opened business. I specifically asked her for a number for the franchise owner but was suspiciously given one for the Restaurant Manager, and not the actual owner KBP Foods. After filing a complaint, the Area Coach contacted me and confirmed that she believed I was locked out of the store on purpose, and that the employee that I identified as an apparent Team Trainer was no longer with the company. I believe I only visited this restaurant 4 times in 18 months and could not possibly have done anything to deserve this type of abusive mistreatment. I basically felt bullied, and could not believe it happened as I offered repeat business to this restaurant. I was advised the building was recently renovated and allegedly had only one poorly working security camera at the time, making it difficult to determine who else may have been involved, not to mention potentially risking the safety of customers & employees. As for the Co-manager, I was told she was allegedly in a walk in and did not see or hear anything. Shortly after our conversation ended, I left a voicemail for and sent a follow up text to the Area Coach, questioning how the Co-manager got back to her office from a walk in that appeared to be on the other side of the store without hearing or responding to all of the knocking that played out only moments before. I never heard from her again. I received a letter from KBP Foods, calling this a singular incident, offering me $100 in KFC gift cards. I sent an email to the executive who wrote this letter and certified mail to their CEO addressing many of these concerns, as well as stating I was offended their company valued the personal & emotional impact of this cruel & inhumane prank at $100 worth of their food, and never got any response from anyone. The only thing more disturbing than the possibility of supervisory employees conspiring to psychologically abuse an innocent consumer is what appears to be multiple attempts by various levels of corporate authority to silence or conceal the truth about this horrifying event. After 6 months of both companies ignoring multiple communications from me, I have chosen to give up my pursuit of the truth & believe KFC & KBP Foods truly don't care about what was done to me and that my rights as a consumer are irrelevant to them.

I really don't like KFC. It's the ultimate example of corporate America destroying something that started out great. The people now running the company don't have a clue. They only care about making more profit today and don't ever seem to think about where they are taking the company. Wake up folks.

I've been a long time customer for over 30 years, ...

I've been a long time customer for over 30 years, a customer in Jacksonville NC for 12 years. During this time in Jacksonville I have had issues with this franchise leaving items off large carry out orders. Sometimes the missing items are replaced & sometimes the manager would offer a replacement meal as gesture of good will as it was an imposition to make return trips for missing items. On my last trip I placed order for 2 16 piece meals & receipt listed 4 breast4 thigh 4 legs 4 wings for each meal. Each meal turned out to contain just 1 breast with wings substituted. I wrote in online & asked which resulted in Russ the district manager of this franchise calling & accusing me of scams/theft. Outrageous when a company rips you off but but won't accept responsibility. I was yelled at & threatened with police for commenting by Russ. The KFC I knew & grew up with is not the KFC that exists in Jacksonville NC, so disappointed but won't be wasting time or money on this subpar franchise.

Had the worst food experience of my life today at the Starke Fl KFC. The spoiled coleslaw just wouldnt stay down, My grilled chicken was original recipe and my Son's popcon chicken didnt come with the sauce he asked for. When I went back up, another customer was complaining and asking for the sauce she asked for.
Once My Mother stopped Vomiting Her coleslaw up She called and spoke to"Yolonda" who was rude and no help at all. We dont see a resolution with the local management and will just take our business to the local competitor.

I went to the Cathedral City KFC on 07 18 16 at 6pm. and the first thing I noticed and I was about to enter the door was posted a paper stateing that transactions with a debit/credit card would incur a 49 cent charge but I was ok with that then next thing I noticed that the air was warm even though you could hear the ac was on, there were no shades or tinted windows anywhere so where ever you sat down it would be in the bright light of the sun and it would be very warm. I ordered my meal and waited...and waited, I asked the cashier when would my meal be ready? mind you several customers arrived after I placed my order and had left, Well she realized that they forgot my meal order and said she was sorry so I told her I would take my meal to go..the ice in my drink had melted while waiting. So I took my meal home and then opened it up. first the potatoes wedges were not warm or fresh and the extra crispy breast of chicken I requested was not what I received. overall it was the worst service I had received in quite a while and I eat out often. I feel very sorry for any customer the go to that particular location and I will be informing my coworkers and friends of this experience.

Bought a 8 piece meal at KFC Jan 22,2014 at a cost of 22.99 before tax. The chicken was dry and had 4 wings in are bucket which I asked for all white meat. The biscuits were so hard you couldn't eat them. The potatoes and coleslaw were the only thing we could eat. Was very disappointing for I've always had good meals there, This was the KFC on Speedway, Fairmont WV. Was a total waste of money.

well i went to the kfc by my house and had a coupon for the "feast it" and as i was waiting to order and as i pulled up to the window they told me that dont know anything about this coupon so as she told me to hold on the manager that was working said they can not honor the coupon that i had because they are individually owned and they cant take the coupon off. Talking to the consumer that has been in the retail customer service industry for over 18 yrs they had the worst customer service ever and not only that when i got home i realized that they didn't give me my coleslaw(that i had paid for) so then i had to get back in my car and drive back over there to get it and the same lady who helped me in the drive through did not offer an apology for my inconvenience.

I eat at the Gulf Breeze, Fl location and all this summer the ceiling has been leaking! The same caution sign doesn't ever move from the spot. I finally got fed up when the ceiling leaked on my shoulder while I was at the salad bar. I didn't eat the salad bc I thought the drip may have made it to the food. I went to the buffet, and had to order livers, and chicken legs. They had no biscuits and was told it would be 14 minutes. Most of the time, my family and I eat and leave. But when we wait for something to be cooked, I notice how nasty, greasy the floors are and the guy took trash out (whew!) while we were dining! The buffet is not cleaned and tidy and the flies are there every visit! PLEASE, fix the ceilings...This is the only "fast food chicken" that my children enjoy, but even they were disgusted last visit.

Approached the speaker to place an order and a associate started to give me the sales for the day.After the first few words I said NO THANKS so she would here me they kept on going through the routine of telling me about there special they didn't bother to stop and listen to me. The KFC/Taco Bell in Excelsior Springs is horrible. The staff is not professional at all the managers are not role models for the teenagers working there they act like they are one of the kids. Yesterday the line was around the building there was a line inside waiting for their food after they ordered and the lady in front taking orders was joking around with kids in back and one of them actually called her mom. Take your jobs serious you are serving the public. The last 3 times I have been there they have been out of chicken and I have had to wait for over 10 minutes. I understand things happen but after seeing how the staff acts I can see why they are not prepared. I think the owners need to re-evaluate their management and staff in this store.

over a month later i get a call from a restaurant basically asking me to reiterate everything i stated im my letter. restaurant claimed to much time has passed to do anything. i told them i wrote corprate almost a month & a half ago, & they sed it was still to much time. thumbs down for kfc corprate hq taking 40+ days to acknowledge my letter, & still doing nothing to rectify the issue i had.

Very disappointd in KFC and their latest commercial. It depicts domestic violence, bullying and grop stupidity. In a time when the entire nation is trying to reduce bullying KFC jumps out on national tv with commercials every 10minutes with granpa and junior fighting and Mom and Dad allowing it. Shame on KFC

*Attention* this store is selling under cooked meat. Salmonella poisoning. Even after returning my meal the manager was rude an very offensive. To start she said that I had done something to my order. My meal was under cooked.they forgot my biscuits an it was half an half. An when I was getting no where with this manager I asked to talk to her boss an she grabs her name tag an says rudely am in charge of this store. So over an over I asked to speak to a different manager. She was talking an yelling at me as if I had done something. I asked her to replace my meal that I just drove 25mins. For twice an to replace my money. An she said no that she would only replace the meal. An as she did this she decides there is someone else she could call on the phone. So again I repeated that this was more then just a common mistake. An again this manager said to bad to siad. An even asked me how dare me ask for a free 40 Dollar meal how could I expect that. I wanted to say no I only expected my meal cooked an as I ordered an with what I ordered,but I didn't I shood there as the staff made comments about me wanting something for free. An as I waited one man changed the trash an next put together a meal. Then a women cleaning lobby with mop bucket to going right to handling food herself. Not one employee washed their hands or wore gloves. This store was unclean in kitchen, lobby,bathroom. This is not something to be over looked. Its just nasty. An the managers are just rude. This is my first review in my life. I understand being busy or having a hard day but this was far from your day to day mistakes... calling health department Monday morning.. Chambersburg Pa.

Today I ordered a #5 Fill Up BOX. When I got there they told me no original or baked was avail.( It was 4:10PM) Store at 3905 Taylorsville Rd, Lou.KY. So I said give me the crispy. When I got home the box was short the biscuit and cookie and the chicken was over done and dried out. Called the store the manager put me on hold and never returned. How in the hell does KFC stay in business with this situation.
