The KFC/Taco Bell in Excelsior Springs is horrible...

The KFC/Taco Bell in Excelsior Springs is horrible. The staff is not professional at all the managers are not role models for the teenagers working there they act like they are one of the kids. Yesterday the line was around the building there was a line inside waiting for their food after they ordered and the lady in front taking orders was joking around with kids in back and one of them actually called her mom. Take your jobs serious you are serving the public. The last 3 times I have been there they have been out of chicken and I have had to wait for over 10 minutes. I understand things happen but after seeing how the staff acts I can see why they are not prepared. I think the owners need to re-evaluate their management and staff in this store.
