Just HORIBLE! Service is slow! Very slow! Waited for food for over 55 min until we decided to leave. Appetizer came cold and unpleasant to look at.

Went to eat here tonight there was plenty of empty tables hostess told us a 45 min wait and when we got seated we waited another 30 mins before our waiter even came to take our drink order we ordered our food at that time then had to wait another hour for it to come other than that food was good

Me and my family have been going to Hilton Head every summer since I was a child and we go to Wild Wings 2 to 3 times on every trip. Awesome atmosphere, tasty food , friendly staff. Wild Wings is one of my favorite traditions!

I usually don't read into individual reviews complaining about bad service... thinking it was just a bad server or an isolated incident. But reading other reviews, the bad service at Wing Wing Cafe seems to be a common theme. My wife's mixed drinks were terrible. One literally tasted like cough syrup.

I'd recommend you head up to One Hot Mama's for better food and better service.

Wings were good as always but service was horrible. Probably the worst service and bad attitude I have ever had at a restaurant.

wild wing cafe is beyond the worst place I have been to. we ordered our food and I took a hour and a half to even get out here and our waitress seemed to he half stupid or something like she was clueless on what was going on in the world, very bad , DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Server was visibly upset. Took 40 mins before we got our food. With no explanation of why it took so long. A wing place shouldn't take that long for 12 wings and fries. I suggest you go somewhere else for your wing fix.

Love all the different wing flavors! It was much better when it was privately owned but it's still decent.

Still bad. We came last year and experienced bad service, figured we'd give them another try. Was terrible again! Wild wings corporate really needs to make a stop in here for a long week and fine tune everything. We were seated outside and were forgotten about! Had to go inside to ask for service. The hostess was shocked we hadn't been greeted. Everyone there (minus hostess) had a huge ego and attitude problem. Waitress had her stomach showing... admitted she forgot about us and joked about it. Not funny. No fun. Don't give them a second try. Go to one hot mamas, you won't regret it there!!!!!!!!!

Not good. The chicken was cooked all the way and wasn't overdone, but the wing sauces had zero flavor. My husband and I ordered 3 different kinds of sauces (honey bbq, buffalo and ranch) and we could not taste the difference between any of them. The ranch that we dipped the wings in was good but the blue cheese was so bad I had to go to Kroger and buy some.

Amazing! Server was perfect. We are super hot due to riding bikes. They were great to help cool us down. Safe place to leave bikes. Good location. Easy to get in and out of. Food was hot and bathroom clean.

Not really the best service. Time and Time again waiters forget food and drinks. Good wings on the other hand.

Unfortunately Google doesn't have a way to not give any stars. This place is horrible! The worst service I have experienced of late. Arrived at 5:37 pm to a virtually empty restaurant, and we were seated almost immediately. That's where the one star ends. After ordering about ten minutes or so later, we sat and sat and waited until 6:32 pm at which time we decided that we had waited LONG enough. I had ordered an appetizer.... Wait a minute! Wild Wings is all appetizers! No food in 55 minutes!?! Seriously shut it down.... Revamp.... A visit from "Undercover Boss" is in order... Ohhhhh and it was filthy! Drive on by....

Wing portions are small. The hamburgers and wraps are highly recommended.

Been here several times and the service is just atrocious. The last and final time was this past Tuesday and we sat for 30 minutes without being helped - and the restaurant was not busy unless you count the bar. Will not be returning.

We ordered to go. As other reviewers mentioned, the service was slow. The fries and tater tots were super greasy. Buuuut the wings were awesome. Next time we'd just order wings. Yum.

Bad service, terrible wings. Waitresses look like they just rolled out of bed and came to work.

They forgot half of our order, they retook our order three times before getting it right, they took upwards of 3 hours to finally get all of our food. Wings were over cooked and the sauce was lacking. Overall very poor experience.

I am on vacation in Hilton Head, Sc. Decided to order in from this restaurant and used their delivery service. This is a separate delivery service that delivers to the resorts in the area. The service is named Express Restaurant Delivery. You place the orders through them and wait for your food.... Well my order was messed up. Not sure who screwed up so by the time they returned to the room with the correct item, the food was cold. You pay nearly $6 for delivery...Its not worth it... Just took a few bites and the price was not worth the food we received.. the best part of the meal was the pickles.. ordered the hamburger and the beef brisket and was not impressed at all. save you money and look for another place to eat.......

Terrible service, manager knew young lady was new, she had way to many large parties, manager did not pay any attention. ! 1 hour 15 minutes for food, after waiting 30 minutes for drinks, missed happy hour???? Whole dining experience took 3 hours? When we got our food, cold, wings dried out, celery was hot, burger prepared wrong. The band Individually twisted saved the day, the 3 year old and 1 year old enjoyed the dancing!!!

Tiny portions, out of many many items. My wife ordered shrimp with rice.. their out of rice. Then out of mac n cheese, half their beer menu. Smallest shrimp and wings on the inland. Id recommend the pizza abs wing place next door over this any day

Wait took forever, which is cool I guess, but you are also met with not great service, and sub par food. Which made the wait for the food completely not worth. Very happy knowing ill never be returning here again.

Wings were great. Flavorful and meaty. Wife didnt enjoy chicken fingers that much. They were a little underdone.

Parking lot was pretty empty, was told 20 minutes, after 20 minutes, was told another 20-30 minutes. Didn't seem to be efficiently managed. Much too slow.

And all management can do is send the waitress back out to make excuses.

Used to be a favorite part of the vacation. Wasn't too pleased the last two years.

Was the place for wings and fun, they brought back 2 fers on wings and things on Tuesday, but it's a seasonal special. Place has been renovated, new floors, more bigger TVs. JUST NEED TO HIRE MORE STAFF.

Best wings on the beach!! Wait time is a little long, but definitely worth it. Service by Kaitlyn was the best we have ever had at this establishment! She deserves a raise!!!!!!!!

Their food is TRASH. Took 1 hour and 30 minutes just to get our food and it came out all cold.

We arrived on the island 9/4/16 for a few days R&R and opted Wild Wings for dinner. We arrived at 8:30 only to be greeted by hostess telling us "there is an hour wait and then we close at 10". At that time I observed there were several empty tables. With that type greeting and customer service, there will probably be alot more empty tables! All worked out well. We went to a nearby competitor and had a delicious meal and found a new place to frequent.

Awesome burgers. BUT they burned my boneless wings and it was hard as a rock

Frankly terrible. They used to be so good and fun. Not sure what happened.

Off season, restaurant had very few patrons... waited over 10 minutes and were never approached by a waiter/waitress... We left and won't be back! Too many other great options on HHI.

Enjoyed Monday night wings at wild wings with family the wings were hum hum good, the service was great (Halloween night) our SWAT girl waitress was outstanding. Will definitely go back the next time we are on this Island. Connie B.

Slow night at the bar, but had a great grilled buffalo chicken salad. They make the blue cheese dressing in house, fantastic!

I ordered the large family order of wings online. When I got there to pick it up I was told they were out of the Boss Wings. They had my number when I placed the order and they couldn t call me. So they didn t start the order until after I was there. After 30 minutes I got the order with no apology or a few extra wings or anything. Poor service.

Excellent.. We had 8 of us at the bar and the bartender was great. Great food and service.

Horrible hostess girl working the front door. Rude as hell and gave me a hand gesture when she told me she couldn t do our party with a request of two tables of 6 & 4. Been to 5 different restaurants without issues of the same requests in 4 days to HH. Simply put she was rude and could have explained and handled the request much differently without THE ATTITUDE. I dont post much but figured the lack of patrons and her being present at 6:00 in the evening says it all.

I just ate at the Wild Wings in HH, I usually go to the Bluffton one because of the live music & great service. Tonight I had the worse experience I've ever had at any restaurant I've been to. First of all the server forgot the burger my brother order, she never apologized or said anything about it, thinking maybe we forgot about it? When we got the check we saw we didn't get charged so she erased it. Most of the serves don't write down the orders but for future reference they NEED TO so stuff like this doesn't happen! Second, there was a hair in my wings.. The young black lady (server) when she brought the food out we never saw her again, never offered us refills on our drinks, never asked if everything was okay or anything, she didn't come by the table at all. She would just pass through like if we weren't her table at all. The table behind us was a table of white males; she brought their food out and few minutes later she went to their table and asked if they were doing okay.... I'm Hispanic myself, I do not know if I should take it as racist thing or she was just embarrassed that she forgot to put in the burger, I really don't know. I had to get the other server for my check and 2 boxes to go, because she was too busy sitting down at the banch by the entrance. The young man was nice to check us out and even though he shouldn't had apologized for his coworkers mistakes he did. This is absolutely the worse experience I've ever had! We did not leave a tip AT ALL because she DID NOT DESERVE IT!!

Not impressed. First visit to a WW Cafe. Wings were skinny and beer was warm.

We wanted to order wings to go. We ve had a great but long day. We called the restaurants listed phone number three times as it continuously rang. We never received an answer. We entered the restaurant to no greeter, no hostess, nothing! We sat ourselves at the bar where we waited approximately 5 minutes until an employee turned around from her position at the end of the bar where she was conversing with other employees & on her phone. We ordered. As we waited I went into the restrooms which needed a lot of attention. I am very dissatisfied with our visit.

Very poor experience. Tables dirty and had to ask 2x to clean the gunk off. Still waiting about 40 minutes since ordering with restaurant half full. Go somewhere else.

This has turned into a joke of a restaurant. We've been going to WWC since it was down at Coliginy. It always was the first place we ate when we came to HHI. We have tried to eat there twice over the last week but left both times due to poor service and management. We ended up driving off the island to the one in Bluffton which was great. My son was down a few weeks ago and had the same experience. Too bad for what was a great restaurant. Try someplace else.

Stopped in with family when we arrived the evening at Hilton Head on 5-12--19 for a family vacation. My family and I ordered wings for take out. The menu is limited in the evening. It has a nice bar and many TV screens for various sports. The staff was friendly and the other patrons were well mannered. The pricing is commensurate with the location. When we returned to our room, we found the wings to be bi or and meaty. The only downside for me is that I ordered Buffalo style wings, but they had no Buffalo style flavor at all. I will chalk it up to a wrong order, because of the lack of any semblance of traditional Buffalo Sauce whatsoever. The blue cheese and honey mustard dipping sauces were excellent and made up a lot of ground in my overall impression. I would certainly go there again.

I can't say enough about this place the all you can eat wings is the way to go! The salads are really good!

Wait wait wait knowing when i pulled in the lack of maintenance parking lot it was gonna be bad table of 6 waiter didn t hear anything we ordered 80% of order was wrong had to go in the kitchen to get our napkins and silverware mainly because he spilled water all over the tables and menus never brought our appetizers and slowly brought food out as it was cooked not all at once,by the way we were the only people in there oh and water was dripping from the cold air return vent onto the table as well needs a whole staff cleansing eat at local spots you will be happy

The hostess was SO rude to us, like others have stated. We requested a boothe (I have a bad back) and she refused to seat us in one! (There were 12 boothes open and it wasn't busy!!) Also, she was scratching her hair/playing (long braided hair) with her hair when we walked in. I used to work in the restaurant business and understand how rotation goes with servers. However, to refuse to seat a paying customer at a boothe, not a very good first impression. Not to mention, she didn't welcome us in either or seem enthusiastic about her job. If you're going to be a hostess, you're the first impression on a customer, saying hello with a smile and welcoming people in goes a long way! Our server, Chandler, was awesome!! 10 out of 10 stars for him! We let him know of our concerns and he moved us to a boothe - excellent customer service!! He was very friendly and spectacular. It does put a damper on our experience though, please re-train that hostess and give her a 411 on customer service skills! Probably wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend because of that hostess- rude!

This was the worst experience we ve ever had going out to eat.......took forever for our server to greet us, then even longer to get our drinks.....I wouldn t recommend this place because you cannot get good service.

This place needs bar rescue. It took an hour for our food to come out after the order. The wings were small and only tasted average. I should have listened to the other reviews.

Service was terrible waited 15 min to order after another long wait asked the drinks had been made. No not even started. Would not recommend

Wild Wing has always been my favorite wing place! Although we're from Ohio, we still have a wing card and enjoy coming as often as we can. Today I was disappointed, as I don't like soft skin on my wings. We ate early so I don't understand the rush to get them out right after we got the appetizer and salad. My husband doesn't like to send anything back, so he got to eat most of the wings Glad they got the wild card credits working, as we had a problem with that in January. I won't give up, as this is the only place to get Wild West wings and I miss them when we return to Ohio next month!

Ordered over 120 wings to go and they didn t label them. Also ordered 30 boneless bbq and got 30 bone in. What kind of operating model is this???

This place is great and has excellent customer service!

My mom and i ordered a wing meal for curbside pickup on a busy friday night. But when we got home we were very dissapointed to see our wings were sub par. We called the restaurant to tell them about it and the manager Kelly said she would make it right and personally brought us a new meal. She was very friendly and helpful and the wings were great!

As a local I'll be glad to come back!

I'll start by saying the food was good, no real complaints as its bar food, but the Wild Wing corporate really needs to step in and help this place. It was dead at 6pm on a Saturday during season, that's scary in itself. The waitstaff does not seem trained and atmosphere felt flat. Come save this restaurant, corporate, or itll just be a spot for the next restaurant goldmine on this island.

My family and I had made wild wing cafe part of our HHI tradition. I can tell you that after tonight's experience we will not be returning.

Our evening started off by calling to see if they took reservations or had call ahead seating since we had a very large party. The hostess on the phone said they do not take them. So we left a little earlier to put our name on the list. When we got there they said it would be 45-60 minutes, which was not a problem.

So our family sat around and caught up with each other. An hour and 15 mins later we still did not have a table.... We were extremely frustrated when they said it would be an additional hour wait because they had to seat the call ahead seating... That part made us even more frustrated because they said they didn't take reservations or call ahead seating.

So after speaking to an extremely rude manager we finally sat down at separate tables about 2 hours from when we originally arrived. Our waitress started off and attentive but that did not last. It took us 40 minutes to get our appetizers. Then another 30 minutes to get our salads. After that it took us an additional 20 minutes for our entrees after the server said our food would be out in 10 minutes.

Finally after over an hour of sitting at our table we were able to eat. It was difficult to eat so late because we had small children who were already asleep. Once we were seated the manager did not stop by to follow up with us.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from the hostess to the kitchen. By the time we sat down to order the place wasn't busy and it made no sense for the ticket turn around to take so long. You think with being a family friendly spot that they would know to have a fast ticket time.

If you would like to wait to eat over an hour then this place is for you. If that is not what you prefer I would recommend finding a different restaurant. Tonight was an extremely frustrating experience.

Wild wing cafe I am extremely upset

Use to come here with my family each year for vacation, however this year service was a huge disappointment. When we arrived we were told there was a wait and when we asked how long the hostess didn't give us an estimate. When we got seated we ordered two appetizers, when they came out one was a completely wrong order. When our food arrived we had no silverwear and our waitress was no where to be found. I had to actually get up and ask another employee for silverwear, they did not see this as a problem. Terrible service, food is good but not worth it. Much better places to visit
