You guys should change your name from great Wolf lodge to freaking awesome Wolf lodge!!

The room was nice. Though we didn't figure out how to the lights turn on until we were leaving. Apparently there's a master switch by the door. But the room didn't even have a microwave. You have to walk to where the ice machine is to use a microwave, which was super inconvenient since we had a crying baby who wanted her bottle. But the room, the pool and a few little activities were the only things included in the near $300 i paid to stay here for a single night. Nothing else. Not even breakfast. Breakfast cost $17 per adult and $10 per child over 3. And two of my kids (3&5) barely ever even eat half they're plates. So we didn't even bother. But Smores were even $2 each. So I didn't bother with that either. I'll buy the stuff and use my kitchen torch to make it at home in Georgia. But, sadly, we didn't even make it to any of the activities here, anyway, except for like 2 minutes of the dance party. But I give it 2 stars because my kids had a lot of fun in the pool area. But we went to a hotel in TN once and it had small play area like they have here to go up and slide down and splash water plus a pool, hot tub and breakfast for $65 plus tax and fees. We can only afford an expensive vacation like every five years of saving up. But, this just wasn't worth my money. Sorry.

Brought my 5 and 6 yr old girls to the water park for a day, but the main attraction for their age is the Fort-Mackenzie water fort tree house which happened to be closed for the day and we were not made aware of it at check-in. Not tall enough for the water slides, so they were stuck playing in the overcrowded toddler area. Smh

The facility is a childs dream of waterslides, pools and arcade games as well as other attractions. Recommend that your kids meet the height requirements so they can go on all rides.

They do have some bizarre practices though and seemed to be understaffed. 1 guy dealing with towel handouts and returns seemed unnecessarily overworked and had a huge line. You can do better great wolf lodge.

Outstanding place to take your family lot of things for them to do but it's not cheap be prepared to bring plenty of cash with you lol

i came here to see how much they changed the park, they took out and added a few things but like all around pretty normal. one employee called me fat and didnt believe that i weighed less than my friend, this employees name was jasmine.

Looked awesome couldn't participate due to recent for surgery but the family all loved it. I was kinda depressed sitting in hotel room for 3 days but that's life.

Much better than what KLC was. Updates are wonderful. Fun for the family

We used to come here about 3 times a year when it was Key Lime Cove. This was the first and last time we will visit GWL. Of course the kids loved it, but there was absolutely nothing for me and my husband to do and we paid for the trip! No hot tub, no adult beverages, no decent eateries, nothing for us to wine down and relax. And the cost was absolutely outrageous! Not worth the cost be prepared to spend $500 plus for a evening of fun.

We have spent the night here on several occasions without much to rave about. Comfortable, and average would be how I'd normally describe it. This last stay however it seemed the staff went above and beyond to make it a wonderful time. The water park wasn't too crowded, the dinner at the bar/restaurant was spectacular too which was a pleasant surprise. All in all a great weekend. The bell man Jason was particularly helpful on our check out day as well, storing our luggage while we spent the remainder of the day in the park. Again, a wonderful visit!

After 3 power outages in my room, they upgraded us and gave us coupons. This has been the best place ever

Excellent staff and rooms! The waterpark is really fun for all ages, and was very clean. Rooms were clean as well and looked very nice. They even have an arcade, bowling, and many restaurants with those cool Coca Cola Freestyle machines. Cheese pizza was also very good even though a single pizza was $17.

It's bigger and better than Key Lime Cove, but not on scale of the big Dells resort that people come to expect from Great Wolf Lodge. Staff are friendly, attentive, and kind. Standard rooms are a bit meh for the price- our tub didn't drain and the faucet dripped. My sister stayed in one of the suites and loved it

Very nice resort,rooms were beautiful. Water park is small and for young kids mostly.So the noise level was very bad and the chlorine was too high. I had pizza right outside of the water park and in that short time i
I watched 6 people slip and fall. The floor just past the water area is a high gloss smooth paint on cement.I am not sure why they would want that liability. My daughter ate chicken strips in the water park and by 3 am she was so sick and in so much pain. I was sure it was the flu,but none of the 8 people she was with got sick. So I am sure now it was food poisoning. Anyone else get sick? Stayed 8/24? So when I told the front desk that people were slipping on the floor they could care less, and so when I asked at 4 am if anyone else was sick with food poison they were just as unconcerned. Kind of stay at your own risk.

Very nice place to take your children 13 and under!!

Worst waste of money in my life. Go to six flags and stay at a hotel in Gurnee Mills area, enjoy the mall as well. Terrible stay. Take a lot to get me to come back.

Indoor Waterpark with arcade and other activities for kids. Designed to keep kids pumped up and everybody smiling.

I have to say this place has let me down. I was waiting to come after the new Renovations and so basically you get these wristbands that suck the scanners do scan that good so it s a struggle to get in the room and into the water park. The water park seems pretty much the same as it was before. Vending machines didn t work on multiple floors my room the tv kept shutting off and was missing remote. Kids tv didn t even work . The beds where uncomfortable and the room was very very small. I mean way smaller then I thought it was gonna be. I got the ones with the bunk beds for the kids. I think it s the cabin something anyway super small room. There are other issues As well just an overall not so good experience. Also everything is super overpriced.

It was great place to 3 year old and also 5 months baby. We really enjoyed!

Everything was nice, waterpark great for kids. Wish bar was open at later hours.

We were part of a large group. The customer service was excellent. Anything we needed from towels to pillows to shampoo were brought to us. The entire staff, especially the bellman, were extremely friendly and helpful. The park ran very efficiently and we had a great time.

Very cool place to go, pool, magi quest, and fun activities make it a good stay.

A nice getaway that is not too for from home. A nice water park..the kids really love it and enough to keep the adults having fun.there are some food deals and plenty of restaurants close by...rooms are adequate. Staff is warm and friendly...aquatic staff is very attentive and make you feel safe. The is an adult spa and kids spa, game room and activity/craft area for the kids. A nice little shop to buy beach wear year around. The family is looking forward to a return trip. Make sure you sign up for the text messaging...they will provide you with adult beverage and food discounts too...

Updated and clean compared to other great wolf lodges we have been too. Rooms were much nicer and beds were super comfortable. Some areas were very cold to walk through to and from water park, outside temp was in 30s. We Will back this summer.

It's a great getaway from home experience the rooms are clean the drinks are fantastic and of course enjoy the swimming

Great Wolf Lodge has really stepped up their game. They have rebranded and the whole place is better. There is tons to do for the kids in addition to the water park. I would definitely recommend it for a family looking for something to do for a couple of nights.

Me and my family visited Great Wolf Gurnee on August 24th and we checked out on 08/25. When I got there my room was already paid for. They asked for a credit card to put on file which I understood. So I gave them separate card from which I paid for the room with. I called them on 5th asking why was there a pending transaction still on my card and the girl that answered the phone told me that it was probably from the holiday. Well today is 09/13 and the amount is still pending. I family really enjoyed but make me take away a star due to the ridiculous time that its taking to release my money and yes pending which is kind of odd but my bank IS HOLD THE AMOUNT. My son and niece had a blast in which I was going to book another day but the rates was extremely high . They really made me feel bad about not staying longer. With the mishap I am gald that we didn't stay.

Very nice place and atmosphere. Very high priced. Great place with plenty of activities to keep the children entertained.

Second time we visited here. This last visit, during checkin, none of my basic questions and requests (like leave my charge on the bracelet) were answered correctly or honored. I understand it was busy due to the president's day, but I was simply rushed through the process. I asked about a valet and a porter/bellhop and was told that they dont do either. Valet is correct, they no longer offer it as of December, bellhop is definitely a service they offer. I spent an hour looking for a cart, and asked several times with not even a hint of help. I had 3 kids with me, so getting some help would have been great. I was more than willing to pay for it as well.
I requested a managers call (because when I asked to speak to them, they "had meetings all day"). It has been 6 days and still no calls.
Doubt we will be back.

I am giving this one star only because I have to give a star. Made reservations and got here at 4pm. We waited until 6pm and still no room was ready. Had 3 crying kids stuck in the car. Most ridiculous experience. I would not even come here if it was free.

Great indoor water park for kids of all ages. My 2 and 4 year old loved it. More activities than just water park. Putt putt, climbing wall, arcade, restaurants, dunkin donuts, ben n Jerry's, face painting, crafts, magic quest, and last but not least 2 pretty pricy bars.

Smoking hot babes everywhere. And ya can get with them if ya know the code word. This place is a swingers paradise.

rooms are pretty standard, but we went fit the water which the kids really loved. downside, it was a little cooler than we would have liked and the slides have pretty strict height requirements which caused a few tears.

Nice water park, warm, rides and activities for all ages. Lots of lifeguards and others who keep areas clean. Big choice of food. Friendly helpful staff. Large clean rooms. Bedtime story for kids. And a much shorter trip if you come from the Chicagoland area.

It's funny how great wolf lodge is quick to take your money and even slick by charging you property fee when it's time to pay and get your key. An extra $80.00 for an 2night stay. Is this legal no, but they well tell you that it's for the for the accomodation fee, amenity fee which is all B.S. and than after taking my money when ask the front desk if they can give me change for a $20.00 and they tell me NO they can't help me... wow are you people serious? I just spent $480.00 with your hotel and you can't help me in changing a $20.00 bill? What type of customer service or hospitality do u have here at your hotel?

KeyLime Cove provides shuttle service to six flags great America as well as Gurnee mill mall. The room was plenty spacious for 2 adults 1 teen and 2 boys. I love the climate controlled Waterpark area. The hot tub is a definite favorite of mine.

I love the service in housekeeping they do a great job in every room whether its a twin beds queen or bunk beds I have to say I am proud to be apart of great wolf lodge housekeeping department and it's my second home for me thank u so much everyone keep making people feel welcome

Great family fun all under one roof. A variety of water experiences for all ages and thrill levels. Rooms are clean and filled with personality. No need to get the package offered online to do tons of non-water activities unless your kids really thrive on that and you have the time for them all. We figured we'd do a la carte for one kid and two adults and ended up doing none of it.

It was a good time. Unfortunately it is over- priced. Not economical for families at all. I was very disappointed with the price of the rooms; for the price they should definitely include a free meal or free tickets to Great America.

Had a minor issue with my room. But kids really love the place. Their game room is a little pricey.

I understand it is very difficult to deal with many guests on weekend. Their website description for deluxe room is not correct. The layout does not match with the picture.

I was delivering here and saw the indoor water park. This place is massive. It was the coolest water park I've seen in a long time. The staff was very helpful and responsive. I didn't see anyone not having a great time there.

The water park portion was great. A little small yet still large enough for a great day. Arcade was a blast and they had a good selection of games. Dinner was a bit pricey but food was great!

My family loved our trip to great wolf. We are planning another trip next year.

Definitely designed for kids 5 and up and loved all the activities available throughout the day.

The staff are very friendly and my daughter loves that there's plenty of activities to do everyday.

Water park closes at 9:00pm and everything else closes at 10:00. It would be nice for things to stay open later considering it's a vacation spot. Staff need to be better trained as well.

They need more staff to answer online and in the microwave rooms and check the windows.

Oh no they are closing. This was a great go to place when we all had cabin fever.

i truley loved it i think it is the best better then twitchcon/minecon/and the cheesecake factory i would recommend that everyone geos and has a great time and did i tell you that there is food there omg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i really loved there food it was the bomb

What a good time. Went just for the day to play Magiquest and had an awesome time. The magician Dennis Christie did a few card tricks with my son which he loved! Value added. Clean and not too busy. Great experience.

Water park was better than blue harbor in Sheboygan and timber ridge in lake Geneva. Lots to do other than the water park, high ropes course, mini golf, arcade and more. The room was nice but nothing more than a fridge for food.

Only stayed one night, but had lots of fun! Tons of stuff to do for the kids.
