Would give zero stars if I could. I came here to look at a truck and was serious about buying as I was in negotiations with a nearby dealer with another car. I asked for help from a salesman and he said, I know your kind, put his hands up, said he wasn t going to help me, and walked away. I don t know what to make of that. I m stunned. Be warned.

Fast, professional, courteous service, best experience ever.

We have been customers of Keyes Toyota since 2001. Jason O'Hara, has been our go to guy when it comes to purchasing new cars. Our whole extended family has bought a car with Jason. He is very helpful, informative, and patient with our many questions. We had very pleasant experiences with Jason, and will be going back to him for future car purchases.

Had to bring my brand new corolla 3 times for service so they could find a nail on my tire, not only they tried to sell me a $200 tire on a two months old veicule but I waited for 4 hours so they could give me this meaningless "fix". Lost of time. Will take the car to get the tire fix somewhere else. Horrible service. Johnathan was the service guy, good luck if you get this guy to "help" you.

Terrible service. On the phone the person is very friendly and when the salesperson arrives in person, very arrogant and could even say that he is discriminatory. I gave him the keys so that he could check the cart that I brought and when he returned he threw them at me and even angry. I do not know how they can have that kind of people working and more serving the public

Every time I bring my car here it comes out with another issue. Got the safety recall "fixed" Now there are more electrical problems. It was better before they so called fixed it. Two years ago brought it in for lights issue, ended up having to replace all the brakes for $4000 and then two days later the whole thing is squeaking again. I feel like they want to force you to come back in so they can charge crazy fees and take advantage of people who know nothing about cars.

they took me in before my appointment and got me a lyft to work. now let's hope it's under warranty.

A few weeks ago I gave keys a rough review do to the way I was treated by a couple of the managers and was misled on my lease return. I got a phone call from the general manager Jim Sarvey. He wanted me to come in and talk about my issue. I actually thought it was a waste of time but I went in to talk with him. We talked for 2 hours and when I left I felt my problem with the dealership would be looked into. This is the first time a general manager ever called me when I had a problem and actually listened to what I had too say. I also was impressed that he never brought up me buying a new truck. He really wanted to know why I was upset. I would go back to keys Toyota now that I feel a GM like Jim is working at keys.

I brought my truck several times cause' dealershit is close by...worst experience every single time. Service reps are complete ass..les. Just a careless organization!!! Avoid!!!

Not recommended.They are not honest. My agreement was for different price 227 and all agreement came up with 337. So be careful go over your paper work don't talk about weather. Not general conversation .only focouse on your number and make sure is the same on the paper. They try to have general conversation in order to get your attention and not checking the paper. Do not go there. Their service is not good.

Edit to me previous review : I went back and spoke to salesman Freddie and he was very helpful and worked hard to get me the vehicle I needed at the budget I was looking for. From beginning to end he made it a painless and hassle free process and it's safe to say that I will be returning here to do business many times in the future!

Good showroom, but horrendous customer service. Went in to test drive a RAV4, salesman couldn t have been more disappointed by our desire to experience the car without wanting to purchase it. Begrudgingly brought us the vehicle and told us to make it quick. Not sure if the salesman know this but behaving this way completely destroys any potential for me even thinking about contacting them when I m actually ready to make a deal (which was only a few weeks away). Treating a customer with respect, and being considerate towards their wishes to not be hassled about a purchase dramatically increases the likelihood that they d be the first person we consider when we re ready to purchase.

Parts department below average not great leadership so it shows on the test of the team they need a better management

Greeted by a gentleman as I was walking in. His name was Akili and he was polite, courteous, and very helpful. I mentioned to him that I scheduled an appointment through Josh in the internet Department, who over the phone, took a great deal of my information. Josh came out to say hi and gave my information to Akili. We went on a test drive . Then sat down and discussed what I was looking for in my options and the price of the vehicle. I met with his managers Osy and Hamid, as he went to get me an apple and water. ;) After agreeing on the price and payments, they escorted me into Finance. Here I sat with Wolfgang, finance manager, for about another hour or so, going through all the paperwork. Very time consuming although, understandably so. All in all a great experience with a helpful courteous sales team. My advice if you're going to purchase a car know you're going to be there while so you might as well plan out the time and enjoy the experience of shopping for your new car. Thank you Keyes! I love my Toyota!

Terrible service! I went there to buy a Prius, but the salesman, a South Asian man in a blue suit, was not interested in showing me various models or explaining the difference between them. He told me he's too busy selling cars to other people to answer my questions, and left me in a parking garage behind the dealership. I will not be returning to this dealership, my wife and I were appalled.

Service was excellent the ease of purchasing a truck from Keys Toyota was great. The experience was not pressured sales and Edward, Alfred all thru the deal were vey helpful and made things happen. I appreciated the extra mile they took to make u feel welcomed and not just a number.

Service does not honor other service coupons, all other dealerships I have been to want the money and try and make you a customer... This one not so much, so I have learned my lesson and they won't get my business anymore
