Sales manager tried to intimidate me, he spent much of his time texting, and taking personal calls. When finally I asked if we were going to "conduct business" he attempted to make a joke at my expense. The sales rep was fantastic, that's the star. I bought a car on Saturday, the engine light was on by Monday. Paul, one of the managers told me "what do you expect it's a used car?" I recommend avoiding this place like the plaque. Unscrupulous, disrespectful, shameful, lacking any semblance of integrity.

Customer service is incredible. The whole staff was nice. Price quoted was what I paid and there wasn't any unnecessary upselling. I was in and out in under the quoted time. Best prices I've found! I will definitely be back!

I took my Camry 2014 for service and had a remote starter install, after the service and installation of the remote starter I notice the remote would start the car but when you open the door the car turns off, nobody explain to me how the remote starter would operate, if I have known that the car turns off when opening the door I would have never bought it, I spoke to Michael Gutierrez the service manager about my concern and he told me 3 times that he would refund me the labor costs,( I have a voice mail saying that), and later he said he couldn't give the money back, their saying Toyota made the part that way and its not their fault, I understand about the part but you don't promise a customer of years their money back and then say no more and don't even recognize that you said that. The respond from the owner is bs, I call and Im still waiting for Mr Sarvey to call me back, waiting for morw than a month......

My experience at Keyes toyota was fabulous. .from beginning to end. Fred, my salesman was so kind and attentive and informative and led me in the right direction to the car that fits my needs. I went with the RAV4 and am so happy about my choice. This is the 4th time I have leased a Toyota from Keyes.

Wow maybe it's cause we look or young or drove in with a corolla on a Sunday. We were in there for 20 min and no one bothered to help. The guy on the desk sitting next to the door was to interested in his cup noodles to bother helping us.

I recently had my 2007 Toyota Prius totaled, which I always got amazing care for it by Sam or Scott Fuchs in the service department.
When I got the check from my insurance company, I took it to George -the wonderful salesman at Keyes. He had great "energy" and I didn't feel any pressure during the entire process of my new purchase.
I am quite pleased and would recommend Keyes Toyota to all of my friends. :)

horrible,... dont make a deal in this place,.. we pay $1000 for the shipment of our car to texas the agreement was it will be shipped there by the 20th of august guess what aug 24th today the car is still in keyes toyota,...

I've done service in several Toyota places, by far...

I've done service in several Toyota places, by far this is the worst. Although I had a scheduled time no one came to assist me for about 10min, the employees just kept walking around, chatting... and it was just me and another client there, not like the place was packed with cars waiting. Then a guy finally came and asked if I have been assisted, which he clearly knew I have been not because him and other employees ignored me and the other client several times and they passed us by. From then on it got worst: the guy literally treated me the whole time like he was doing me a favor, like service was going to be free or something. It was not. It was about $1000 bucks. Well, I guess they don't need money. After that I've never been to another Toyota for maintenance.

Today I went to keys of Van Nuys and MISLEADING Joe Mastropieri help me.
I selected the Highlander I wanted, which was on the sells floor and negotiate a price. I let joe know upfront how much I was willing to pay $32000. After going back and forth and Joe calling and speaking to his general manager the deal was made. The agree upon price was 32000 including tax and license. By the way , during our negotiation Joe wrote out on a piece of paper " I will buy this car today for 32000 with 7000 down( which I have a picture of). So I would be financing 25000. After speaking to the finance manager he told me that deal was not available. Another manager came in and said that they would not be able to honor the deal because they will be losing too much money. The manager also stated that he understood my frustration about Joe misleading me but he couldn't make any exceptions.
I left their very upset because of being misled by Joe and also due to the general manager making that deal and reneging on the price.

I dropped off my Camaro for an oil change and to check a tire problem (which turned out to be a nail), but anyway, everyone is so nice and helpful. I did have to take my car to a tire store to get it fixed and that turned out just fine. It happened to be a tire shop that was recommended to me by the nice man who helped me at Keyes. Keyes also washed my car and I love that!

I have been going to Keyes and to Sam Nejad in particular, for over 15 years! They have never disappointed! Sam is the most helpful, polite, experienced and honest service advisor I've ever experienced. He's a treasure! The dealership itself is also wonderful. Customer lounge is very comfortable and well stocked with coffee machines, donuts and cookies (pre-Covid.) I actually live all the way out in Agoura Hills but since we moved here three years ago, I have tried the local dealer...ONLY ONCE! Driving all the way to Keyes at Van Nuys is well worth the effort for such unsurpassable service!

I've bought 3 cars from this place now and although you can't go wrong with Toyota when it comes to durability and car quality, when it comes to the buying experience, I always leave this place feeling like somehow they took advantage of me and I'm paying more than I should for the car that I bought. Unfortunately I'm not sure I will come back again.

As soon as I arrived to the facility, it was a very nice and welcoming environment. Clearly a clean place to buy or lease a car. Sergio Ullrich went right to business when it came to helping us. He was very helpful in finding the perfect car for me and my family. When asking questions, he was very informative and clear on the car we were looking to purchase. It was a pleasure working with him. Sergio made purchasing my first car a sincere delight. I highly recommend him to my friends and family. If I ever need another car in the future, I ll definitely be going back to Toyota and asking for Sergio. He made things as easy and smooth as possible. I have to update my review on the service I experienced today, Raphael was the salesman who had helped me out. I came back today to put a security alarm installed into my car and when I spoke to them about coming back to get it set up they told me that I wouldn t have to go to the service side and just come up to them to call the tech who would put in the alarm in for me. The estimated timeframe they gave me was 20-30 minutes. After today I just know they just used a car salesman tactic. I walked up to Raphael to inform him and remind him about what he had told me. He told me that I have to go to the service side and then he walked off, no help, talk about great way to take care of your customer. Expecting that I would be in and out of the dealership, I ended up waiting for an 1 hr and half. This was very unfortunate because I had plans that I had to miss. I work for a bank and when I tell my customer I will follow up with them or when I give them my word, they expect me to fulfill it. I always keep my words and backup all of my statements. As in for Raphael he didnt keep his word. I am a customer who constantly returns because my father says they are they best salesmen and they give the best deals. I most likely won t be doing my business for cars here and will stop recommending this place to my friends and family.

I was glad to be able to get in on a Saturday when...

I was glad to be able to get in on a Saturday when my car battery died. However, even thought I knew it was the battery, they required me to purchase the computer test. Five hours later and over $400, I was finally out the door. I had Specifically asked them to plug in my Chevy volt to charge while I was waiting and this never happened. So after five hours, there was only a few miles added to the car. Very disappointing. In addition, I asked them to check out the transmission because it revs very high when running on gas. I had to go back and ask whatever happened. They forgot to check it out and just said that the computer test did not recognize anything being wrong.

The best thing I can say about this place is that they played Christian music and gave free cookies and fruit along with water and coffee while waiting.

Nice dealership - dealt ONLY with fleet - soo rude; as if I stole a car from them; went to pick up MATs which did not come with the car. Didn't get a hand shake; nor a you are welcome when I went to say thank you upon receiving mats after 3 weeks

Great service and quick transaction. Sales person does not pressure the customer to buy unnecessary option or additional packages (other Toyota dealer typically pressure the customer to buy additional package such as alarm, paint guard, etc). Friendly staff and clean place.

Horrible place! They really know how to take advantage of you! They sold me a car with electrical problems, and wouldn t fix it, even though it had a warranty. Then they said the only thing they can get me into was a lease. They didn t tell me that I d still be paying off the other car, even though it was broken, and they sold it to me. Isn t that illegal? So I m paying sooo much extra for this lease they have me on. I m in over a year with it, and the payoff amount is $22,000! Are you kidding me?? It s a 2016 Camry LE, the cheapest one out there!! And you want me to pay for it as if it s a brand new car?! Ridiculous!! Boy did they play me. I know better now. I ve done extensive research, taken a few classes. They won t get me like that again.

Although I did not eventually buy a car from Keyes...

Although I did not eventually buy a car from Keyes Honda, after visiting a number of dealerships, I am so extremely impressed with this dealership and the salesman, Paul Zavala, who served me. I am writing this as I understand one cannot write reviews to the company unless the salesman makes a sale. First, Paul spent a great deal of time with me, was personable and, forthright in answering my many questions. There was absolutely no pressure and I visited a few times before deciding. The other salesmen and managers (don't know the hierarchy), were also welcoming and did not appear to be pressuring Paul or myself. Unfortunately, the car I was considering did not meet my specific special needs; however, I would definitely return and would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat. Car buying would be so much more pleasant and easier if all car dealerships were like this. Loved the experience and learned so much. Thanks Paul!!!!
