We at Chembar strive to deliver superior Customer Service with every order, while distributing the best adhesives and coatings on the market. Unfortunately, the below review was an isolated incident with a national motor freight classification number (NMFC) and not a DOT Hazmat issue. As such, it was out of our hands. We regret that this customer was not satisfied with our service, and continue to work diligently every day to live up to our Mission Statement: Distributing Quality, Efficiency & Customer Satisfaction into Every Order .
Our company has been buying Chembar's products for over 40 years and they have been shipping their chemicals improperly per DOT guidelines and WE (the receiver) were charged a fee for Chembar's neglect. After contacting Chembar they refused to issue a credit for this fee ($25 inspection and reclassification fee) and refused to offer any apology. Terrible customer service and we will not be buying from them again.
