Good showroom, but horrendous customer service. Went in to test drive a RAV4, salesman couldn t have been more disappointed by our desire to experience the car without wanting to purchase it. Begrudgingly brought us the vehicle and told us to make it quick.
Not sure if the salesman know this but behaving this way completely destroys any potential for me even thinking about contacting them when I m actually ready to make a deal (which was only a few weeks away). Treating a customer with respect, and being considerate towards their wishes to not be hassled about a purchase dramatically increases the likelihood that they d be the first person we consider when we re ready to purchase.
