We took our car for a brake pad replacement at Key Nissan. Randy was informative on the phone and very friendly in person. The process was seamless. We made our reservation, dropped off the car and Randy texted us a few hours later for pick up. We feel that Key Nissan is a place that we can trust and we will definitely be back for other services!
