I didn't think buying a house was going to be this easy, especially being so young, not many other locations that I went to took me serious because of my age, but Jeremy and his team made the easiest process ever. I've heard nothing but scary stories about dealing with lenders and how communication is not always the best, but he was always on point with any questions I had about my loan, his replies where basically instants. Highly recommended and can refer him to anyone!

We worked with Jeremy and his team for our home loan and I could not be happier we made that decision. We started with another lender that we have worked with, and been happy with, for a number of years. However, we decided to do a bit more research for this loan and came across Pinnacle Capital.

We had started a mortgage application with our bank and had a horrible experience. We were referred to Jeremy by our realtor. Jeremy and his team, Tyler and Sharon, promptly answered all our questions, fully explained the lending process, and set realistic expectations.

The Pinnacle website was user friendly and allowed us to easily upload documents. Jeremy s team reviewed the documents prior to sending to underwriting to ensure our file contained all required documents need for underwriting the loan. Jeremy had told us from the beginning that the process would be smooth and they would not ask for documents for the sake of obtaining documents (as the bank did). Although Jeremy set these expectations at the beginning of the process that underwriting would be a smooth process; we were hesitant based on our experience with the bank. Our file went into underwriting and came back in ONE DAY! This was a shock to us as our previous application with the bank was in underwriting for over 3 weeks! Jeremy truly delivered a smooth process!

We were hoping to close early, if possible. Sharon called me to schedule the date for signing and when she told me the date we could close, I almost dropped the phone. Jeremy and his team completely blew us away when we were able to close 2 weeks early- only 3 weeks from the date of our signed contract!

They worked with our realtor, title company, and insurance company to ensure everything went smoothly for an early close. The little details were not overlooked. For example, I emailed our insurance company to update them regarding our new close date. My insurance company said that Tyler had already contacted them and Pinnacle had everything they needed for the new close date. Jeremy s team was very proactive and they coordinated with other parties to streamline the process.

We have awarded 5 stars for Jeremy and his team. If there was an option to give stars for each part of the lending process- communication, knowledge, customer service, coordination, hustle, and realistic expectations- we would give 5 stars for each!

Jeremy and his team are on the ball. I am embarrassed to admit and regret that I must, but my wife and I switched from working with Jeremy for lower costs and fees that we found at a credit union that we were referred to. Big mistake. Where Jeremy was prompt and would have had our refi done, the credit union dropped the ball and is taking way longer than should be the case. So, we are continuing to pay on the mortgage - without the refi - and probably saved no money by switching but found frustration. We wish we had stuck with Jeremy and hope this may compel someone else to do so. I now recognize the actual difference.

They use a web portal so you can securely upload your documents instead of sending through email. They will not automatically run your credit if you fill out an application.
