Needed the driver seat on my Altima replaced. The dealership stated that to replace the seat would cost nearly $2k as it is an original manufacturer's seat. I contacted Key Nissan, spoke to Randy, and brought my car in on a Friday to get looked at. Randy found a used seat online, ordered it, and it arrived on Monday. The seat was replaced Tuesday, all for way, way less than what it would have been through the dealership. Thanks Randy and to everyone there at Key Nissan for the quick and excellent service!
