Randy was very honest and to-the-point about my car. I brought my car in to get my front brake pads replaced with a Groupon I had purchased and I let him know that I needed both my air and cabin filters replaced in addition to my brake pads. He did an inspection and let me know I needed my rotors resurfaced and he asked me if I wanted to upgrade my brake pads from standard to premium.

I passed on the offer and he was very understanding and not pushy at all! He even showed me how filthy both of my filters were after and I appreciated knowing what I was breathing and how my engine was handling that.

In under 2 hours and $200, I had my front brake pads replaced, rotors resurfaced, AND I had my air and cabin filters replaced. He even followed up with me a day after to see how my car was running... now THAT S great customer service!

I highly recommend this place... affordable, efficient, and thorough. I ll refer as many people as I can.
