WARNING: Stay away from this business. The owner is out to get people. I took my vehicle there about two weeks ago and paid for a smog test. I was told to come back because the computer in my vehicle was not on and the vehicle needed to be drive for about 50 miles. I paid them for the smog test and took my car, drove it as instructed, and came back to see if they could smog test it or diagnose the issue. I come to their station (which is empty..probably for this reason) and he proceeds to go out and take a look at my vehicle. He attaches a device that notifies him of codes indicating what the computer is stating is wrong with the vehicle and then says....."you have four problems." Nothing else. So I tell him, I've never been a shop where someone gives me such a vague and ambiguous comment. Can you tell me precisely what the problems are? He says, follow me. We go back inside to his shop and then he pulls my record and tells me Randy helped me last time (his employee...at this time I don't know he is the owner). Then he says I know the game you are playing? I said I don't play games. I want to fix my car. I went to law school. I play no games. He says you need to pay me $160 before I can tell you what is wrong with your car. I said, I paid you for the smog which was never done and now you want me to pay you $160 on top of that before you tell me what is going on? He spent less than 10 seconds in connecting his diagnostic device to my vehicle. Wanted almost $200 before doing anything. Then, I got upset and dropped an "F" bomb. Probably shouldn't of done that. He had told me all of sudden that there was no record of me in his system after I told him I would report him to the BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair). He told me not to use the "F" word. I used it again. He said, leave my shop. I'm calling the police. How is that for customer service? This guy should not have a license to be doing this to consumers. This is all I got to say. Stay away. There are plenty of other shops next door to him in fact that would likely be more transparent in dealing with consumers. This guy wants to get paid top $$$$$$$ for doing nothing and "plays games" as he says. I think he is projecting. STAY AWAY!!!!!! GOOD BY KEY NISSAN SERVICE!!!!! I HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS SOON!!!!
