My husband and I worked with Steve Eldridge to buy a 2017 Toyota Rav4. He took the time to explain every feature that my SUV has and he also gave us some very nice floor mats because it did not have any. It was an awesome buying experience and I will definitely recommend Steve to friends and family. If you get a chance, stop by and see him!

If you have Covid-19 concerns, do not go to Kerry Toyota in Florence. I dropped my car off at 7:30 and the few people that were there were wearing masks. When I showed up to pick my car up at 4, I was shocked by how many employees were not wearing masks. I saw five separate employees that were attending customers not wearing a mask for an extended period of time. Two of which were getting in and out of cars being picked up and dropped off. This business is the worst business I have been to since the pandemic started in regards to complying to public health. I reached out to management and received a generic email that did not address any of my concerns. I bought my car here five years ago and will now be taking it elsewhere to be serviced. Outside of Covid-19 concerns, expect to pay top dollar for the services provided. On a side note, stay clear of their used car section of the dealership. My wife and I looked at a car there a year ago and one guy kept smoking in our face and the manager that day was an absolute jerk. He essentially told my wife she didn't know anything about cars and went out of his way to make her look stupid when she mentioned a similar car at another dealership she was looking at for a cheaper price. Kerry Toyota embodies the belief that all car dealerships suck.

During the negotiations of a Tacoma I was asked for a reasonable bid, which I gave and signed off on. Immediately my price was challenged (as expected) but so was my payment method. I made it clear (very clear) that I wanted to use my own bank and finance through them, not Kerry Toyota. The Manager/Agent kept badgering me with the financing Kerry could provide. I stated repeatedly that I wanted to double check the value of the truck with my bank the following day (visit was around 5 p.m.) but this did not sit well with the Manager/Agent as he continued to badger me with figures I did not care about (Kerry's estimated value and financing terms). Why are these tactics necessary? Let me leave if you don't like my off. So much time was wasted arguing over who could provide me the "better" interest rate (his quote was significantly higher than what my bank would give me on an even older truck). I am the one buying the truck, I am the one making the monthly payments, I am the one giving a down payment, I am the one taking the huge gamble on an older truck with high miles. I realize dealers make higher margins with internal financing and a cash down payment, but honestly I don't care. I am solely interested in purchasing the vehicle at a price that works for me (sorry if it's cruel but it's reality). If my price did not work then I should have been told right away and I would have walked away without wasting almost 2 hours arguing. I may be young, but I'm not stupid. Don't badger and attempt to con a customer who wants to use external financing. And never refer to negotiations as "adult conversations." If I was as stupid as he thought I was, then I would bough the truck on his terms.

Came in to look for a used 2013-2014 Highlander. The Salesman brushed me off very quickly by saying there's none as they "go fast very quickly". I didn't bother to ask more question as he seemed annoyed I even asked the question. On my way back to my car I saw two 2013 Highlanders for sale on the lot. Extremely disappointed and never coming back!

They listen to what their customers want!!! Walked in, told the sale person what we wanted to look at, and to take it out for a test drive! No problem!
Told them that we wanted to think about it for a few days, and would get back to them. No problem!!!

Found a better deal elsewhere, talked to them, they matched it, and gave us a good deal on the trade-in.

No pressure sales, no "good today only" offers, just a lot of good, common sense!

Needing a replacement key the staff and friendly faces at Kerry Toyota made this negative into a positive. Their quick and friendly service made me think if ever there s a problem with my car or I m going buy a one this is the first place I will stop. Thank you so much gang you are all doing a great job.

My daughter and son in law were sold a new car the...

My daughter and son in law were sold a new car there last Tuesday and today they had to give it back, because the dealership sold it to them without lender approval. Let them drive it for 7 days only to tell them they couldn't do anything unless they had 3rd co-signer. They are devastated and have no faith in buying a new car now.I am very dissatisfied with the way kerry Toyota treated my daughter and her husband, and will make sure that everyone I know does not shop there any more. And to think I was about to buy a new Tacoma from them. Not now one and done. In my opinion they did this to hit the year end sales event quota. Not to mention they tan both of our credit severel times which stays on your report for 2 years thanks for nothing.

I can t thank the entire staff of Florence Kerry Toyota enough! By far the best customer service I have experienced anywhere! They are by far super patient, friendly and understanding. I greatly appreciate Mike Fayson and Elvis for helping me pick out my new SUV that I m in love with! The fact that I was waiting on the sales person and every single employee that walked by me asked if I was being taken care of or asking what they could help me with was wonderful! I needed a new-er car ( mine was high mileage and RWD, not good for the hills of Kentucky, but it was paid off ). I'd done several months of research online and with mechanics I work with. I went to Kerry Toyota because most of their reviews were positive. I got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, with payments I can afford. So why the 1 star??? because of a used car salesman by the name of Tim Marsh. I told him I was using my trade in for a down payment. I knew mechanically what was wrong with the vehicle. I also knew how much I could sell it for. Typical salesman he gave me an extremely low price for my trade in. When I told him no thanks, I can sell the car on my own and come back with a cash down payment. The man wouldn't give me my keys back !!!!!! His words were that he would get in trouble if he didn't make the sale. Dude not my problem!!!!! Give me back my car keys. This was our conversation for several minutes. I was about ready to call the cops just to get my car back. Then his boss ( an older gentleman) comes in and gives me the amount I want for my trade in and we negotiate on payments. OK deal. I go to sign my paperwork and am told about an option that would raise my car payment by $15. I said no thanks. He had a look down his nose attitude of "well if you can't afford an extra $15 blah blah blah....." I WAS PISSED !!!!!!! I just wanted my new car and to get the hell out of there. I asked Tim to show me where things were under the hood. THE MAN COULD BARELY TELL ME ANYTHING!!!!!!. Tim Marsh if you are going to sell a car do your research. Have a basic understanding of what goes on under the hood.
I wonder if my treatment would've been any different if I'd taken a man with me instead of going by myself. Either way, I don't want to deal with this person any more. I will NOT be recommending this salesman to any of my friends and I will be suggesting that man or woman, do your research and be ready to call 911 if needed. Please don't reply back to me Toyota, because I won't be changing my mind.

I bought a used 2013 Toyota Highlander from salesman Mike Tuttle and everything seemed to go well with the deal and the car ran well. Before purchasing I asked if there was a second key to the car so they called the previous owner. I was told the owner decided to purchase something else when he was there getting his car serviced I was next to Mike when he called the previous owner about the keys. I was then told by Mike he would track down the second set of keys. Keys are not cheap that s why I asked when I purchased the car. I was told before I left that the salesman who took it in for trade in might have the second set of keys and they would let me know as that salesman was off today. The next day I began reaching out and waiting for mike and the salesman to talk as they were off on opposite days. On the second day I was told service was helping look for it and he would update me. After 6 days I heard nothing more so I showed up at the dealership and they did some looking around and couldn t find the keys. They told me to get with Mike tomorrow as he was off today. After multiple messages back and forth with mike the next day I was told the owner never turned a second key in and they emailed him to ask about as apparently his car hasn t been serviced at Toyota since 2017. This means the story I got about the trade in was a lie. So a week later after all this back and forth and the end result was the manager said I could get a key made at half price. If I would of known Kerry Toyota couldn t produce the second set it would have been written in the deal.

Took my 2018 Toyota C-HR in to get my A/C tube fix...

Took my 2018 Toyota C-HR in to get my A/C tube fixed (4 hr job). I was given a 10am time to bring in, but wasn't informed that the part didn't arrive till 2pm. After starting on the job I was informed a day later that it could possibly be longer & have more extensive damage, but not given a time or date. It's been 48 hours since..I use my car for my business & I'm losing $150-200/day waiting for my car to be fixed.

I called corporate and discusaed it them further. I will never bring in my C-HR to this service shop EVER again :(

UPDATE! finally got a call 38 hours later from the asst mgr letting me know there's a small leak in my compressor that needs fixed..$1050! The fact that they have the audacity to charge me is beyond me :(

I owned a Toyota Rav4 already and love the brand. I bought & serviced my current Toyota and a prior one at another dealership and I always had great experiences with them. That location however was further away and didn't have what I was looking for showing in stock online, but Kerry did. So I decided to go to Kerry for a test drive and see if it was a fit for me. I'm so glad I did, now I get the great Toyota service and a lot closer to home.

As far as the buying process, I was very happy with the team and the process. Elvis met us on the lot while we were looking. He was so nice, helpful and nothing like the salesmen you dread or try to avoid. One thing I don't like at all are pushy sales people that don't listen to you and try to sell you more, even after you say no. Elvis and his group were nothing like that, in fact Elvis asked why I selected the higher model and he took the time to tell me the difference in the trim levels. Through the process with Elvis, his manager and finance, I felt like I was listened to, never pressured and treated like a friend. They made the process fun and easy!

I had called several times leading up to my lease turn-in to make sure that when they receive the car I would get a confirmation that they had it. I had talked to multiple people who took down my name and email, and had promised as soon as they had processed the car I would receive that confirmation. I turn in the car, and days go by, no answer. So, here I am worrying what happened to the car and if I'm going to be found responsible if the they don't have the car. So I called the dealership to see if I could get an email confirmation, and they say, "No, we don't do anything like that," and then disconnects the call before I can even ask if they at least have it in their system. They get two stars because I was able to call Toyota Financial Services and confirm with them that the car was received, so at least they did their job.

Went to have new wipers installed. Service man went to wrong car and forgot to bring wipers. I ended up getting the wipers and installing them myself. Also do not buy a certified used car from them. My Nissan I bought there had hidden damage & two recall notices they didn't mention. Had out of pocket expenses of over$800.

He gave me a good deal and answered all my questions. I came back with basic questions after my purchase and he took the time to help answer all of them. Great experience!

My husband went to Kerry Toyota on Saturday 8/22/2015 looking to trade in our current vehicle for a new vehicle. He was there for 3 to 4 hours, and they told him that he was approved and good to go. The filled out all the papers, signed, got the car ready and he switched cars. We had the car for 3 days and then on Tuesday, 8/25/2015, they called saying that he would now need a cosigner ( after they have already told him that he was approved!) So he gave them a cosigner and asked for them to call and let him know all the details as they talked to the finance manager and finance company doing the loan. We didn't hear anything from them by the next day so he called and left them messages, and also sent them an email. We never got a response from either. He called a couple more times over the next 5 days along with sending a few more emails. No one ever responded to any of them. On the 11th day of having the car, 9/2/2015, after waiting 10 minutes on the phone his sales rep finally answered only to tell him that he didn't have any details and he would have the finance manager call my husband a little later after he was through with a customer. 3 hours had passed and still NO contact from anyone. So my husband called again and finally got through, only to be told that the loan was denied last week and that we would have to return the car. Today, 9/3/2015, my husband woke up and took the car straight over to the dealership to get our old car back. No one would talk to him or answer the question "Why didn't you contact me last week???".
My family had the car for 12 days! With absolutely NO contact or attempted contact from the dealership. We only found out because we continuously tried to contact and finally got someone on the 11th day!
I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. This was a horrible experience.

They do not seem interested in answering customers concerns, just the what can I do for you? placating approach when posed with questions about services, charges and diagnostics. Combative and argumentative when informed about concerns and inquireries for answers. We HAD religiously serviced our vehicle here for all of it s needs. We will no longer do so. They misdiagnosed an issue multiple times UNTIL the item was out of warranty, then MIRACULOUSLY came to the conclusion that repair and replacement of parts was necessary. Then argued the point and still charged us to reassess the very same issue we brought to their attention multiple times, an issue they failed to correct multiple times. As we consider purchasing and subsequently servicing our next vehicle, we will DEFINATELY look and purchase elsewhere.

They lost a loyal patron over attitude and $45. The vehicle cost $50k.

They leave you follow up messages to contact the service manager if you are dissatisfied. My experience with that was also dissatisfying. They do not provide a direct line so you have to go through the gate keeper, whom does not put you through to the service manager, rather back to the very same argumentative and combative service writer whom was disinterested and disingenuous about our concerns in the first place.

Purchased new 2018 RAV4 Limited in October. Car buying is always stressful but I left pleased. HOWEVER, today I took my RAV4 in to see why my rear brakes are, and have been, squealing since mid October when backing out of my garage. I thought the sound would go away as the brakes were brand new. But squealing has gotten drastically louder with time. Was told by the Service Dept. that nothing could be done about it, and that I'm not the first customer with this issue. Not the answer I expected for a $30,000 vehicle only a few months old. The sales people should warn the customers of this problem before selling a new car. So my joy of buying the RAV4 is gone and my faith in the dealership making things right is gone too. JAN 15, 2019 UPDATE: The service department inspected my Rav4 again today with a Toyota regional tech, who was unable to duplicate the noise. So no fix yet. Will keep updating as necessary. Will be more than happy to change my rating once this issue has been resolved. FEB 12, 2019 UPDATE Still no word from Toyota Corp regarding correcting this problem. Toyota does have the videos I made of the problem so they know I have a legitimate issue.

This 3rd used car I've bought from these guys, they make the process easy. UPDATE: 3rd used car I bought from these guys didnt make it a week till it had to go in the shop and it's been back 2 more times for a total so far of $2,700 in repairs. The sales manager sent me an e mail thanking me for the purchase and that he welcomed any comments. I returned his E mail expressing my concern that they would put on their lot for sale a car in such condition. As of this updated review I have not recieved a response. As the saying in Latin goes ,Caveat Emptor (buyer beware).

I plan on purchasing another vehicle through Kerry...

I plan on purchasing another vehicle through Kerry upon the expiration of my current lease with them. I go into Kerry two weeks ago (3 months before my lease expires) to see if I can 1. Get out of the lease early, penalty free; and 2. If they re willing to eat my last two lease payments...without a yes to both, I will not buy at this time, I ll wait till my lease expires (had this exact offer from other dealers, Toyota and non-Toyota). Why would I want two car payments?! Both the salesman and his manager say yes to both.
The sales guy says I can bring up the lease with the finance guy and he ll take care of it. We proceed and end up purchasing the new vehicle. I bring up the lease and the finance guy says I have to make all payments, no matter what. Not even willing to talk about it. The sales guy then changes his story and says that I can turn in the car early, but of course you have to make the payments . I should have walked without purchasing, but the deal was done...lesson learned.
I call the GM, no response. I call the customer relations manager, no response. Hopefully this review will get a response, but not setting my hopes high.
In conclusion, they re sales people and that s about it. Toyota s are great vehicles but Kerry does not care about their clients.

In the past, my husband has purchased vehicles from Kerry Toyota, and he and I both have been very happy getting our vehicles serviced at the service center. This review today is about a recent experience we had while car shopping at Kerry Toyota. We had the whole stereotypical experience: 2+ hours sitting in the sales center being subjected to the hard sell; when we said that maybe it was premature of us to consider trading our RAV4 for a Highlander, we were treated to several conversations with the manager trying to convince us to trade in a RAV4 for another RAV4; they held our keys hostage so they could assess the value of our car as a trade-in (I kept a close eye on our car, no one came out to look at it); we had to *demand* our keys back. All of this took 2.5 hours, while our 6 year old got increasingly tetchy. We left, unhappy with the experience, and chalked it up to low car sales overall, and a competitive sales environment for the salesmen on the floor. Everyone has suffered with coronavirus, right?

A couple of days ago I took a look at my credit monitoring software. Guess what? I have 4 unauthorized hard credit pulls originating from that single visit to Kerry Toyota (and that was the only car dealer we visited). Only 1 of the banks has agreed to go ahead and remove the credit inquiry; the others have advised me to dispute the credit inquiries with the 3 credit agencies. Lovely. Those 2.5 hours on July 3 have grown to however many hours will be involved in disputes with Experian, TransUnion and Equifax.

Thanks, Kerry Toyota; you've caused me a lot of work.

I bought the car there and brought it back for it's check up.
The salesman told me he would make sure it got fixed when I bought the car.
They refused to fix the problem.
My stearin was going to the left really bad.
I could barely keep it straight.
Had to take it to a different mechanic to fix it.

I have nothing but good things to say about Kerry Toyota's used car dealership. I bought my 2014 Jeep Wrangler from them and it was the easiest process I've ever experienced. At no point did I ever feel pressured, and I honestly just went to look at the car and ended up buying it. Steve Eldridge was fantastic as a salesman and made me feel comfortable and confident that I made a great purchase, and 4 months later I can say the same thing. Not only did they sell me a great car, but a few months after I had purchased the car, the previous owner dropped the soft top off to the dealership. Instead of just selling it or using it for another vehicle, Steve called me to ask if I wanted it. These are honest people that just want to get you the best deal on a great car. I will always go here to buy all my future cars and I suggest you do the same, you won't be disappointed.

I have a 2000 Camry that has been serviced by Toyota the entire time. They are always helpful, courteous, and accommodating. My husband brought it in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Asked to look at the brakes, too. They needed to be replaced. Ordered the parts in right away and loaned my husband a car so he wouldn't have to wait for several hours. Very nice folks!

My wife has a 2018 Toyota Camry and we received an email stating that we can get apple CarPlay in our car. My wife call this dealership and inquired about it. The dealership told her that it would cost about $100. To install. This dealership is out of their minds! We called the dealership where we bought the car and this install is free! Toyota was paying for it. Do NOT trust this dealership! Do NOT use this dealership for any of your Toyota needs! They are charging for services that should be free and is paid for by Toyota.

The service department at this dealership is awful...

The service department at this dealership is awful! I took my car to the dealer at 15,000 mile service. When I picked it up the next day, there were two scratches on my door. After several trips to the dealer, they buffed out the scratches using a wet sand method. I am still able to see the scratches. If this is the best that they can do, so be it.
When I took it for my 20,000 mile service, and pick it up again the next day there were two more scratches on the same door. This is unacceptable. When I arrived home, after looking at my invoice, I noticed if your experience was not truly exceptional, please contact Beth Hamilton. Obviously, the service department was closed. I left Beth a voicemail Friday after the office was closed. She finally decided to return my call Monday afternoon at 3:30. When I returned her call I was told if she leaves at 3:45. I left her one last voicemail. If you do not like your car, your brand new car, take it to this dealer. They will scratch it. If this is how they are servicing their customer s vehicles at the service department, what are they doing to the things we can t see. Truly unacceptable!
By the way, Beth, when you respond to this review on Google, do not apologize or do not tell me that you re sorry for the service I received. That is something you seem to say on every one of your reviews that you respond.

My experience was great at Kerry Toyota. Mr. Taylor was very helpful at getting me what I needed in a vehicle and working with me to get the price/money amounts figured out to fit mine and my families needs. He was also very patient and very friendly with us all (kids included). I appreciate his help and Kerry Toyota in general was great, also about 6 months ago we purchased a new Toyota Tacoma for my husband and we also had a wonderful experience getting that process taken care of =) I recommend this dealership and Mr. Taylor!!

Earlier this year I purchased a new car from a different dealership and thought I was happy with my decision. Months went by and I began regretting my decision and felt that I settled for something that wasn t quite what I wanted.

I went into Kerry Toyota and talked to Brandon who was very nice and patient. I told him that I was looking to trade in my car for a Camry and he began to explain some of the different trims available and features that came with each.

A week and a half later I went back and spoke to Brandon again when I decided to proceed with trading my car in for a new Camry. I decided on the car I thought I would be happy with since the exact one I had in mind was hard to come by. Aaron and Brandon started working on a price with me and were great throughout the entire process.

I thought that I yet again settled for something other than what I wanted. This was nobody s fault but mine. I called Aaron back and expressed my concerns. When I went back Brandon wasn t there, but Aaron was and provided an option to change what I wanted about that car I selected and have it done after-market, which I was not crazy about. I voiced my concerns after his suggestion and with that he grabbed the keys to a different car that I didn t know was available until after I selected the first Camry. He showed me the Blizzard Pearl Camry SE Limited Edition which I fell in love with. I was hesitant because it was the same color as my Mom s new RAV4. That was her color and I didn t want to take that away from her. I couldn t decide between that color and black. Aaron asked me to forget worrying about it being the same color and which color I really wanted.

Both Brandon and Aaron were awesome, but I really appreciate Aaron working with me and dealing with my indecisiveness! If you are in the market for a new car you should definitely visit these guys up at Kerry Toyota in Florence!

I went in knowing what I wanted. I tried to haggle because of my budget but they didn't budge. That said, it was a RIDICULOUSLY good deal already, I was just a couple hundred dollars out of budget. Thank goodness for trade-ins.

All of the staff I met were cordial and professional but Mike was especially awesome.

If you're buying a new car, block out some time because the entire experience will take around 4 or 5 hours.

I would give zero stars but I had to give one to share my story. I just left that lot and several salesmen walked right past me and didn t even say a word to me. I guess I don t look like there typical customer because I m a black woman but let me tell you I was there to buy my car in cash, that s right cash but was ignored by the salesman. I will take my business elsewhere and also spread the word of how I was treated.

My mom went there they told her it would cost 4500 dollars to get it fixed.. they didn't even test drive it on the way home she also.ost didn't make it and they won't give her her money back! They have terrible customer service and I would recommend no one to go here!

For anyone that has a truck frame in question under warranty. Make sure you check it yourself before the warranty runs out and have them check it .I had mine checked in April of 17 when the oil was changed note said good shape. 2 oil changed later 12/19 and 5 month out of warranty frame failed. I was told service manager would contact me. Never happened . After a couple month had passed the truck had a rattle so i looked under and found it had large holes in the frame . Toyota said sorry out of warranty ! I guess i will buy a new truck but it Won't be a Toyota after having 5 of them !

Worst experience ever had. Bought a certified used car around 30k. Entire passenger side had been side swiped. Took it back to have it dent doctored and touched up. Called me 2 days later said it was done. They just tried buffing it out. Sorry you can't buff out a dent. Also noticed a tire had 2 chunks taken out of the sidewall I wanted it replaced. Since then I have had zero luckkeeping it aligned because they only replaced one tire. They have lied to my face lost my keys and wasted hours of my time. Unsatisfactory

I needed to get my airbag motors replaced per a recall. The facility was nice, and the staff was pleasant. The lounge/waiting area was a very nice touch and contributed to my comfort while waiting for services to be done. They did find an issue with the serpentine belt, but when I declined for them to fix it, they didn't push the issue, which made me very happy. The only thing keeping me from using them in the future is that I have a family friend who works for another shop and I prefer to have him versus someone I don't know.

My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted before entering the dealership year, model, options, and colors. Rather than following a predetermined recipe for interacting with generic customers, Kerry Toyota heard and adjusted to our specific needs and more importantly, they didn t treat us just like a number. They heard what we were seeking and took the corresponding action. They didn t waste our time. They didn t insult our intelligence. They didn t give us inflated financial numbers just to make us feel like we eventually got a great deal (I walked out of another dealership an hour before for this exact reason). In short, they have progressed with the times and they don t use the old dealership tactics that are laughable at this point. If your time and your money are important to you, swing over and see them. They ll ensure you are treated like an intelligent person whose time and money are both important to you.

In November 2015 I purchased a 2015 Rav4 from Steve Eldridge at Kerry Toyota in Florence, KY. Wow what a great expierence! I went in a little scared and unsure of what to expect but he quickly eased my fears by allowing me to take my time, he never forced me into making quick decisions and really took the time to listen to my wants in a car and what I could afford as a single mom! Since I have purchased my car Steve has called me several times to check in on my purchase and to see if I had any questions or problems. I have never had that expierence before when purchasing a car! I would highley recommend going to Steve Eldridge at Kerry Toyota!

I have never had customer service experience as great as I've received during my many trips to Kerry Toyota. Trinity in the service department has helped me and my family both with many questions regarding parts and services. The guys that service are phenomenal as well. Jonathan is who we always request to do our work!! And the other guys have always been very welcoming and even helped me entertain my twins during a service trip :)

This dealership sold me a rebuilt wreck as a certified Toyota. Told me this vehicle was flawless. The Vehicle was a lemon. I paid top dollar for a vehicle that they new the side of the vehicle had been caved in. I would never do business with this dishonest dealership!!! Shame on them! The sad thing is I ve read that others have bought certified vehicles from them and there s were certified to but yet wrecked. In the response section from the dealership they say these people are given car faxes. If a person doesn t report a wreck it doesn t show up yet the dealership knows these vehicles are wrecks because now I know you can look at something as simple as stickers on the body parts. I paid close to thirty thousand for a crushed vehicle when I should ve only had to pay about ten because that s all a rubuilt wreck would cost!! Live and learn. I will never go back to a Toyota dealership and buy into that certified scam again. Especially this place!

I try to always come here for service. They are really awesome. I would give them 5 stars if it wasn't for how difficult it is to get an appointment here. They are always busy. You cannot just walk in or drop your car in when you have an emergency with it. But, if you get in, they are the best in taking care of you and your car.

This was the first time both my husband and I had bought a vehicle on our own. Well we feel taken advantage of and it has really brought the whole experience down. First of all buyers beware: they try to to sneak all kinds of things like the Silent Guard and Key Remote protection in and say that it's all a part of the deal when actually you're paying $500 for it!! And when I called the day after my purchase suddenly no one wants to talk to me, and I'm being transferred to this person, and this person. No one has answers and instead of just listening to me Steve Eldridge cuts me off by yelling over me that he's going to transfer me to his manager, Mark. So I get transferred alright, but to someone totally different in the finance dept.... But yesterday before we bought the car you were calling me RIGHT back! What a coincidence that now when I realize you all snuck all this crap in our contract now you won't call me back ans you refuse to talk to me! You must be terribly terribly busy on a Thursday at 10 am.... Not! By the way last night when we were there buying the vehicle every member of the Toyota team was completely RUSHING us on everything because it was 8:54 and they obviously only cared about getting out of there at 9 (closing time). So it's not like you gave us a chance to look at anything, it was just "sign here, sign here, sign here, here, and here". Now they don't give a crap about us and our concerns because we already gave them our money! I am beyond upset, and beyond disappointed. Wow... I thought I would recommend them but there's no way now
