The service department at this dealership is awful...
The service department at this dealership is awful! I took my car to the dealer at 15,000 mile service. When I picked it up the next day, there were two scratches on my door. After several trips to the dealer, they buffed out the scratches using a wet sand method. I am still able to see the scratches. If this is the best that they can do, so be it.
When I took it for my 20,000 mile service, and pick it up again the next day there were two more scratches on the same door. This is unacceptable. When I arrived home, after looking at my invoice, I noticed if your experience was not truly exceptional, please contact Beth Hamilton. Obviously, the service department was closed. I left Beth a voicemail Friday after the office was closed. She finally decided to return my call Monday afternoon at 3:30. When I returned her call I was told if she leaves at 3:45. I left her one last voicemail. If you do not like your car, your brand new car, take it to this dealer. They will scratch it. If this is how they are servicing their customer s vehicles at the service department, what are they doing to the things we can t see. Truly unacceptable!
By the way, Beth, when you respond to this review on Google, do not apologize or do not tell me that you re sorry for the service I received. That is something you seem to say on every one of your reviews that you respond.
