I've always hated buying cars and usually stuck with online, but this time I decided to go to a dealership, just to see what was available. I was looking at a Land Cruiser but felt it would be too costly and wouldn't get approved. I ended up speaking with Tim Marsh, who not only was able to detail the vehicle out for me, but got me approved at a great rate and at a discounted price than what I could find online! I'm loving my Cruiser!

My old 1997 Geo Prizm (Corolla engine) was finally showing some age and needed to be retired to stud. I bought that green car here at Kerry Toyota on St. Patrick's Day, 2001 - that color choice was unintentional. What I wanted back then, however, was the first dependable car I've ever had, and that's exactly what I got. With that in mind and my need for another dependable car weighing heavily there, I drove to Kerry with hopes of repeating my good fortune.

My credit history is "checkered," to be frank, so I dreaded any attempt to purchase. However, Tony was very friendly and helpful, and after a test drive and some pleasant conversation, Tony and the sales manager came out to let me know I was the proud owner of a 2011 Camry! It's also green, so there must be a hidden Irishman in me somewhere, but that's fine. I anticipate similar good fortune with my Camry as I had with that old Geo, and I am thankful Tony and the others were able to help me find my current car. As I type this, it's been only 10 days since I bought it, but I am *extremely* happy with it thus far! Anyone who has seen the car is very happy for me, and I may have been strutting a bit since purchasing it. ;)

As long as I live in this region and need another car in 15 years (or hopefully more), I will shop first at Kerry. Thanks to all who helped me in my time of need!

I took my car in for a battery check, and picking it up later that night, I was sent to two different buildings to find my keys. Finally finding my keys, and being informed that my battery was fine, thus thinking that all is well, I turn the key the next day only to find out that my battery is completely dead.

Once again, service told me that I needed somethin...

Once again, service told me that I needed something expensive that I didn t really need: My key was not working smoothly in the ignition, so i asked them to look into it. The service manager told me I needed a new cylinder for the ignition, and that the cost would be over $700. I initially agreed, but while waiting for the part to arrive, my husband suggested that we try the back up set of keys in the ignition. Guess what? The back up keys worked fine. I called Kerry Toyota to cancel the $770 cylinder and instead order a new set of keys. There was no apology for misdiagnosing the problem , nor for trying to sell me a $770 solution that I didn t need.

I have given this dealership far too many chances to get it right, and they have failed way too many times.

I ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I ve heard that the Fort Wright Garage does reliable work and doesn t gouge its customers. Regardless, no one can be as bad as Kerry Toyota.

Called for an appointment and they could get us in fast! Able to provide a rental car with no muss or fuss. Completed the services we needed to be done without trying to oversell services. Out before end of day easy peasy!

Greg Siegmundt in the service department has shown exemplary professionalism, knowledge, and quality client service. As I always call at the last minute, Greg is willing to work me in to their busy schedule and the service is timely. If there is an issue Greg comes to me personally, discusses and describes any and all options I may have. I feel like I have my own personal service care facility. I have recommended this dealership to many of my coworkers and one has recently purchased your Sienna mini van, she just loves it. I told her to give Greg a call if she has any issues!!! She will not be disappointed.

We were looking for a car for my grandson to drive to college. Great inventory and the sales rep we dealt with was super. Permitted us to take several vehicles for test drives and they encouraged us to take our time. No pressure for the sales dept. Pressure hits when you get to the paper work. Lots of problems when we got to the fiance dept. We made an offer and was told by the sales rep it was accepted. When we got to fiance it was almost $1000 more. We pointed out the sales rep had noted "OTD" (out the door) on the proposal. Fiance guy said that "was just scribbling on a paper". After much heated discussion we walked out. Fiance guy came out as we were leaving and we were able to agree on a price. When we went to sign all the paperwork they tried to fiance the check we had given for the down payment. Watch and double check everything. Take your time and don't rush signing and initialing paperwork. Also know what your state charges for title and registration. Kerry wants you to pay $350. This is approx. $300 of pure profit which we refused to pay. I have bought a lot of cars and this purchase was the most unpleasant I have ever had. We did purchase the vehicle but WOW, what a fight to get what we and the sales rep had agreed to.

I stopped in to get information about the used car inventory. Tim Marsh was very informative and helpful answering everything I asked with complete detail. He even went over a few frequently asked questions from other customers with me. I would highly recommend stopping in to see him if you are in, or look to be in, the market for a quality used vehicle or if you just have questions. A very knowledgeable and friendly salesman!

It has to be done . That being said the dealership did there best to answer my questions on all the fees and charges that supprised me that i didnt know about. There was like 5 workers sitting down outside. I wanted to buy a car from them. I felt like they didn't care about my business because I wasn't in a fancy newer car. I went down the road to Zimmer and this pretty young lady came and talked to me right away. I bought a new 2020 challenger that day.

Visited Kerry for a USED VEHICLE INSPECTION on a recent Tundra purchase. This was back in April. Everything came back with a clean bill of health except a couple filters which I later replaced. The issue I had/have with Kerry is this: The Tundra would not start in the morning without a jump. I expected Kerry Toyota to find that the battery needed to be replaced, but Kerry Toyota found nothing wrong with the battery along with all the other points of inspection minus a couple dirty filters. Got truck home and it wouldn't start in the morning again. Multi-meter showed low volts on battery. Bought new battery, and no starting problems after several months(July).

My point of this review is this:
If these guys can miss a bad battery I'm left with great doubts on whether they actually did inspect our Tundra. So far the Tundra seems fine, but I'm honestly left with a very unsettled feeling that a thorough inspection was not completed. In the future I'd like to find a place to inspect the truck as I'm approaching 95k miles, but I'm not sure I'd bring my truck back to Kerry for another inspection.

I initially came in looking at a TRD Camry and the Sales Manager/team had brought to my attention that the trucks were leasing VERY well and if i had thought about getting into one. Long story short, they were able to find me the truck i wanted with all the options from another dealer and i am now driving a nicer vehicle than i anticipated leasing AND i'm saving money! I couldn't recommend the team at Kerry anymore! You can trust the guys at Kerry!

Purchased my 2017 RAV4 here and was very impressed with the pricing and absolutely love the vehicle - I'm convinced the new safety features prevented me from getting in an accident when a car in front of me slammed on its brakes in the rain. Came in for my 5000 mile maintenance (which was included with the purchase of my RAV4 and the vehicle alerted me of!) and was so impressed with the service. Everyone was incredibly friendly, despite me being late for my appointment and never made me feel rushed. The waiting area is very comfortable with leather chairs, big screen TV (but may have FOX on ), fancy coke machine and coffee machine, and all kinds of snacks while you wait. Customer Service is alive and well at Kerry Toyota!

Great car, with a warranty, excellent service and I was able to get a loan with less than perfect credit at a decent interest rate? Yeah...that all happened here. Our highest regard for John Sandlin who represented Kerry Toyota and helped us purchase our first Toyota Prius. A 2016 model 3. We are from Lexington, Ky and talked with John on the phone about cars we were interested in. he was more than patient and helpful in finding the perfect car for us. He is knowledgeable about the Prius family and the history and we were not. To the say this was a perfect experience in a car purchase would be a lot, but it was as good as it gets. Actually a lot faster, more thorough and as friendly as family. We feel so glad to have the car we wanted, the top rated hybrid on the market, at a fair price. Horrible experience for a young black man. My son came ready to buy a truck and was never approached by a sales person. When my son decided to approached a used sales person, named John, told him how expensive the trucks are and likely out of his budget, and John refused to service my son further. I did call a manager, TR, who I felt was defending Johns actions, to report this and I just hope this doesn t happen to anyone else. I m sad that we have people in this industry with such stereotypical views of people who are not like them.

Go to Dry Ridge Toyota!!! After speaking with an employee and setting an appointment several days before dropping my vehicle off for recall repairs, I was told 4-7 hours total for repairs. I dropped the vehicle off before Kerry Toyota was even open. I got a ride to work, worked over 8 hours and got a ride back to Kerry Toyota. It's been over 9 hours and I'm still waiting for my vehicle! I called over an hour ago, before leaving work and was told that my vehicle would be ready in one hour. The employee who helped me was not at all polite and spoke over me. He claimed that the reason this several-hour timing issue occurred was because the mechanic who was working on my vehicle "had to take a lunch".

Kerry Toyota in Florence upholds their reputation. This dealership does not deal on cars, which pushed you over to Ohio to buy your car. Then out of mere convenience, you get your vehicle serviced here. Let me warn you this dealership service is a huge disappointment. Four family members have Toyota and at some point, their dealings with Kerry pushed them to drive all the way to Dry Ridge or to Beechmont.

My latest dealing was when my vehicle was in for service, it was picked up and I noticed the rear bumper had a couple scratches. I will warn you this place fought tooth and nail to deny the damage. Which is amusing because Kerry would fix at cost and would probably cost under a $100 bucks. Went through several people and up to Service Manager. The new service manager who replaced (Chick) questioned my integrity.

STAY AWAY, drive the extra miles to Dry Ridge or Fairfield. Bought my last Sienna at Fairfield. They wonder why a customer drives past to Toyota dealerships to Fairfield. Above are a few examples of why.

After drove a long time , i realized that the mechanic didn't put the parts back in the car. Again i drove that place to put those two parts back. This makes me uncomfortable and responsible for my vehicle. How responsible and careful to fix the car!! i am confused now!! At no time did I feel pressured in my decision. Which is great because I never look forward to buying a car. Steve was great to deal with. I sent an inquiry about a car to Steve this morning. He promptly responded and I wound up at Kerry late this afternoon. Kerry has a great selection and very competitive prices. Byron makes sure the parts are always delivered on time as promised. If there is a problem, Byron makes sure to handle the issues immediately. Go here at your own risk. I had bought a new 2017 camry paid upfront back home and I was really excited about having a new car. I moved into the area because of work and decided to get my car detailed because of the long drive which got it dirty. So, I brought my car to the detail shop this crappy dealer had and they cleaned up my car and waxed it. Everything was nice and dandy until the wax started to slowly fade and show what they really did to my car....my clear coat was completely and utterly destroyed....holograms and swirl marks ALL OVER MY BRAND NEW CAR. For those who don't know what holograms are, take your car to Kerry Toyota and you'll find out. I couldn't even stand to look at it anymore. I took it to a PROFESSIONAL detail shop and they said they always see swirl mark damage to cars but NEVER LIKE THIS. It cost me 400 bucks and it still shows in the sunlight. Basically, they destroyed my new car's paint job and made it age 20 years. I contacted them and they lied and seemed to just not be bothered by the situation. I'm writing this for anyone who cares about their cars so that they don't have to go through what I went through because this downright sucks. No one should have this experience with their new car so don't let these guys touch your cars because they have no clue what they're doing.

I was getting so frustrated with the overbearing salesman at all the other dealerships! Until I met Tim Marsh at the Florence location! He was so helpful from beginning to end. Usually good. I just came in this morning for tire pressure adjustment, but the people are so rude, and I am a minority. My low tire pressure indicator was on when it reached 25 last night. Went into Kerry, I asked for 30 psi all tires. The 1st assistant actually made my front left tire into 38, and when I reminded him of my request, he patronized me that at 30 the low tire pressure warning will still be on. He lectured me on how his gadget shows 30, I could step out of my vehicle to check it myself. He even blamed that my tire pressure indicator might be broken, and that I should schedule an appointment to fix that. Really? The 2nd assistant, "politely" asked me, do you know or can you explain to me why you want it to be 30 psi?. If that is not an idiotic question I do not what is the standard in this place. I gave up and just swallow my anger, and kept demanding 30 psi. In the end after a while, I got it. The guy wearing a cap behind the counter gave me a smirk. No one apologize.

They are ready to answer any questions you have and any more I feel like Im visiting family.
Oh, I don't want to forget to tell you about their "quiet lounge " that has a fire place and is a perfect place to wait and, read or what ever you like.
They even have treats and drinks for you, while you wait.

I asked the finance department if the Kentucky personal property tax was included in the Toyota lease payments. He said it was included with the payments. We received a Bill in June of 2019 and 2020 for Personal Property Tax on our leased Toyota. We called Toyota Financial Services and they told us it was our responsibility to pay the tax. The only conclusion we could come to, is that the employees at Kerry Toyota are liars. If you like dealing with liars Kerry Toyota is the place to go!

We've purchased two new vehicles at Kerry and the second purchase was based on experience with the first. Great service and people. Our salesperson was Jason Anderson and he made the entire car buying process as easy as it gets. He was always professional, helpful and answered all of our questions. Again, we went back to him when we purchased the second car.

Would not hesitate to recommend this dealer and this salesperson.

I always come to Kerry Toyota for service for my Toyota vehicles. They have a comfortable waiting area with TV and drinks and a few snacks. They also have an area that l can bring my laptop and work while I wait. However the reason I keep coming back is because of the staff. They are welcoming and courteous. It takes some of the hassle out of the experience when you are going to a place where you trust the people and they treat you right!

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE!!!! My boyfriend just recently purchased a used car from this dealership. They made it a point to brag about the inspection and tune up they do before it leaves the lot and assured us it would be good to go. ONE DAY after driving the vehicle a hose started to leak coolant, after discovering this we noticed the clamps that were on it were rusted and the hose was clearly old (correct me if I m wrong but I thought hoses came standard with a tune up?!) We called the dealership and expressed our concerned and were told they would make it right. When we took it back the manger refused to fix it for free because they gave us such a good deal on the car (news flash it wasn t a good deal, with fees we ended up paying over the sticker price) and the salesmen basically said it would come out of his pay if they fixed it for free. Management of this dealership only car about money. We took the car to a different mechanic (seeing as the dealership was trying to charge $100 just to look at it) and they pretty much told us that the hose that was leaking was definitely not replaced. After this issue was fixed, not even two weeks after buying the car the exhaust pipe came unattached. Now we are experiencing issues with the oil, after we were told the oil was changed. I beg you PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE OR TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE, they only car about making a quick buck. Not to mention their customer service is horrible. We needed to have a VIN check done to receive the title, with everything going on with COVID and the mail we requested them to call us when they had the title in hand and we would go pick it up in person, they said they would but guess what!! They didn t!! Seriously you are better off buying your cars from any other dealership.

My car started making a grinding sound 3 days after I took her to Kerry Toyota for her airbag recall. After 2-3 hours, we got a call with a quote for $750 to replace my brake pads, rotors and calipers. When we told them that we would be not doing the job there, they tried to scare me into acquiescing by telling me that my brakes were about to go out and it was incredibly dangerous to drive my car. They also told me I needed new spark plugs despite the fact that my husband replaced mine a year or two ago.

We then called Lee's tires in Covington (on Taylor mill road) who gave me a quote for $350 over the phone. After they looked at her, they replaced the pads and rotors and cleaned up the calipers (they said the calipers didn t need replacing) and only charged me $235. Everything took only 1.5 hours. These guys are going to keep my 10-yr-old corolla running for several more years!

Please get a second opinion before you give Kerry Toyota your hard-earned Money.

Do not buy from the used car lot! Why you ask? Because I got pulled over and the K-9 smelt pot twice! That's right! I got pulled over becuase the dealer didn't put on a licence plate on the truck I was test driving and he smelt pot; later the k-9 confirmed that there was a trace of pot. Thank God there was no evidence or I would be in jail! The people that clean the cars at this poor excuse of a business are allowed to smoke pot while detailing their cars!!! Please do not put your self at risk to be in a situation that I just went through.!

I searched for a different vehicle for weeks. A few of which I have wanted since the specific vehicles were released to the market. My credit hasn't been the greatest, and I'm working on repairing that. Kerry Toyota 6050 Hopeful Church Road Florence, KY 41042 gave me just that chance. I even purchased the vehicle I wanted. John Sandlin, and Greg Boesherz were great company as well as easy to deal with. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!! Big THANKS to John, Greg, Kerry Toyota and their staff!! Just came in to by a car with my mom for my mom. After negotiating price went to finance office to sign paperwork. The wwe hole process I kept asking what is the bottom dollar never got an answer. Get hi ome this evening to find in paperwork they added the down payment and trade in and upped the total to 6000.00 more then what was negotiated. I guess I am forced to go back on my day off to either return the vehicle or them fix the cost. I won't ever go there again.

Thus far my experience with Kerry Toyota has been disappointing. I purchased a used car from them on 5/17/18 and by 5/21/18 a loud clicking noise was coming from the front end and the check engine light had come on. After making the salesman who sold me the car, Jon Taylor, aware he recommended that I reach out to Nicole Chapman in the service center. I spoke with Nicole and advised her of everything that was going on and she told me to bring my car in on 5/22/18, which I did. She initially tried to tell me that the service guys didn t hear any noises which is completely absurd, you could hear it clear as day, even the sales manager said so. I did not get my car back until 5/30, which was ok as long as it was fixed. However, as of 6/6/18, a week after picking it back up from them my car is still making the same noise, but even worse. Upset is an understatement. I shouldn t be experiencing any of this and I ve had my car for less than a month. I cannot speak for the new car side, but I would not recommend or trust buying a used car from them.

**UPDATE 6/10: My car is on the side of the road and had to be towed home, keep in mind I still have 30 day tags on my vehicle and it is NOT true that the car was only making noises in 4WD I hadn t even ever put the car in 4WD when I noticed the noises. Apparently the axel was NOT the only issue or my car wouldn t have to be towed home today. To make it a point that the additional work was done at no cost to me is ridiculous as there should ve been no cost to me because I shouldn t be dealing with any issues with the vehicle I literally purchased 23 days ago.

**UPDATE 6/23: Although this car buying experience has been extremely hectic I will say that in the end Kerry Toyota, mainly Nicole and the used car sales manager did work with me to make things whole and get my car running the way it should ve been from the beginning.

Toyota in Covington is by far the best place to take your car for service. Rhonda and Sean are always friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk to. I ve only ever taken my car there to be serviced. Outstanding customer service.

Very professional service. Went in to have my first scheduled service for my 17 RAV4. Waiting area is cozy. Free snacks and drinks. Comfortable environment. Service was done fast and explained to me throughly. It's Toyota top quality service.

I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tundra 5.7 Platinum Edit...

I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tundra 5.7 Platinum Edition for over 56k from this dealership.

When I ordered the truck I had them move over the bed extender from my old one (same truck just a 2007) but somehow they lost mine. In an attempt to replace that they have put one on my truck that does not even fit.

I also ordered a bed liner to be installed and when it arrived we found out they ordered the wrong one. So we had to make another 30 min trip back to Kerry Toyota again to have the correct one installed. Once the "correct" one was installed there were rough edges where they had to cut it to make it fit. Does not look like the correct one to me. My son has even cut his arm on these rough edges when climbing up the back to help with groceries.

On 10/11/12 I went in for my 5k maintenence which is topping off fluids, diagnostics, and rotating tires. This took over 1 hour 15 minutes because everyone in the building was watching the reds game and standing around. At Dry Ridge Toyota this service only takes 15 min.

Also when you go to Kerry Toyota don't expect a car wash with your service. I was told when I purchased the vehicle the reason they could not wash it for me was because their car wash was broken. Yesterday they told me they don't even have a car wash.

The floor sales manager told me that my toyota rewards included car washes at in and out car wash. When I asked where one of those car washes is he looked puzzled and said "I don't know". Great now i get car washes at a non-existent car wash!

The chances of me ever purchasing or servicing a vehicle at Kerry Toyota in Florence Kentucky are also non-existent just like their customer service and their car wash affiliate.

They told me my tires were still good
Nobody cares about anything at this place
They don t recommend anything that you have to do for maintenance like spark plugs fluid changes or anything like that
They only change your oil and they charge you an arm and a leg and later they will call you to see if everything was ok and when you tell them nothing is ok they don t do anything

I have owned a kerry toyota for almost 3 years now...

I have owned a kerry toyota for almost 3 years now and have always taken it to Kerry service center in Covington and they have always gone above and beyond to do everything properly and professionally. I grew up working on my own cars and am a mechanical engineer so I am always aware of how my vehicle drives and if something feels off, I can ask them to take a look at it and the service manager Rhonda has always been extremely accommodating and goes beyond what is expected to ensure everything is checked over and I am happy when I leave.
