Great location, unbeatable amenities and responsive management. The best option if you want to live in downtown Grand Rapids!

Poorly run, very unorganized in the front office, need to repeat yourself multiple times before anything is done. Only good thing about this place is the location. Everything else is overrated.

Do yourself a favor, save $1000 and move to Gvsu dorm because it's basically the same thing. You will be surrounded with pot heads and drunk college kids.

I have absolutely loved my time here at the Plaza Towers so far! The location is perfect, considering you're within walking distance to all of the hottest bars, restaurants, and venues GR has to offer. The management staff has also been extremely friendly and helpful. They helped make our move-in simple, and were able to answer any questions we had. Maintenance is also top notch, they have responded and closed any maintenance related issues that we have had. The other great thing about living at the Plaza is the amount of amenities that you have access to (Indoor Pool, Sports Deck, Movie Theater, Skywalk, discounts at the BOB, and even access to the hotel bar to name a few). My apartment's condition when I moved in was spotless, and the room's themselves are bar none. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to live at the Plaza Towers, I would recommend them to anyone!

My experience at plaza towers has been great. I love all the amenities, pool, sports deck, and cinema room. Staff is very helpful and responds to all my needs in a timely manner The views are amazing. My apartment has great finishes. I would recommend plaza to all.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever dealt with. They are extremely overpriced and yet, they still use incredibly cheap fixtures and finishes in the units. It's always obnoxiously loud and a hassle to get from parking to your apartment. Electric bills are excessive. The management is a pathetic joke. They are stingy and will charge you for damages that were present prior to move-in. They knew that our parking lot was flooding and didn't inform the residents until a day later - when over 80 of our cars were destroyed. They lied and said they would initially pay for damages, but then refused to compensate for anything. Their only redeeming qualities are: the view, location, and maintenance staff. Otherwise, extremely horrible service. I am relieved that I no longer have to deal with these scumbags.

This is a beautiful place in Grand Rapids to live. The people are extremely friendly, the management team is on top of their game, and the views are amazing. I could not have asked for a better place to live.

I love living at Plaza Towers. I lived here for about a year and had an amazing experience. It is close to everything downtown Grand Rapids. The building is quiet, office staff is exceptional, and 24 hour security is great. If you are looking to live downtown, choose Plaza Towers Apartments!

I moved here last month. The building is very old and outdated. Kitchen appliances are super cheap. The indoor pool is nice but they put too much chlorine in it especially the hot tub. For some reason, my floor smells like marijuana all the time. If you have kids, I don't recommend you to move in here. You don't want your kids to be in this kind of environment. It's a luxury building for god sake, you'd better get them out of here. I get it that you need money but you have no idea how much damage those people can ruin your reputation. I can't wait to get out of here. Also, management team should get better at communication, they sent out email with ton of grammatical errors. It's not very professional.

Very happy with the amenities!! It is seriously like living in a hotel.. which you basically are.
There are a lot of people that live here and work in the office that think they are better than others. Which is quite ironic considering they are renting or working in the same building!! LoL
When you move out make sure that you do not leave a credit balance on your account or they will come up with some bogus charge to keep it.
If you can put up with the phony lady in the office that doesn't have time to actually worry about taking care of the building or what is going on within the building because she is too busy looking at herself in the mirrors on the basement floor you'll do great!!
Maintenance staff and housekeeping are wonderful though, along with the free coffee :)

Great location, the proximity to the skywalk is amazing. The office staff is wonderful, the maintenance and housekeeping staff go out of their way to be helpful. The views are interesting and it's fun to be downtown. Our apartment has been extremely quiet, and in fact we hardly even know we have neighbors.

Would never want to live here again after the way they treated residents during the parking lot flood. All of our vehicles were destroyed and we were displaced for weeks. They were not true to their word.

Sounds like where I live "The Lofts"! Management is incompetent and the work orders take weeks to be addressed. Also the lack of bldg maintenance such as the elevators and handicap door switch not working is pathetic since Eenhoorn LLC had plenty of money to throw a party on the premises for their wealthy friends which included but not limited to take away our parking during Art Prize

The management here is inexcusably incompetent. Only 4 days after we moved in our cars were towed from our reserved parking spaces to an impound facility. There was no email, no text, no phone call, no voicemail, no note slid under our apartment door, and absolutely nothing said in person to notify us that the parking lot was going to be resurfaced! It cost $560 to get our cars back. The inept and unbelievably rude response from management was to: lie, exclaim I m not your mother, and give us a pitiful $50 credit on an already incorrect rent bill! The unprofessional management sends out emails riddled with grammatical errors. One sentence read: Real Christmas trees are not aloud. No one would describe this as the utmost comfort and luxury. Avoid renting here.

I really enjoyed the time I spent at Plaza. The amenities are great and the office staff and maintenance are very accommodating. I would recommend Plaza Towers to anyone looking to live downtown.

My experience here as a resident in Plaza Towers has been pleasant. Being walking distance from all the sights and sounds downtown GR has to offer, has been quite the luxury. PT residents are friendly and, like me, enjoy being in the center of the downtown lifestyle. All staff members have always been very professional and genuine. I am happy living here as a resident of the PT community :)

Would not recommend. My hall always smelled like marijuana. The building is so old I could hear my neighbor s full conversations and air conditioning/heat would randomly stop working. The front desk staff is useless because if you need something done, they act incompetent and are never on the same page. Amentities are there, but mediocre. For example, many tenants still had a gym membership. You can get a NEW apartment downtown that has a deck, pool, gym for the same cost or less and have a much better experience.

Probably the best place to live downtown. Great views of the city and river. On the sky-walk. Next to everything. Love it here!

My experience at Plaza Towers as a resident has been very pleasant. The apartments are modern and renovated. I have been nothing but satisfied with my move here this last month. Management and staff have been beyond helpful and professional in helping me get situated. This is a great location in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, close to all of the sights that Grand Rapids has to offer. Definitely would recommend the Plaza Towers.

If looking for a place downtown Grand Rapids, Plaza Towers is a MUST! Just had some beautiful work done on my unit and it could not look any better! I am so happy with the results! They are spacious, open, and the amenities offered here are a major bonus and you won't find any like it elsewhere! The granite, back splash, and choice of cabinets are very high end! The staff is so friendly and any maintenance issue is resolved immediately and efficiently! I recommend this place to everyone!!!!!

One of the best places I have lived. The view is beautiful. Very close to everything downtown has to offer. The staff is very helpful and courteous and really made me feel as if I belonged their. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi are great and never too crowded. Very close to all the best restaurants downtown also. I also really like how they have shopping carts to help bring in your groceries, this seems to be helpful for everyone living in the Plaza Towers. Overall great place with a great staff in beautiful Grand Rapids Michigan.

These place isn't amazing, it's average with an extremely above average price tag. I can only speak about Plaza Towers (owned by Een Hoorn management). The staff at Plaza is ridiculously sensitive and they do not practice "the customer is always right" mentality. If you live here be prepared to NOT be a priority.

- Worst Staff, I've rented for 5 years, This place ranks 5th.
- Horrible Appliances (nothing stainless)
- Countertops and cupboards look unfinished
- Parking price ($100+)
- No personal laundry (each floor as a few unit) some don't work

Clean, safe and comfortable. Friendly staff and value for money. Highly recommended.

This is the best place to live in Grand Rapids. Plaza Towers is in a great location with wonderful amenities. The staff is friendly, helpful, and timely in responding to questions and issues. I am extremely happy with the experience I have had living in Plaza Towers and would recommend their apartments to anyone moving to Grand Rapids.

Lived here for 3 years, wonderful building lots of modern amenities: stainless appliances, wood floors, gorgeous views of downtown, a pool, sports deck with a basketball and tennis court, even a movie theater room. What more could you ask for? The office staff and 24/7 security have always been courteous and very helpful in resolving any maintenance or lease questions that arise in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend the Plaza Apartments.

Lived there for abut two years and had to move out because our family is about to grow in number and needed the extra space, but if wasn't for that extra bottle of wine my wife and I had about 8 months ago, we would definitely still be there.

The installations are comfortable and very slick, personnel is always friendly and extremely helpful and of course the location.

I recommend this place for single, married or small families a 100%.

I have been living here for over 2 years and it's been the best time of my life. Living the city life in a luxury building with the staff that attends to my every need. They are so respectful to their residents and always have some good cookies out at the coffee bar. I recommend everyone to come join us.

I've lived here for 3 years now and love the downtown location and high-end finishes here. The best part of living at Plaza GR to me though, is the view. I face the city and it's super impressive year round in all types of weather. The management/maintenance/security team is all super quick to respond and resolve any questions or issues that arise. Love the new coffee machine, the gym, and the sports deck, too!
