I had called several times leading up to my lease ...

I had called several times leading up to my lease turn-in to make sure that when they receive the car I would get a confirmation that they had it. I had talked to multiple people who took down my name and email, and had promised as soon as they had processed the car I would receive that confirmation. I turn in the car, and days go by, no answer. So, here I am worrying what happened to the car and if I'm going to be found responsible if the they don't have the car. So I called the dealership to see if I could get an email confirmation, and they say, "No, we don't do anything like that," and then disconnects the call before I can even ask if they at least have it in their system. They get two stars because I was able to call Toyota Financial Services and confirm with them that the car was received, so at least they did their job.
