Took my 2018 Toyota C-HR in to get my A/C tube fix...

Took my 2018 Toyota C-HR in to get my A/C tube fixed (4 hr job). I was given a 10am time to bring in, but wasn't informed that the part didn't arrive till 2pm. After starting on the job I was informed a day later that it could possibly be longer & have more extensive damage, but not given a time or date. It's been 48 hours since..I use my car for my business & I'm losing $150-200/day waiting for my car to be fixed.

I called corporate and discusaed it them further. I will never bring in my C-HR to this service shop EVER again :(

UPDATE! finally got a call 38 hours later from the asst mgr letting me know there's a small leak in my compressor that needs fixed..$1050! The fact that they have the audacity to charge me is beyond me :(
