Wow!!! Amazing displays and Got to see the rocket launch 3/15/2019
What an amazing experience to witness the Mars Perseverance rocket launched into space. I recommend bringing sunglasses & definitely spending the extra money to see the exhibits and visit the rockets on display within the space center.
amazing service, delicious food. i would highly recommend it.
Loved it. Makes me proud and sad. Together America and America's can accomplish things that inspire all humanity. But now, today we are a house divided against itself. We are to worried about an affiliation or being able to say we have bested our own brothers.
We can't even get an idea to the launchpad as a nation let alone to another planet. Talent and strength squandered. History repeating itself, Rome is on fire.
Great experience. Even if you are not as aerospace enthusiast, a great experience. I planned half the day and stayed all day because it was so interesting. The one or the other goosebumps moment is of course with it.
Lots to do here, try and go during at launch day, we watched a space X launch and it was amazing. If you take your time and read all the exhibits, you would need two days.
This was my family and I very first time experiencing NASA. We had the best time of our life learning about space. This was soooooooo amazing! A+
This was a great experience for those that love to learn and dream beyond this planet we call Earth. It was hot and bothersome the day we went hence the 4-star rating and everything is spaced very far apart. However the kids still had a great time and the bus tour around the complex was the best part. All in all it was a great educational trip that I m sure the students enjoyed.
The hottest thing there is, without being interested ...... and it was amazing.
Price is cheap for this offer.
It's just really cool and definitely a MUST
This is a great place to bring your family to see first hand the amazing engineering and ingenuity of American space exploration. Its my honor to post here since my Uncle Jesse H. Thomas, was a Director at Kennedy Space Center during its construction. He would sit and tell me exactly how many miles of steel cable and its specificity that he ordered for various projects. Highway 520 and Courtney Parkway were dirt roads when my family moved to Merritt Island in 1949. My uncle Ray Gordon Thomas, worked here for twenty-six years until his death as an architectural draftsman. He was a gifted artist and was chosen by Kennedy Space Center to paint a lifelike realistic painting of the first men to walk on the moon (prior to the first men walking on the moon.) In July 1969, when Neil Armstrong and Edwin Aldrin walked into the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) and saw my uncle's work of art, they commented on how lifelike it really was to my uncles credit. God bless the Guardians and the U.S. Space Force created by our great President Donald J. Trump!
The restrooms were really dirty, In a place like this . Everything should be impeccable!!
We gave our kids the choice of NASA or Disney and we ended up at KSC, and what an amazing experience. Loads to do and it will definitely take a full day. Interesting to learn about the background of the space programs and the pioneers. Standout exhibit for me was Atlantis. My son now wants to come back for summer camp.
This is one of those places that just blows your mind.
Plenty to do. Plan on spending the day. Check it out out online and make a time plan if you can. They actually have guest services, too, that will help plan the day. The shuttle display is awesome. The bus tour to the launch pad is fantastic. That took us 3 hours because it includes a large Apollo display museum. The whole place is a great experience
For someone who was 12 years old when Neil Armstrong walked on the moon this has to be the best value for money attraction in Florida
Amazing experience well worth a visit to see the apollo series, space shuttle Atlantis and the tour of the space center.
Too much of America the Great to me^^ but good presentation of the space pioneering history.
Great history and look into future space exploration
Would of loved to see a launch pad but not available
Wow! So much info that was a joy to learn. Get the guided tour, our guide made things really come clear.
Plan your trip ahead with various attractions unless you want to miss some of them. Great place for kids and adults to celebrate mankind's success on space programs. Thoroughly enjoyed that.
Great visit there is loads to do will need a whole day. Shame we couldn t do the longer bus tour as a result of the shutdown
Went there recently for my birthday. Even with half of the stuff closed down right now because of covid it's still a nice place
One of the best days out ever! If you love space then you must go here
Vastly better and more accessible than Disney parks! A must see!
It is a good experience. I recommend taking the "old tour" (Air Force Station). You will need an ID for this tour, preferably a passport. There is plany to do, but you could see it in a day if you are disciplined.
An amazing experience for all ages. Truly a sight to see. Be sure to take the bus tours to see innovation in action.
This is a fascinating place. You can see really spaceships and learn the history of space travel.
Lots to do. More like a theme park than a science center, although that also means the lines can be long too.
We did the bus tour of the launch pads and historic buildings, the IMAX presentation on the current plans for the KSC, heard from and got a picture taken with a retired astronaut, experienced the history of the shuttle program, saw the Atlantis shuttle, and explored the Mars Rover Project.
This was a full day, lasting from 10 am until after 6 pm. And there was plenty we weren't able to get to either.
I couldn't give it five stars because we ended up standing around quite a bit, both in lines and waiting for shows/exhibits/tours to start. There was a long line for lunch, and the entrance for parking merged from five lanes to one, creating confusion and stress. Otherwise, it was a wonderful visit. My kids (ages 6-12) had a great time.
Ideal for the whole family, a unique and unforgettable experience
Magnificent, one of the most exciting experiences at NASA's Kennedy Space Center: the hangar with the Saturn V that allowed Apollo 11 to reach the moon!
Very interesting place. So much to see. Displaying lots of space related items and information.
What an amazing experience! Well worth the adventure! The 38 yr old enjoyed it as much as the 7 yr old!
This is the Kennedy Disappointment Center. For the price is not Worth it. Plus what s the point of paying for parking. $57 for adults... I paid it happily expecting great things. I was convinced by a friend that went a few days before. But he didn t tell me that most of the attractions were movies. For that I watch the History channel or the NASA channel. Theres a tour inside that was extra $20. Is not about the money, is about what I m getting for the money. They have the audacity to charge full price when several attractions were closed for COVID-19. The whole place is very nice and interesting. The best part was the simulator, but still a lot of hype for what it is. Will not talk about the food because 7-Eleven has better food.
Excellent and comprehensive interactive Centre to explore and discover all things NASA, including visits to the current launch sites. The Dining with an Astronaut lunch was an eye opener, with personal photos and stories from Heide Porter's two Atlantis Space Shuttle Missions.. All in all a wonderful and informative experience into the past, present and future Space exploration..
This place is definitely a must if you are here in Miami. When do you have the opportunity to see a space shuttle or rockets, etc. Was also skeptical at first whether you should really look at it, because just under $ 60 is not a small amount just for entry but was definitely worth it.
Pleasantly surprised :)
Got up close to the original Atlantis Space Shuttle. Free tour. Lots of semi-retired engineers scattered around the NASA complex ready, excited, and eager to talk about everything and anything about Space. These are people who actually worked on getting our astronauts into space!
In addition multiple interactive exhibits and a place to actually touch a piece of the moon!
A bus brings you to another building and you get to see legendary launch pad 39A and 39B. I wasn't able to actually go to the launch pad though b/c of the Falcon rocket that was occupying the pad for testing.
Lots of modern videos including 2 IMAX shows about 20-30mins long including one narrated by jennifer lawerence.
Multiple eating hubs serving: burgers (including beyond meatless burgers), pizza, ice cream, dip and dots, etc.
Overall amazing to witness our space history and to see where it can lead us in the future.
Great place for families to explore and discover what lies ahead for humanity.
There's so much to see and do, there's almost no chance of seeing it all in one day but we squeezed in as much as we could. The bus tour was great, the movies were fun and informative, the tour guides were awesome, and how can I even begin to describe the immensity and awesomeness of the Saturn V? Likewise, the Atlantis exhibit is pretty incredible. It's almost impossible to go wrong here, especially for an engineer and geek like me.
Absolutely outstanding. Took my father for his 50th birthday and he was in awe as we're the rest of us. The exhibits were phenomenal and educational. So glad we purchased the annual pass. We will be back!
If you're curious about our space program you must go.
You may need 2 days to get it all in, but great experience!
I worked here a while back and went with my family visiting from another state yesterday. Almost everyone at security was very rude right from the beginning. People at ticket counter were also rude. So right off the bat, I was disappointed. The pricing for tickets is also ridiculous. We had two seniors, two adults, and one child. The price for a six year old is only $5 cheaper than an adult!! Other than that, it was a fun day. Got to see Atlantis that my father worked on.
Although many of the attractions are currently closed, it was still a fun family outing. Lots to see and learn.
So much to see and do at the Space Center, definitely take a bus tour and enjoy seeing all they have to offer.
Incredible, educational and fun experience, highly recommended.
Lots of closed exhibits. Supposed to reopen most of them July 6th, except for the bus tours out to the launch pads. But, they gave us tickets to come back anytime next year. The Atlantis exhibit is awe inspiring. 2.5 million parts. Wow.
This was a full day of space stuff. This is a must do activity if you are in or around this area. Take the bus tour first and sit on the right side of the bus (which is the passenger side in a car ). Lots to be in awe over and to take in if you are into this type of NASA stuff. That said if you aren't, it's still very interesting but by the end of the day you'll feel like it's enough, you're ready to leave. There's a good bit of movie/video watching, so this can get old by the end of the day. There are many interactive activities to participate in. I would imagine if you see a launch this is a 5 star activity, we didn't and so by 5 pm we were super done and did not want to see any more videos. If there is one thing negative to speak about its that they were charging $10 to get the astronaut's autograph, which I thought was utterly stupid. We didn't pay for that. All in all I'm very glad to have experienced the space center and highly recommend going. I'll not do this again unless there is a launch though.
Excellent centre for NASA and space shows and activities
Life long dreams fulfilled by visiting here. It really, really does 2 days minimum and personally I could have spent even longer here. Top tip: definitely sit on the RHS of the bus on the standard bus tour if you want to view things...
An excellent experience. If you are even remotely interested in space and it's exploration this is a wonderful place to go.
Very well made, interesting and impressive exhibition. My absolute recommendation: be there very early (9:00 a.m.) and plan two days if possible. Then the multi-day or annual ticket is definitely worth it. (This really saves a lot of money)
Everything you'd hope for. Just send me up! All the events were great. Kids loved it. Only disappointment was the scrubbed launch.
One of the best experiences I had, nice people, good attractions, you get a lot for your money. Highly recommended!
Super interesting. Very well done and very informative. Parking costs $ 10.
Magnificent, travel over time, seeing things you've seen on TV up close and already glimpsing future trips.
Don t waste your money going till covid is over. Most of the attractions are closed. We were 3 minutes late to a show and they wouldn t let us in for safety purposes. Blew over $200 to walk around and see closed signs. Review below mine says they aren t charging for parking. We were charged full price for parking...
Awesome definitely love to go back experience great
Muuuuu good and recommendable. Go before going to Orlando parks to take advantage of it better.
Great place for kids and adults. Educational and fun exhibits and shows. The shuttle experience was done well. Definitely worth being an annual pass holder for this place.
