Ideal for the whole family, a unique and unforgettable experience
Very interesting place. So much to see. Displaying lots of space related items and information.
What an amazing experience! Well worth the adventure! The 38 yr old enjoyed it as much as the 7 yr old!
Excellent and comprehensive interactive Centre to explore and discover all things NASA, including visits to the current launch sites. The Dining with an Astronaut lunch was an eye opener, with personal photos and stories from Heide Porter's two Atlantis Space Shuttle Missions.. All in all a wonderful and informative experience into the past, present and future Space exploration..
This place is definitely a must if you are here in Miami. When do you have the opportunity to see a space shuttle or rockets, etc. Was also skeptical at first whether you should really look at it, because just under $ 60 is not a small amount just for entry but was definitely worth it.
Pleasantly surprised :)
Got up close to the original Atlantis Space Shuttle. Free tour. Lots of semi-retired engineers scattered around the NASA complex ready, excited, and eager to talk about everything and anything about Space. These are people who actually worked on getting our astronauts into space!
In addition multiple interactive exhibits and a place to actually touch a piece of the moon!
A bus brings you to another building and you get to see legendary launch pad 39A and 39B. I wasn't able to actually go to the launch pad though b/c of the Falcon rocket that was occupying the pad for testing.
Lots of modern videos including 2 IMAX shows about 20-30mins long including one narrated by jennifer lawerence.
Multiple eating hubs serving: burgers (including beyond meatless burgers), pizza, ice cream, dip and dots, etc.
Overall amazing to witness our space history and to see where it can lead us in the future.
Great place for families to explore and discover what lies ahead for humanity.
There's so much to see and do, there's almost no chance of seeing it all in one day but we squeezed in as much as we could. The bus tour was great, the movies were fun and informative, the tour guides were awesome, and how can I even begin to describe the immensity and awesomeness of the Saturn V? Likewise, the Atlantis exhibit is pretty incredible. It's almost impossible to go wrong here, especially for an engineer and geek like me.
Absolutely outstanding. Took my father for his 50th birthday and he was in awe as we're the rest of us. The exhibits were phenomenal and educational. So glad we purchased the annual pass. We will be back!
If you're curious about our space program you must go.
You may need 2 days to get it all in, but great experience!
I worked here a while back and went with my family visiting from another state yesterday. Almost everyone at security was very rude right from the beginning. People at ticket counter were also rude. So right off the bat, I was disappointed. The pricing for tickets is also ridiculous. We had two seniors, two adults, and one child. The price for a six year old is only $5 cheaper than an adult!! Other than that, it was a fun day. Got to see Atlantis that my father worked on.
Although many of the attractions are currently closed, it was still a fun family outing. Lots to see and learn.
Incredible, educational and fun experience, highly recommended.
Lots of closed exhibits. Supposed to reopen most of them July 6th, except for the bus tours out to the launch pads. But, they gave us tickets to come back anytime next year. The Atlantis exhibit is awe inspiring. 2.5 million parts. Wow.
This was a full day of space stuff. This is a must do activity if you are in or around this area. Take the bus tour first and sit on the right side of the bus (which is the passenger side in a car ). Lots to be in awe over and to take in if you are into this type of NASA stuff. That said if you aren't, it's still very interesting but by the end of the day you'll feel like it's enough, you're ready to leave. There's a good bit of movie/video watching, so this can get old by the end of the day. There are many interactive activities to participate in. I would imagine if you see a launch this is a 5 star activity, we didn't and so by 5 pm we were super done and did not want to see any more videos. If there is one thing negative to speak about its that they were charging $10 to get the astronaut's autograph, which I thought was utterly stupid. We didn't pay for that. All in all I'm very glad to have experienced the space center and highly recommend going. I'll not do this again unless there is a launch though.
Excellent centre for NASA and space shows and activities
Life long dreams fulfilled by visiting here. It really, really does 2 days minimum and personally I could have spent even longer here. Top tip: definitely sit on the RHS of the bus on the standard bus tour if you want to view things...
An excellent experience. If you are even remotely interested in space and it's exploration this is a wonderful place to go.
Everything you'd hope for. Just send me up! All the events were great. Kids loved it. Only disappointment was the scrubbed launch.
One of the best experiences I had, nice people, good attractions, you get a lot for your money. Highly recommended!
Super interesting. Very well done and very informative. Parking costs $ 10.
Magnificent, travel over time, seeing things you've seen on TV up close and already glimpsing future trips.
Don t waste your money going till covid is over. Most of the attractions are closed. We were 3 minutes late to a show and they wouldn t let us in for safety purposes. Blew over $200 to walk around and see closed signs. Review below mine says they aren t charging for parking. We were charged full price for parking...
Awesome definitely love to go back experience great
Muuuuu good and recommendable. Go before going to Orlando parks to take advantage of it better.
Great place for kids and adults. Educational and fun exhibits and shows. The shuttle experience was done well. Definitely worth being an annual pass holder for this place.
It was fun, and interesting heroes and astronauts could have used a little tweaking. Like where you stand he couldn't really see the whole screen maybe if it went the other way instead of bowing out it would have been better. But all in all it was great
A lot of information well gathered. First moon flight live.
Lots to do and see. Great that they do a cheap day for Brevard resident's.
This place has really stepped up their game. The Atlantis exhibit is outstanding, the Saturn V exhibit is absolutely humbling. This place is very educational and does a great job showcasing the great accomplishments that have been made over the years!
The Space Shuttle simulator a must.
Very interesting, a place steeped in history and open to the future. I loved. For technology enthusiasts, but not only.
Excellent! Great tribute to our astronauts & space program!
With so much bad news these days it is inspiring to go to a place where peace and unity are expressed in the pursuit of space exploration. Fantastic exhibits, including simulators, got to meet 2 astronauts and ask questions! Take 2 days if you can there is a lot to see and learn. Advance planning for timing with a space launch is needed.
Search space launch schedule for upcoming launches.
The facility is nice. During COVID times, the staff clearly does not care to follow or implement simple safety measures. So many visitors and staff members were not wearing masks. Nearly impossible to keep distancing outside or inside. Maybe since we had just visited Disney World a few weeks ago, we were spoiled by their implementation of simple rules.
Nice place. Tickets, however, quite expensive. It recommends to skip all the gift shops and restaurants at the entrance and go to Atlantis. Then take a bus to Apollo 7. Later how time you can visit the other attractions. We ran out of time to see all the attractions but we arrived around 12.
A very good place you can learn a lot. For me the best was the show to see the original Space Shuttle.
Terrible! Long lines and unclear what they are even for or how long the wait is. No social distancing or safety measures in place. People are expected to wait inside in dense crowds for experiences that aren t even clearly described. Stay away! Most unsafe place I ve gone during this pandemic. I would have never gone but assumed a place like this would make safety a priority. After and hour, we hadn t seen anything and I felt uncomfortable waiting in a line packed together with other people so I treated a refund and left.
I am a sci fi buff. At age 10, I watched man land on the moon. The presentations and tours were well done, both the nostalgia of the past and excitement of the present and future.
Wow! This place is so awesome! You have to visit!
Beautiful..would definately go again.Taking my family with me next time.
Its the great Kennedy Space Center..whats not to love. There aren't any adrenaline filled rides or famous childhood characters but there are real heros, science filled education and inspiration for future generations. So yeah, just go and enjoy.
We had a great experience visiting the space center, we had a guided tour with Mark, he is so knowledgeable and friendly he helped to make this a memorable experience for us. Lived in Florida all our life's own first time to visit.
We like to have gone and known this place. Really fantastic, fascinating and exciting.
Great experience! Don't miss it if you go for it! You have a large parking lot, you pay $ 10 upon entry. You will also get a bus tour with the admission ticket for about 2 hours. On weekdays in the morning it is not yet crowded, you have to wait 10 minutes for the bus and 5-10 minutes for the space simulator.
Was there to attend the.Astronaut training experience. Twas marvelous having to work with young and old alike.
This place is literally out of this world. Everything is absolutely massive. Well worth a visit. Time your visit well you may see a rocket being launched Elon Musk
Just as amazing as always! I miss going to the "Robot Scouts" exhibit that I loved as a kid, but out with the old, in with the new I guess! Also Brevard residents get $5 off their ticket. Hopefully they will integrate more interactive VR related stations moving into the future.
Love all the information about current NASA missions. The liftoff simulation and Mars information was the best.
Great experience, my group really enjoyed it and we are all in our 30s.
Amazing place to visit! Would have given 5 stars if the bus tour out to the launch pads would have been open.
