Bought a 2015 accord coupe V6 last weekend. This makes the 4th purchase for my wife at kendall. When we told them that they were very quick to remind us that That did not matter, Kendal chevy was independent of Kendal Honda. Wow. Overall I was not that happy. The dealership was hardly willing to negotiate price. We got the car for an ok price but overall the customer service was poor. We were told the car would be "detailed" it was far from detailed. Simply the car was not even cleaned. When we picked up the car it has paper straw wrappers in the back seat, dirty mats, fingerprints on the dash water spots on the mirrors, dirty leather and was just genuinly dirty. When we complained about it we got a less than stellar responce. We were told that when we bring it back for the options we chose to have installed they would have a porter go over it. For me detailed means detailed, not dirty. Simply put were just felt like a number. The car fit our needs and the miles were very low so we bought it. The very next morning we found a paint chip. We called and were told, ya we won't do anything with that. 22k might not be alot
of money, but for me it is, to be told this is a certified pre owned so it meets higher standards... Well that is not so, neither does the customer service .I would be very sceptical to buy here again. Actually I Probabally would not.

Had an excellent experience all around at Kendall. Was looking to lease a new car to replace my old Nissan lease and called many dealers. Was not impressed at all till I connected with Isaiah Boles at Kendall. This man knew his products inside and out. He also was determined to get me into a great lease, in spite of the fact my previous car had negative equity. Well he worked hard, looked at the situation from many different angles and got it done. Not only that, my payment came in lower than originally quoted. I am happily driving my new Clarity tonight, partially thanks to Isaiah Bowles hard word and determination. The finance manager was as nice as Isaiah as well. No grinding, no BS, treated me like a friend, not like a money making opportunity...

I have been a long time customer of Kendall Honda and these last several years their prices have ridiculously skyrocketed (at least twice as much as any other competitors) and their business ethics have plummeted. I have learned not to trust their recommended repairs quite sometime ago. Today they just went too far... unfortunately I will never be going back to Kendall again. Take your car somewhere else, they cannot be trusted. If you don't, you will be paying twice as much for repairs you do not even need or way more than you should for a car. :/ shame on you Kendall!

Great and very efficient service. I drove in for an 8:45 am oil change, tire rotation, etc., and was met at my car by the service representative. I ate biscuits and gravy in an attached restaurant and had my car back in less than an hour. The inside was cleaned of dust, and I was given a ticket for a free car wash. I bought this car because of the great service Kendall gave on the previous car.

We shopped a few dealerships over this week and finally made our way to Kendall Honda, from the moment we stepped on site we were treated with much respect. We were able to browse at our own pace. Was never once pressured into any car or deal. We had our 4 year old son with us and there was play area for him to be entertained (with grandma). I want to thank our Sales Consultant Court Broughton for all his help walking us through step by step. You ROCK!!! We defiantly will be back to buy more cars in the future. Love my new car.........

Service writer said wait time would be 45 min. but I actually waited 80 min.
Service writer said that tire rotation would be included, but tire rotation wasn't actually done, so now I need to go to a separate shop for that.
Printout showed that new wiper blades were needed, but no one asked me whether I wanted those installed, so they were not installed, and now I still need them. (I'd actually requested new wiper blades on the scheduling website, but the website didn't work; had to reschedule by phone.)

Elizabeth Yoo Lim is excellent in assisting us in purchasing a Honda Fit for a relative who is a newly hired nurse in the US. She made us understand well about the deal for someone who has no credit history in the country which we greatly appreciate. She did everything to help us. If she s the only one to be rated we give her a five star.

Since this rating is for Kendall Honda as a whole, we can only give an average grade. It could have been perfect if everything on the deal has been completed and calls have been taken care of well. We requested for body molding and the all season floormats which were not available at the time of purchase. We said that we re only in Oregon for a week and will be flying back to Chicago the following weekend. For three days we tried to call to follow up and were told that somebody would return our calls. We only need to know if it can be done this week but it seems like nobody wants to return our calls. The person answering calls is not customer friendly. We do not understand why we are being treated like this.

I am sorry to say but it seems like there is something missing in their customer service which is far from our experience with Honda dealerships in Illinois where we got a CRV. Honda dealerships in Illinois have excellent communication, are quick in responding to customer calls and care well about customers concerns.

Honda CRV battery would not start the vehicle. Battery seemed to be dead. Jump started the vehicle on Friday night. Kendall Honda checked the battery on Saturday and evaluated the charging system on Saturday.

Love this car! My husband and I were looking for a new car to replace our faithful old Honda Civic- we are older , and the HRV is perfect - easy to get in and out of, plenty of leg and headroom, and very comfortable seats for longer road trips. Easy to drive, and the added safety features actually dropped our insurance premiums. The gas mileage is great, too. The one drawback is that there is not quite enough storage in the front seating area, but we have purchased some organizers which will help. We are also going to have the rear window tinted for better security and get an organizer for the hatch area. Thank you, Honda!

Although it was a Saturday afternoon and they were busy, the service team made it work out so our van could be fixed and our vacation wouldn't be delayed, and they were kind and understanding as well. We live in the Seattle area but choose to have service done on our Honda when we visit Eugene because we are so pleased with the service we receive.

I've never felt so welcome at a car dealership. Usually I get the typical sales pressure when going into look at cars. Not here though. I feel like everyone at Kendall is there to help you get into a new vehicle. Not pressure you into one. Caitlin helped me find the perfect car for me. She was very kind and helped me through the whole process. It can be extremely intimidating looking for your first car. But they made it very simple and not stressful at all. Caitlin Calkins is the name if you want a good experience buying a car! Will definitely buy from Kendall in the future.

Buyer beware of extended warranties...purchased my vehicle 1 year ago and salesman pushed a "bumper to bumper" extended warranty on us throwing out prices on items that may go out in future. Exactly 1 year later, a component in my engine goes out and apparently isn't covered??? My husband called yesterday and asked for the manager to call him back ASAP and we are still waiting for that phone call...is my defective part above the apparent line from bumper to bumper?? Salesman sell it as "bumper to bumper" and the are not exceptions not explained. We also told the salesman that we wanted to decline the extended warranty but he kept pushing "peace of mind" that no matter what goes out, it would be covered. (UPDATE) Manager called back and after discussion, Kendall took care of the repairs even though warranty still wouldn't cover them. Thank you Kendall for stepping up and honoring the warranty that we purchased.

I have been a customer at Kendall Honda for over 10 years. The service department is amazing! Everyone is always so polite and helpful. This week I had the pleasure of being assisted by Meghan Burrows and she was wonderful! She kept me updated and was so enjoyable to work with. I also was assisted by Shon Liddell, he is Superman!!! I've worked with him a few times on different additions to my car and everything has always gone smoothly. Shon always greets you with a smile and makes sure all of your needs are met. I bought a Lexus ct 200h about a month ago, everyone loves the car! We have taken it from Eugene to Portland, as well as Eugene to San Jose, CA and the car met all of my expectations. I m happy with the car, the warranty through the dealership, the financing process, and the Kendall sales rep I worked with when I started looking for a car over at Kendall Honda in Eugene, Jordin Denney. When Jordin and I couldn't make a newer Civic work, he helped me in finding the Lexus ct 200h and helped me through the financial process over at Kendall Lexus. Along with Neal Manser at Kendall Lexus, I was able to find a compact hatchback that was newer and overall cheaper than my older Subaru, and got an acceptable trade-in value for my older car. When we need to replace another older car of ours, I will actually be looking forward to working with this dealership again!

I love taking my car to kendall Honda for its maintenance. Its not too expensive and they are thorough. They wont do anything other than what is already scheduled unless they call you first. plus you get a free car wash. I have noticed the last two times i was in there the cleanup was not all that great. last time i had yellow rubber stuff under my hood and sticking out, this time i had to take the plastic off of my seat and paper off of the floor and throw it away myself. and i love having the car wash but it never gets the wheels clean. minor issues and i know they are busy. I will be going back as soon as my car tells me too!

I had a wonderful experience at Kendall Honda. I was looking at the showroom cars and was approached and asked if I needed help. I was quickly paired up with Paul. He discussed features of the vehicles I was interested in and made a recommendation of the HR-V based on my interests. I wanted to lease and he explained to me the pros and cons of this option. I had not purchased a new car since 1978 and was apprehensive of a pushy salesperson. Paul was not. He was very helpful and spent alot of time answering all of my questions. He really wanted to make sure that I was a satified customer....and I was.

Justin met us as we came into the building,we talked about the car my wife was interested in. I basically th old Justin to tell me the best he could give us on our trade in and the best he could do on the accord we wanted. He had us sit in his office got drinks for us. My wife went to try your deli next door the girls wouldn't accept any money for the fantastic sandwich once they found out my wife was getting a new car. I tried her sandwich and it was fantastic. Justin came back no bull no run around told us what he could do we looked at the offer though it to be fair and bought the car. We purchased the 1999 Honda civic from kendall on coburg road 16 years before and have nothing but good things to say about the people at kendall every since. To be honest we could of saved 550 dollars at one of your competitors but we came to kendall because of how we were treated during the last time we bought a Honda from kendall.
Mr. Lang is a tremendous asset to your company and I hope you pass this lether on to the appropriate people in charge and reward him somehow for his professional behavior and how he makes people very comfortable in a tense situation.

After several weeks of researching and going to dealership after dealership, Kendall was recommended to me. I looked at three cars on their lot, and was hooked on the one that I purchased, that day. My browsing/ buying experience with Kendall was much better than with other dealerships I had been to, which I am grateful for. I wasn't pressured into buying, they didn't ask for my contact information right away, and I wasn't nagged. Thank you Kendall for selling me a beautiful, reliable car. I had already been to Les Schwab in Junction City and was treated poorly.They were going to charge me and didn't fix anything.
My low tire pressure signal came on as I drove off.The salesman was rude to me.

Then I went to Honda and Rob Holloway was so kind. He fit me in and they were so busy.
He was very professional and concerned. I shared with him I had to drive over a hundred miles later that day. He did everything to fix my issue. He was so prompt and got me on my way.

His customer service and care is why I have purchased 5 Honda vehicles.

The lesson I learned was start with the best and you will be happy!

My Civic has a design flaw and rattles. I ve brought it in three times to have fixed. David from the shop finally fixed it. Kudos buddy! You did a great job. He listened, read the research I found on it, and came up with a fix.
The shuttle driver was accomadating and willing to do multiple pickups for me to take both my cars down and back.
I don t mind spending a little money for this kind of service.

Kendall Honda is in our opinion the best auto dealership in our area. They have competitive pricing, first class service from the initial call for service to explaining your options , quickly servicing your car and their customer service is the best. Their entire staff are there to serve you and they do. Highly recommend purchasing your care here and or getting your car serviced there even if you didn't purchase your car from them.

Someone ran a red light and totaled my car. I was in the middle of moving and had to deal with two insurance companies over an "accident" that was in no way my fault. My son-in-law did a bunch of research on the internet and took me to Kendall Honda after I checked a couple of other dealerships and different makes and models of cars on my own. Kendall Honda, and specifically T.J., Leo, and Jacob, took exceptionally good care of me and made the experience of choosing and buying a new car (my first new car ever) a positive experience. So far, although it has only been a few days, I love my Honda Civic EX. It has so many safety features, and T.J. made sure I knew how to use them all! I cannot recommend these guys enough. What was an unexpected chore (choosing a replacement vehicle after mine was destroyed) turned into a good experience.

And now, more than a year later I have comments about the Honda Civic: if this were a laptop, I would turn it off and re-start it. Unfortunately, it is a CAR. After TWICE having the car STOP moving in rain and heavy traffic on the busy Washington St bridge - according to the error message to avoid crashing into a car that was not there in front of me - it has now simply decided to flash what appear to be random error messages at me, and refusing to start at all. Glitchy! Dangerous! Inexplicable.

The inexplicable stop was due to a one-inch metal strip sticking up from a crack between slabs of pavement during road construction. It was scary, but has not repeated. The random error messages were due to a dead battery. Do not leave your phone plugged in while you sit in your car waiting for someone for an hour.

It has been two years with this car, and it suddenly flashed that maintenance was OVERDUE and started counting down miles. There's a pandemic going on, and I have not been inside of a store in about three months - I seldom go out in my car, but I do go across town to pick up curbside delivery of groceries, so I took the car in to Kendall Honda Service Dept. They have physical distance mapped out on the floor, so that you are at least 6 feet from their masked employees, and they cleverly put a tall table in the space to actually make people who ignore such niceties keep back. The doors were propped open to keep the air circulating, and I managed to get my car's oil and brake fluid replaced, tires rotated, and filters changed with no human contact closer than 6 feet. I really appreciate that they are protecting their employees and customers in this way. Car runs well. I do not drive much, but other than the inexplicable stop mentioned above, I've had no problems with it. Kendall Honda seems to be an excellent car dealership.

Service rep, Matthew Bodine was a real professional; knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, personal & took time to make sure the all the work I came in for was done right and to my satisfaction. I'm picky about my car & always concerned that maintenance is kept up to date and the work is done by qualified mechanics who take care of my car as if it was their own. I couldn't have been happier with the work, or with Matthew, the rep for seeing that it was done on time & I wasn't kept waiting longer than promised. I really feel good about their prices, and I know after years of going to the different chains of car service (for oil changes & such) I got more for my money and a better, cleaner job at Kendall for nearly the same price. And one thing I got there that I never got at the chain auto service places was peace of mind, knowing I didn't have to worry about anything going wrong with the work!!! I recommend Kendall for the best service around the Eugene area. I'll be going there from now on.

Terrible up-selling. I had exclusively used a Honda dealer in CA for all my CRV service and since using Kendall over the past 4 years have found that they are terrible. The service rep asked to charge me for a part they never installed. Wanted to charge me over $1000 for a starter and brake fluid change. OMG they tried to rob me blind. Go anywhere else.

Had problems starting our CRV. I changed the battery but the problems continued. Kendall Honda accepted the car the day before my appointment. They could not duplicate the problem I was having and thoroughly tested the electrical system. They also checked my SRS light and determined, through more testing, that it was likely related to my replacing the battery. After all of that amazingly they charged me nothing. Since getting the car back it has had no problems with starting and I feel safer driving now that I know the SRS system has been checked out. Additionally I received shuttle service to and from my house and a free car wash, all courtesy. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
