We were on a family vacation when the alternator on our Odyssey went out. Although it was a Saturday afternoon and they were busy, the service team made it work out so our van could be fixed and our vacation wouldn't be delayed, and they were kind and understanding as well. We live in the Seattle area but choose to have service done on our Honda when we visit Eugene because we are so pleased with the service we receive.
