I recently had our Honda serviced at Kendall Honda as I have for several years, A small problem occurred when it was on the rack, ,but with no understanding of what exactly happened to damage my car, Mindy took charged and saw to it that the problem was solved to my SATISFACTION! I will continue using Kendall service, as Mindy has help boost my confidence in Kendall Honda even more. Thanks again Mindy! Larry
