Very friendly staff and excellent service and quality of work. My only complaint is that I dropped off my car at 10:45am and work didn't start on it intil 3pm. Not sure why it took that long, but it sure would be nice to have had my car for a couple extra hours in the morning. I'd like to experience better efficiency of customer time on my next trip in. I will be back.
Kendall Honda seemed like a nice place to buy a car. My experience has been anything but that..
I bought a used crosstour that "passed inspection" and seemed like a great car. The next day I had a check engine light come on.
I returned promptly and they fixed it and sent me away assuring me that the problem was fixed.. it has been less than a year since and now because the problem was not correctly fixed I am dealing with a major engine malfunction. My service has been horrible this time around. I have only received one phone call in 6 days from my service rep Amanda Potter's about the status of my car and warranty. It takes me leaving multiple voicemails and or messages to get the answers I need. I will not be buying another car from Kendall Honda, period. I would not recommend buying a certified pre-owned car from their lot. Don't put yourself in a bad situation like mine. Take care everyone who reads this and be cautious!!

Car was leaking water. We were able to make an appointment the same day we called, which was great. When we dropped the car off, the intake person at the service counter was rude and condescending. At one point she said, "Well the best we can do is look at it!" Wow, what did she think we wanted; after disrupting our day and driving across town (twice)? They did look at the car and determined nothing was wrong. This morning (the day after the appointment) I looked under the car to see if there was still a water leak (there wasn't) and saw they had used a wire tie to secure a plastic shield in place. Not the professional repair you'd expect from a dealer's shop. This was not our first less than satisfactory visit to Kendall Honda's service shop.
I got a raw deal. Tried to talk to the manager & got the runaround. Left messages but he never called back.

I took my car in for a oil change and rotate of tires. They "found" a screw in my tire. They asked me if I wanted to buy a new tire for over $200. I declined because I was sure I could find someone to repair it since it was in outer tread.. stopped by the local Les Schwab. The guy got down on ground and found it right away and pulled it out and hadn't even punctured the tire. I wish there was another Honda dealership around here.
It is 12/26/19 even though kendall said someone would contact me they have yet to contact me.
When I brought my Pilot in with a recurring problem that another shop had been unable to resolve, Kendall went out of their way to ensure it got fixed correctly. When they found the issue was related to an old warranty that we were 17 days outside of, they went to bat for us and got the work done under the warranty anyway, saving us THOUSANDS! They always do great work, and I will continue to take my cars there whenever I am able.

Kendall Honda provided us with shuttle service and with a new Honda Civic to drive while our car was being repaired. We were promptly notified when the car was ready and are happy to report the problem no longer exists!
My wife and I are loyal Honda customers. My oil change was a little expensive, but I understand about price increases. Car maintenance costs are going up. There isn't much they can happen to shake the confidence I have in the quality of Honda cars.
I discovered a nail in my tire at 3:00 pm on Friday before Labor Day. I drove right to Kendall and the tire was patched and I was on my way by 4:15! Good job and I was so appreciative of their quick emergency, unscheduled service.
Unlike other auto dealerships, Kevin at Kendall Honda listened to me and showed cars which would interest me. Kevin made sure that the car I selected was what I wanted, not what he thought I wanted. If I'm ever in the marked for another car I'll go back to Kendall.
Good experience when scheduling appointment for new Key Fob replacement and Oil change for my Honda CR-V. Isaiah was the service consultant for this appointment and he was professional, efficient, and had excellent customer service skills. He explained everything thoroughly and confirmed all services that were to be done before I filled out all paperwork. Thanks, Isaiah and Honda Service team. I didn't know about the free shuttle available to customers during their service appointments, but will be use to utilize it during my next appt with Kendall Honda.
We could not have been more pleased. A last-minute flat threatened a planned trip to Portland, but they fitted us in and acted quickly to repair the tire. I regard Kendall Honda Service as a really well run business -- efficient, fair priced, well organized, and excellent work every time. Needless to say, we will surely continue to be pleased customers.
My salesman Daniel Cagle, was great at helping me get a car I wanted. Not pressuring me to buy something that I did not want.
He is not one of those cheesy salesman.
The finance manager was fast and efficient.

I went in with a name from an email i sent. I requested Justin Long, not knowing he was in internet sales, but he worked with me to get me financed. I bought my first used Honda, but not my last. I love this car.
Justin went over and above his duties to help me.

Worst experience working with Kendall. Service has definitely gone way downhill. Purchased a car from Kendall Toyota who lied to me about financing to persuade me to finance through them. (I do have to say that the salesman I worked with was outstanding).
Window tint was included in the deal and I was told that I could come on a Saturday to have it done. They called to set up the appointment to find out it could only happen Mon - Fri. This irritated me because I had to take a day off to drive down to Eugene from Portland to get my windows tinted. They took the car and had it almost all day which I do not understand because it should only take a few hours to tint a car. Besides the point, when I received my vehicle back, it looks like a child did the work. There are rips in the tent where it looks like somebody got lazy. They did not clean the windows before they applied tthe tint so there is visible dirt all over the place, and there are still lots of large bubbles. And, when I opened my trunk, there was water all over the place. I literally had to pour the water out of my work boots. To me, this is very unprofessional.

So, my battery died, had truck towed to Kendall Toyota where Chase took great care of me and my truck. Left the lot, made it to Kendall Honda and my tire picked up a bolt which perforated the tire. Stopped at Kendall Honda, they fixed it on the spot. So cool and appreciated. Thanks Craig.

Very friendly staff. Quality of work not so good. Subsequent to replacing water pump and belts for our Ridgeline we noticed a burned smell in the cabin. Took it back. We're told the pulley on steering pump is going out but it is ok to drive it. So we did but when my husband looked at the belt it was almost completely eaten up to the theads. So it was not safe to drive it!!!

I had an early morning appointment, arrived 30 mins early. I requested seat recall work, and evaluation of a few questionable items (A/C doesn't seem cold enough, clunking noise when shifting at times, permanent rainbow on front screen, check vacuum). They were very friendly and professional, and gave me an estimate of 1pm, which was 5 hours.
At 12:40pm I checked in and was told I would get an update at 1pm. At around 1:30pm the counter person called with an update and said they finished the seats and are looking into the other matters. At 2:30pm I checked in because I had to leave to pick up my children from school. They said they were finishing up the notes. I finally left at 2:45pm, 7 hours after I arrived.
I knew it would be a while and brought my work, but there was no where to stand and work, so I was sitting and working the entire time.
Friendly, professional, and WAY TOO LONG.
I drive thirty miles out of my way to get my car serviced here. Their excellent work is always done quickly, the staff is kind, and my (small well behaved) dog is welcome.
My experience at Kendall Honda of Eugene was very nice. They provided great customer service and did not try to sell me services or product that I did not need.
I had a minor problem with my Honda Fit and they not only were able to see me on the day I notified them of the issue, they fixed it at no charge. Who could ask for anything more?
I came in for an oil change, and the help I got from Norma was exceptional. She explained everything completely and made sure I was comfortable with what they did, before I left. Never thought I would like going to a dealership for an oil change, but I was very happy with the service and will be back.
We had a great experience here with Court Broughton as our skilled sales person. My wife and I had recently finished a chapter 11 bankruptcy and decided to see what they could do for a new car. We are so happy with our brand new Civic. They got the interest rates down and all the extras we could ask for.
They ran our credit first and appraised our trade in so that we only looked at the cars that fit our budget and needs rather than wasting our time. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new or used car and I will especially recommend Court as he was first rate, knowledgeable and helpful.
When you go to Kendall Honda in Eugene ask for Dorman. He listens to what you need and want. He does not push you into something you don't want. He is there for you.
This last service was the 3rd time I tried to get Kendall to do something for my "Auto lock" system that tries to NOT lock the car when I leave thinking that I left the key in it and also the alert when backing up does not tell me if something is coming up behind me. This is a 2017 Honda CRV. I think all that is being done is hooking up their reader to the car and if there is not a problem at that moment it says all is OK, instead of trying to recreate the problem. Won't be buying another car from them and probably not another Honda. My previous Chevrolet Equinox was a much better car.However, the service writer was very nice and cordial.
They were very thorough. I've owned my CRV for 7 yrs. and was not the first owner. They took care of the airbag recall, not once but twice. Without charging me $1.
My Dad and Mom bought several vehicles from Kendall Ford. Back in the 60'. I would do the same.

I just got new air bags installed due to the airbag recall in 2015. While it took a year to get this done due to the huge number of recalls involved, Kendall Honda was prompt, friendly and provided great service. They even fixed a small transmission fluid leak that I didn't know about. Thank you for making my car safe again!

Excellent service on m Honda Element. I went in on a Friday at 4:30 with a window that wouldn't go up and it was cold. They gave me a nice loaner can and had a quote e-mailed to me the next day to fix it! I really like there online quote and service reviews you can do to select the services you want performed.

I used to love my 2013 Honda accord EXL until we started having starting issues. My car only has 21,800 miles on it. I have had to have my friends come to my rescue and jump start my car just to get home on numerous occasions because my car wont start. One time we finally had to have it towed to Kendall Honda. They tell us they have duplicated the starting issues and then tell us a few days later there mechanic didnt push the button long enough. find a draw on our battery which we thought was good news because now are car might be fixed then a couple days later they tell us they had used a faulty meter that they used to test our battery with. They proceeded to tell us it could be our wifi, internet, smart TV and garage door opener could be waking up our computer and draining the battery and they asked us to park it elsewhere which we did and still had the same problem. My car has left me stranded at work, gas station, grocery store, friends house and my husband place of work so it cant be our house. I am so frustrated with Kendall Honda and all there excuses. We have been through four batteries and a starter within a two year period and Kendall Honda has had my car since July 15th and they cant seem to find a problem which I think is a bunch of bull. they did give me a loaner car for three weeks of that and appreciated it very much. but otherwise I have to depend on friends and family to get me back and forth to where I need to go. If this problem is not fixed or if we cant come to some sort of compromise. I will never own another Honda again. We have had three other accords with over 150,000 miles on them and not one problem until this one. By the way why would we want to call Dan and talk to him again we already tried that as well and he did absolutely nothing to help us resolve our problem. If all of the mechanics and personnel that know what's going on think our car is dependable and wont leave there family stranded buy back the car from us and let your family drive this hunk of junk and see if it leaves them stranded
The last 20 years I have bought 3 new cars and a used pick-up from Kendall. I keep coming back for vehicles and the servicing of same because they are good, consistent and actually seem to want to guide you in meeting your needs rather than high pressuring you into buying something more expensive, or adding on extra gear. Really laid back sale people, but knowledgeable. In servicing my cars they have even thrown in items for free even though that part's replacement insurance coverage had expired, because my car had low mileage. Would I buy again? In a heart-beat. And I always have my cars serviced with Kendall.

Never again will I do business with Kendall Honda. We bough a 2013 Honda accord that had a lot of mechanical problems. They kept telling us they found the problem and then gave us several excuses that it was either a faulty meter they used or the mechanics didn't hold the button in long enough just one excuse after another Got tired of dealing with them after they had our car for three months and didn't fix the issues we finally traded it in for a Toyota and have not had any issues with it.

Service on my 07 Odessey was completed in the time estimated and the cost came in significantly less than the estimate. I also noted the follow-up test on the battery. It had tested poor at the last servicing and replacement was recommended. It was a Costco battery so I returned it for a replacement. This time Honda'test showed excellent condition. Honda service was surprised at the new test reading until I explained what happened. This incident renewed my trust in Kendall Honda to accurately report problems and follow up on them.

This is the second time I have had my car serviced with Kendall Honda and I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service from start to finish.
Craig, the service write up person was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. I did not wait at the dealership per usual and Craig was on the spot informing me of the progress and the need for about an extra hour needed for two additional tests. They completed the repairs and safety check on time and the car was ready to go when I arrived. Kendall Honda service & sales are great.

Car service was excellent with one minor exception. Mechanics were under the hood with their electronic devices before I was in the building after parking.
Minor exception was that the glove compartment was open when I went out to my car after it was serviced. It would not stay shut. Went back inside and a mechanic was put on it immediately. Fixed in matter of minutes. He apologized and explained why.
Everyone at Kendall Honda was prompt, helpful and friendly. The service was done quickly and the shuttle driver really knows his way around town. You will be treated with the utmost respect if you take your car to them for service.

My wife experienced excessive "revving" while driving my Honda Fit (2010); I brought the car in; my car was examined and road-tested,
but no adjustment was needed. My wife's possible operator errors,
as explained to me, confirmed my initial premise. I appreciated the
check-up and was told that, as no work was required on the vehicle, I
would not be charged at all -- and I received a free car wash besides!

Purchasing a car can often be a big hassle people dread dealing with. However, we had wonderful experience purchasing our new car at Kendall, thanks soley to our salesman, John Dalton. We were indecisive about which car to choose between a Toyota or a Subaru and decided we liked the Subaru better. Then, we were confused as to which Subaru we wanted. We finally decided on the Subaru Forrester. Through all of our indecisiveness and questioning John was very patient, professional and very informative. If he didnt know the answer to some of our tough questions, he was certainly determined to find the answer straight away. The entire process was smooth; actually enjoyable as John was knowledgable, accommodating and very congenial the entire time. It was a true pleasure working with John and we'll most certainly be back and specifically ask for him when my husband decides to purchase his new car. Top notch quality service! Thank you John! Transmission fluid change went fairly quickly. Quoted 30 min. Waited an hour. Otherwise, no problems.
