Very unhappy with customer service. I left my computer 3 weeks ago and I had to find out on the web that the store had been closed for renovations (they didn't send me news), I sent emails and called by phone and I had no explanation or answer. I had to talk to them by whatsapp and that's when quite a few edges told me that they would call me, the next day they called me and told me that the computer would be ready on Monday, we are on Tuesday and I still do not have any kind of news, despite the fact that I said I needed the computer. Of course, it is a disappointing service and not at all on the level of apple services.
