I deal quickly and very effectively. I have gone because of a problem I had with the iPhone and they solved it for me on the go and I also bought a MacBook Pro (invisible! I did not go with that idea).
Excellent business support and I have installed the office on the computer before I left.
The technicians are very "commercial", as much as the salesmen (it is not the normal thing and it is very appreciated).
