Unfortunately I expected from this establishment another attitude especially as an apple dealer.
The fact is that less than 2 years ago I bought a MacBook and while it was still under warranty, it stopped working and on the screen appeared a few strange stripes.
I left it to repair and they gave me a budget of 470 euros for a screen break.
The truth is that there was no sign of impact. But they argued that sometimes it happened when closing the laptop was some object that when pressed against the screen broke is internally.
Finally as it is a work tool, I swallowed my pride and went to pick up the equipment and to pay the screen at the price of 42 inches TV.
Unfortunately I found that I had also replaced the hard drive to be broken.
I wonder. Because the hard drive and not the screen ?. Would not it have been more elegant than a premium product in an establishment whose attention at the time of selling is exquisite would have covered this incidence with the guarantee?
In short, a shame.
