Impeccable. Service is top notch, and all of the amenities are first class.

First off this place is huge and gorgeous. We came to dinner at 18 Oaks. The ONE thing that stood out to me and my wife was the valet service, and a specific valet to mention was Dylan H. This young gentlemen made me and my wife feel special, he took us to 18 Oaks on a shuttle which was very fun and just had great on going conversation. He was very polite and knew GREAT customer service. Not only did he make us feel special but he really made our night. We will be coming back.

Sorry for the delay, but I want to add comments to our stay over the Mother's Day weekend. Absolutely loved the hotel and pool area. Particularly helpful were concierge Donna M and front desk Brian K. Regretfully, our Mother's Day meal was a huge disappointment because of the manager Chris. We were the first guest on the wait list, and when we arrived for our brunch there were 10 to 15 open tables inside the restaurant. The hostess summoned Chris who asked "What do you want?" , quite rudely, as if we had no business being there. I said we want a table and he directed the hostess to seat us at a table outside in the hot, direct sun. The food was good except for dealing with the constant flies buzzing around our meal. When we left brunch, all sweaty from the sun, the same 10 -15 tables inside the cool air conditioning were still open.
To be blunt, the manager Chris was a jerk who treated us poorly and nearly ruined Mother's Day. There is no way he should be in the hospitality business.

Although this hotel is the most gorgeous that I have been to and the majority of their staff are the nicest, including their valet, front desk, and cleaning service staff, their manager and security are honestly extremely rude, disrespectful, and creepy. I was asked to leave the premises after getting two connected master suites of 1k a night because I was genuinely concerned for the health of two of my friends because, according to them, I was harassing other guests. In reality, I was asking the friendly guests if they had seen my friends so I could know they were safe. At around 2am after I found out that my friends were safe, the security guard followed me in his car and demanded he escort me to my room I was already going to. He not only got way too close for comfort when confronting me but also made me feel quite uncomfortable in the elevator ride up. After going to my room, I became parched and had gone down to request water where I was confronted by the security guard and manager of the hotel. They both asked me to leave because I left my room to get my first glass of water in 12 hours after running around for my friends. I will, however, give props to the manager who only asked me to leave the premises and remained quiet after. The guard, however, continued to speak, harass, verbally abuse me, and move his arms around in anger hoping to antagonize me. For future guests, do not talk to the manager or security if you want a good time. Oh, also, this same security guard refused to help me find my dangerous and intoxicated friend previously, saying I had too litter information for him. This was after I gave him a physical description and name of my friend which was still "too little" for him to go off of. Besides that, the hotel is lovely but I will never recommend it to any of my friends for the foreseeable future unless these two staff members receive punishment or are fired as a sort of punishment.

This is a great place to attend any event, people are so professional.

Though I should deduct more stars due to them not honoring a simple request during the booking but the view and scenery compensates everything. Loved the resort, the water activities, dining options they have, everything was great definitely an escape spot for me from Houston

If you have a desire to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this place is for you. We had a relaxing three days at the hotel. The kids loved the water park. The only gripe we had was the prices of the drinks and food. Other than that, the place was well kept and clean. They even had s mores at night.

I can't say enough good things about this place. As a family we've been several times and my 5 kids love the pools slides and lazy river. On site restaurants and buffets are great too!
Recently my wife and I went to celebrate our anniversary and we had a wonderful time walking the grounds and sitting by the large fireplaces.
I forgot my shoes in my room and the Loss Prevention team was extremely helpful in getting them back to me.
We will definitely be back soon!

The second hotel that wants to charge my DJ an additional amount so that he can have the proper energy to run his equipment! This really needs to be in the fine print! This is really upsetting because this ballroom was one of my top choices, yet, there's a surprise! I think this extra charge should be told to the guest before they book!

Went to a conference there. The staff was exceptional and the experience was awesome. Absolutely recommend this as a destination hotel.

Started off great. Staff was incredible but then went down hill. Our room was dirty, hairs in shower, room wasnt clean. Then tried to make reservations for steak house, was told walk in only. Then at the steakhouse we were turned away because reservation only. My wife just had a baby 6 weeks ago and this was our first date night. Then we are charged $1700 for two nights and meals. Then now i get another $400 plus in charges that we never made. How did my bill get closed out and now more charges. We only are 4x the entire time and one room service. So i guess that was another $1000. We wanted our anniversary there next month because of how nice hotel was and friendly the staff. But now we cant

The location is amazing!!! Great views from our room. The customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced. Extremely friendly. They make me feel like I'm coming to my summer home. My room was extremely clean and extremely comfortable. I intend to come back soon.

As a venue for a Christmas celebration, it was beautiful.

Gorgeous hotel. Went for a conference. The food was wonderful for the event and the facilities are beautiful. Parking is pretty bad. Since there are so many rooms and conferences happening simultaneously, the parking lot is always very full up a very steep hill. The rooms themselves were well kept, new, and beautiful. No complaints!

Awesome place. Great hospitality. Many things to do.

So far off to a bad start. Check in time is at 4:00. We showed up early knowing we would have to wait for a room which was fine. 4:30 now and no room still. No offer of getting bags to room and allowing us to explore the resort. All we get so far is a sorry we don t know why but they have been cleaning the room for an hour. Hopefully I can say more positive things after the stay. Usually resorts try to make things right by offering a drink or something to do while you wait. Not yet.

David King, bellman at this resort is amazing. He was so accommodating and helped me with a late check out and additional accommodations. Just wanted to give a shout out for David. Plus the hotel is lovely - especially that lazy river!

Location was off some really bad roads. Staff was very hard to find and areas were not marked very well

This is a wonderful property with staff that is, on the whole, excellent. DJ (outside supervisor) and Eric (the lifeguard) even helped find my sunglasses I (foolishly) lost on one of the waterslides. Kandice was an excellent server at High Velocity-a true service expert. Only downside was having to ask three times before we finally got the rollaway bed we asked for at check-in. Otherwise, would totally recommend.

This is a first-class resort! Beautiful on so many levels--the architecture, ambiance, decor, welcoming staff, valet, dining, shopping!

This place is immaculate!!! The ultimate family vacation spot !! The entire grounds are extremely clean, well kept and the water park must be experienced to really understand just how awesome this place is. Our family had a blast here, this place is gorgeous and we will be back many more times !

It's a beautiful resort and I loved the TPC San Antonio Oaks golf course. Service and food all around were excellent. Activities were fun.

However, the main complaint was that it was incredibly overcrowded and check-in was a nightmare. Luckily, we had an elite Marriott membership to help skip the line, but the line of cars to get to the front lobby was backed up about 1/4 of a mile. I dropped off my family at the lobby while I found a parking space 1/4 of a mile away. The pools were overcrowded and it at times, it was more stressful than relaxing. If it wasn't for these factors, this resort would have easily been 5/5 stars.

The hotel complex is larger than the airport. Staff very good.

Very nice hotel with large and spacious rooms. Lots of (expensive) restaurants and bars onsite, which is great because it is in the middle of nowhere. You cannot walk to anything. Service is fantastic though, every single employee was incredibly nice and helpful.

This Marriott has it all! The golf course, the restaurants, the pools (4 of them) the lazy river, the 2 inner-tube waterpark slides, the 2 body waterpark slides, and the conference center are all top notch! The wait staff is great, the bars are great, the views from the rooms are phenomenal, and the food is available everywhere. We had a Cabana for the day and had several people getting us anything we wanted right in front of a wonderful pool. The ONLY negative about this place is the parking. Underground is for Valet only, so your car has to be parked on one of multiple outside lots, and some of those are far and in the sun all day.

Loved the hotel and all the amenities. Kid friendly. Housekeeping could be better, had to call for items not replenished almost daily.

Inexpensive for kids but adults pay. Food is good and well worth the experience. Relaxing atmosphere. Appetizers are meals, salads are fresh and well worth the price.

Beautiful place, friendly staff. They lost my luggage but did find it after 2 hrs...it had been delivered to wrong room. Room service trays stayed in hallway 24 hrs. We called front desk to inquire about robes our information said would be there and were told by a very nice young lady they would be sent right up...never saw them. Food was most excellent and as I said, staff is friendly and helpful.

Incompetent staff. I went there to celebrate my daughter's 7th birthday. I took her there as a surprise; she had no idea they have a waterpark. I invite her best friend and her best friend's mom to come and play with us for a couple of hours. I ask the front desk what time the waterpark closes, they say 8pm. Well, I left my phone in the car that I valeted. I asked them to bring my car back so I can call and tell our friends where to meet us. 30 minutes later I am driving around with the valet people in a golf cart looking for my car they obviously misplaced. After we finally locate my car, I find my phone on the drivers seat of my car. I decided not pay vallet $40, and move my car to self parking. An hour later we are at the pool. We get there a little before 6pm, mind you I started my check in at 4:30p. I went to get towels and a beer, and at 6pm when I am getting ready to go down the slide with my daughter , they close the slide; 2 hours before they said they would! Surprise!! There is no water park. Awesome! When I went to check out, that same day because it was nearly $500 a night, and at this point I am feeling slighty overcharged. They said they would comp the room except for $150 food bill I did not order. The irony is that when I asked for a receipt when I cancelled valet with them , they were condesending.
They tried to refuse. They said "take my word for it. I personally promise you will not be charged " ect. Then they billed me for services/products I did not request/order. That took another 15 minutes of my life to straighten out. I had to drive 40 minutes across town to the Hyatt water park hotel. I got checked in here sometime before 10pm. Needless to say I will never stay there again. They completely ruined my daughter's birthday.
