I had to pull over my car on their property and the bus driver (Khalid) and security (Sam) were kind enough to check up on me once in a while to see if I m okay and gave me water. I know if I were to stay here the service would be great. Thanks Khalid and Sam for being so kind. JW seniors please give them a raise!

Rooms were great, clean and spacious. Nice big new TVs. Pool view was awesome. Lots of places to eat and drink on property. Parking on property is costly, but you can avoid this with a cheap Uber rides to and from the airport. Nice to be away from the Theme Parks, but they are a short distance away if desired.

I found the hotel to be very nice but was quite crowded. They have a ropes course but charge extra to use it. I felt like there was a free to do everything and have been to nicer resorts in Orlando. Therefore only 4 stars for me.

$32.00 to valet. I had to leave mid day to run an errand and was told that I'd have to pay another $32.00 when I return. But that I could self park and save money. So I did, and when I left 2 hours later the charge was $26.00

Supposedly served a meet and greet dinner for the conference I was at the most boring menu ever pulled pork or pulled chicken Wound up with a stomach problem for 2 days It would have been nice if the desk told us that we could have ordered from any of the restaurants while sitting at the bar having any of the menu would have loved to have Had a plain hamburger As opposed to the evil chicken wings the 2nd night the bar personnel are great very lively they run a good show Room was adequate

Great, clean, fantastic place for business and/or pleasure. Lazy river, fish pond and other amenities are awesome. We bought rods and reels close by and had a blast.

Took 3 boys for the weekend and booked 2 rooms. Emailed ahead to GM requesting upgrade/larger room for Titanium Elite member. Rooms faced the pool, that was the "upgrade".

Out of about 10 stays, only 1 suite upgrade. The stay before this one was told "there are hundreds of elites here" and that makes sense. Lot's of "elite" fish in that pond. More times than not, when in Orlando, I will choose to stay where not so many elites are and be better accommodated.

The resort and grounds are beautiful. All of the employees that I encountered were polite. However parking was terrible. We were there for an event and was advised we had to park 3 miles away and take the shuttle back to the resort. There was no prior knowledge of this. We arrived at 915 am for a 945 speaking engagement. Not enough time to wait for the next shuttle. The grounds are spacious and beautiful. The is more than enough space to build a parking garage or a under ground garage.

This is the 1st time I have visited this resort. It is an absolutely beautiful resort with excellent customer service and everything you need. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is they seem to nickel and dime you on everything that they offer. For instance you might get a Room for a $150 then when you show up you find out that the resort fee is about 40 bucks and self parking is about 30 bucks. The restaurants on site are great a little pricey but that might just be my blue collar self speaking. I am not saying it is not worth it at all!!! I think it would be more honest of them just to list the rooms at 200 plus instead of the resort and parking fees being so high. The pool and lazy river is absolutely Phenomenal!!! We plan on coming back in the future to enjoy this resort.. Just to give you an example of restaurant prices Burger and fries by the pool for 3 is $65. And if you're thirsty it could be over a $100. If you have the cash that is awesome and I am glad you or doing great. If you don't have the cash there are several options nearby to fill the restaurant need.

Clean, comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Only 2 complains I had was the sink was clogged and never got fixed and the shower first day was cold. So next day I ran the shower for 10 minutes assuming that they might have fixed the shower. 10 minutes later it's still cold. Being a hotel owner myself I tried it on cold side and the water was nice and hot. Somebody might have put the eschectun plate backwards. Room number was 6043. Other than that everything was great.

Terrible service, disgusting food and stay away from server Bobby!!! We had the worst experience staying at the hotel as well as the next day. Thier attitudes are as gross as the bottom of the pool

This place had a stunningly beautiful lobby and looked great and large from the road. Service was surprisingly friendly and fast. The bathrooms were a little smaller than expected after staying at Portifino Bay's suites with ultra-large bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable although my sheets had a very small tear in them. There were complimentary bottles of water. The TV was gigantic, around 65 inches and could stream Netflix from your own account. They also had an HDMI input do you can bring your own devices. WiFi was not free however, for that reason, I didn't connect to it. The carpet seemed kind of dated compared to the rest of the room as well as the paint on the walls.

The JW Marriott is a lovely resort that my husband and I stay at every spring. The pool, restaurants, fitness facilities, and spa never disappoint. Moreover, the decor is beautiful and service is top-notch.

Fabulous three nights at an outstanding property. We ate in three restaurants, enjoyed the lobby bar, and swam in the pool area and lazy river. Room spotless and very comfortable. Great conference areas. Really surprised by the elevators. They were never congested, despite over 3,000 attendees, seemed like there was always one waiting. Amazing. Loved every detail of our visit. And, oh, how about a 65" tv in the room? Now I have to buy one.

Just visited the hotel to pick up a rental car from Hertz (by the way don't use this Hertz, it's horrible) the staff was very friendly in helping me locate the office and when I dropped off my car.

My husband comes here annually for a work conference and I tag along. There s enough to do here that we rarely leave the hotel. There are several restaurant options; The Kitchen is definitely our favorite. There s a bar, a Starbucks, a sandwich shop, and a gift shop that sells anything you might have forgotten. My favorite area is the pool and lazy river. There s a bar/restaurant that serves the best nachos I ve ever had. This is a wonderful spot to vacation.

Shares property with the Ritz Carlton and amenities accommodates both as well. Beautifully landscaped with views of Orlando theme parks and International Drive from most floors. You can even watch the evening's fireworks show from your room!

The hotel is very nice with good size rooms. The pool and lazy river is the high light and great for families. The gym is ok (but I am a gym rat and expect a lot more from a gym) and no sauna/hot tub included in normal rooms. We have been there a few times and like coming back, but it is a drive to Universal and Disney.

The hotel looks amazing. Amenities were comfortable. The resort is a one stop shop! Golf, swimming, shopping, and socializing. There is also a lazy river. Everything is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful!

I was temporarily disabled due to back surgery. I asked for a handicapped room... they put me in a hearing impaired room. Really? When I asked if I might borrow a wheelchair to get to my keynote speech, I was told it would cost me $25 pet day. What? No other hotel in the country has charged me for that. I filled out the survey they sent stating all this and heard nothing back. #Theydonotcare I won't be back.

Stayed here for a quick Disney trip, so we did not use many amenities but the hotel is beautiful. Great room, comfortable bed and the lake view is a great view. However, 2 of the 3 front desk associates seemed annoyed to assist me with simply reactivating my key or checking out; a completely different experience from the very nice bell hops and front desk associate who checked me in.

This is my family's favorite resort. The pool is wonderful, and service is consistently very good. They know how to help guests relax and enjoy their downtime. Rooms are clean and we'll appointed. Several for options, from fairly formal to poolside casual. A few shops provide the basics and gifts, as well as a little bling if you want it.

Amazing property. Two hotels connected. Gigantic place, pools and outside are beautiful and very well maintained. Great restaurants and bars. Can make a vacation out of this hotel but obviously Disney is nearby.
