Had Thanksgiving dinner at this location and it was excellent! Superb service, especially to my brother who has food allergies. Food was bountiful and delicious, atmosphere was similarly great.

This place has everything you are looking for. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because my sheets were not cleaned and they had to come change out my bed. I did receive a large points bonus for the troubles. I appreciate them taking care of the issues promptly.

One of the finest Marriott hotels I have experienced. With its nearly 1000 rooms, the house manages to have consistently competent staff in the house.

The facilities for tourists are also very pleasant. Days in the pool area can be very quiet despite the many guests.

The lazy River pool is awesome, crowded but really fun for all ages. Everything is so clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet is very pricey, get it with a package deal if possible, because it is very good.

When walking in I was in love with the grand-ness of this hotel. You really do get what you paid for. Be careful going to the pool because it is so large, well laid out, and enjoyable you find you'll cancel all other plans just so you can lounge around in its luxury.

This was an amazing hotel. Great rooms, pool, lobby!!
I would have rated it 5 star except that the day we arrived, we were out at the pool and construction was being done on the building. One of the construction guys was very loud and obnoxious. He was singing loudly and shouting fowl language. This took place on and off every 15 min or so for the two hours we were outside. I think we would have stayed our longer had he not been doing that. The construction noise was bad but really not concerning, it was the construction worker that made it miserable.
We mentioned it to a hotel worker but it continued to go on.

Wow! We are going definitely back. That's the best place for family vac or couples or professional conferences. I was there on family trip. Outstanding service and people. Amazing food and restaurant options! Lazy river and pools awesome! Activities included in resort fee are great. Best JW ever.

Allison at the front desk was lovely upon greeting us and Sergio was the most friendly bellman! Love most of the staff except the incredibly rude and dangerous hostess at Whisper Creek farm restaurant who was letting people in without masks and not enforcing it. All staff was pretty good about masks though I was impressed. Guests were more lax so you need to be careful and keep your distance. Food was great by the pool and service was decent too. You have privileges to the Ritz pool which had much more comfortable lounge chairs and had barely any kids. It was so much quieter and nicer but smaller which we were fine with. Food and drinks also more expensive at the Ritz.

Con: Not being able to spend longer at the hotel

We arrived as the valet greeted us in the valet area. As usual the normal conversation occurs and staff inquires as to what we will be doing there. After some dialogue we are shown to the front desk where we were greeted, talked to, and told all about the property.

We got to our room and we noticed it was very clean. The room faced the pool area so it allowed us to see what was going on in that area. The bed was nice and as usual for a higher end Marriott.

I would absolutely stay here again and look forward to when I can.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Judith is a friendly apprentice who works at the reception. She is very helpful and an asset. From her many hoteliers could cut themselves a slice. The Hotel is really clean.

Solid hotel. Service was outstanding.Food options were varied and quality. Bar selection was good. Huge spaces available for events of all sizes. They scaled for a group of 1,400 easily. $11 water seemed excessive in the Florida heat, but it's expected.

Both the bartenders and front desk staff were courteous and helpful. I had an issue with the room bill and it was dealt with quickly and professionally. The rooms looked new and were very comfortable. The only issue was that there was a huge palmetto bug in the shower, but it is Florida so I disposed of it immediately. I highly recommend this property.

It's a beautiful property, golf course, and huge pool facility. I was here for a company conference. The service is excellent and rooms are very nice. The main areas have been renovated but some of the rooms are ever so slightly starting to show a bit of age.

We stayed at this hotel for spring vacation, from 3/31 for 6 nights in Executive Suite room. The hotel is great and in good location. The staff at front desk was great.
I give 3 stars because of houskiping service. They needs to be better trained or supervised. They don t vacuum or sweep dust in the acupate room. Dust was on night stands for all the time we been in the room. I have a photo and will try to upload. The bathroom floor was not toched for all the time we stayed in the room.
We left tips for a housekeeper everyday and result was the same. So I guess it s up to the management to work with the staff and trained them to do better job.
I m not a spoiled person and used to be a housekeeper in Marriot hotel.

Great hotel although the rooms are beginning to feel a little dated (despite increasing the size of the TVs in the rooms - they are huge). The pool area and lazy river is one of the best I have been to. The service around the pool is also excellent. The gym is well equipped with all the latest kit.

Posh five star hotel with an amazing pool which also has a long lazy river . Top quality breakfast included for my Marriott status where I encountered FROG jam. (Fig raspberry orange gooseberry). Very nice. Hotel expensive but highly recommended.

Gorgeous resort hotel beautifully decorated for the holidays! Service is prompt and courteous, whether at check-in/check-out, or in response to phone requests for additional toiletries. I deducted one star because during a large event I attended, there was only one restaurant open available for takeout and the lines were very slow, making it rather hard if someone who just wanted a quick grab-and-go meal. The bar did not serve any bar food and the lobby shop only had snack foods such as chips and nuts. Very poor planning on the hotel's part!

it was another successful and wonderful event at a location that caters to your needs when you're having an event at their hotel! While this is a wonderful place for tourists to enjoy it is also a hidden secret for locals to enjoy just as much!

This is a beautiful resort that has great restaurants and an awesome pool and hot tub. We loved our meals at The Ritz Carlton and the poolside bar at the Marriott. They had delicious gluten free options. We had a wonderful stay.
