I really enjoyed the hotel, especially for the excellent spa!!!! The size of the room is ok, but the bathroom is very large. They have really great service, lounge, and food!!! I ate too much every day. I highly recommend this hotel for tourists and business people.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. Many rooms can be rented for weddings, etc. There is also a Salaindra restaurant that provides many buffet menu choices.
Lack of information for places of worship, especially for those who are Muslim who visit the restaurant in this hotel, please appreciate those who have the obligation to perform prayer services by informing them that there is a mosque on the 3rd floor, thank you
I stayed in this hotel for 11 nights in early April 2019 for business trip. The hotel is old and tired but room is spacious and club lounge service is good. However, their dry cleaning service was unprofessional and appalling. The duty manager was only trying to defend the failure. They sent back my dress without doing any cleaning at all, just put it on a hanger with a plastic cover and a price tag, the cosmetic stains were still there. They also discoloured my two wool jackets after dry cleaning. When the jackets were sent back to me the first time, the clothes have different smell in different areas, one area was clean and fresh, another area was smelly. They were not properly cleaned, hence, I asked for re-cleaning. However, both jackets were discoloured after the 2nd cleaning and became fluffy. But the duty manager refused to admit that they failed in their dry cleaning operations, just kept repeating that they have done their best to clean my clothes. In the end they only waived my dry cleaning bill without any compensation. Those two wool jackets were made in Italy that costed me total US$1200. I have to throw them out in the end. I have stayed in many five star hotels in Asia, Europe and US, but I have never experienced this previously. I will never stay in this hotel again as the experience was too traumatic!!

He said staying at a hotel in covid-19 conditions was very risky, but JW Marriot showed otherwise. Very safe and comfortable because the protocol is very solid. So I worry about the spread of Covid-19. Stay safe, always have a mask.

the hotel itself is slightly outdate yet the quality of the service, central location and amenities made up for the stars. The experience of staying at a hotel is, after all, made based on memories. We had a happy memory staying there. Room size is bigger than the newer hotel. Security is tight like an airport
Eating malem at Sailendra is beautiful, saucy .. try the soup soup, which sticks out the gelato
The room is nice and well-maintained, the twin room has a queen size bed (can be for 4 people)

JW Marriott Jakarta is surely one of the best hotels in Jakarta. They provide good ambience to make sure that you have comfortable stay in the hotel. The staff was very helpful and they would always greet you. During this pandemic, they also provide some alcohol rub and other stuff for you to clean your hands. The room is clean and very comfortable but it's definitely smaller than the one in JW Marriott Surabaya. The view is pretty amazing though. The swimming pool is also a lot smaller that the one in Surabaya. Nonetheless, I had a great stay in this hotel and will definitely stay in this hotel again sometime in the future.
