Good service, clean, good facilities only if it is seen from the size of the room more or less with other hotels

Actually the hotel is the same as other 5-star hotels in general, and maybe there is even something more strategic in terms of access and the environment is better for tourists (mall and public transport) is only a very tight security difference maybe because of the experience in bombing if I'm a tourist I will look for other 5 star hotels that are more strategic than this.

The room so big with warm color, helpfull staff and so many variety breakfast menu, but the pool so small, maybe becuase this is business hotel. Security team is good. Near oakwod and lotte shopping mall, ambassadors only walking 3-5 minutes

Pretty good food. I tried the cold salad (like the cold salad which was quite complete and tasty), the sliced beef medium was not soft, the salmon was okay but the sauce was too sour, the goat rolled was normal, the crab cingkong was pretty good. Kesana pasangan. The hotel is good.
