I stayed in this hotel for 11 nights in early April 2019 for business trip. The hotel is old and tired but room is spacious and club lounge service is good. However, their dry cleaning service was unprofessional and appalling. The duty manager was only trying to defend the failure. They sent back my dress without doing any cleaning at all, just put it on a hanger with a plastic cover and a price tag, the cosmetic stains were still there. They also discoloured my two wool jackets after dry cleaning. When the jackets were sent back to me the first time, the clothes have different smell in different areas, one area was clean and fresh, another area was smelly. They were not properly cleaned, hence, I asked for re-cleaning. However, both jackets were discoloured after the 2nd cleaning and became fluffy. But the duty manager refused to admit that they failed in their dry cleaning operations, just kept repeating that they have done their best to clean my clothes. In the end they only waived my dry cleaning bill without any compensation. Those two wool jackets were made in Italy that costed me total US$1200. I have to throw them out in the end. I have stayed in many five star hotels in Asia, Europe and US, but I have never experienced this previously. I will never stay in this hotel again as the experience was too traumatic!!
