The hotel is very comfortable, the facilities are complete, the service is also friendly and very helpful to the customer, all of the food is delicious even until I want to add more. Access to the location is extremely strategic, very easy to reach. And for the price is not expensive, everything is in accordance with the money paid by the customer.

Good hotel with all the facilities one would expect of a 5 star property but the service was not up to the standard. I've stayed in KL JW Marriott and felt the same. Maybe it's across all their properties. By not so good service, I do not mean anyone was bad but it just appeared the efficiency levels were low especially at the restaurant though the staff were extremely courteous, warm and friendly. Gym was top class and the breakfast spread at the restaurant was massive covering local, western and other asian cuisines. Will still stay there if there's another opportunity.

Great hotel. Syailendra restaurant serving more variety of food. Pearl restaurant serving chinese food. The room is big enough for 2 person in the same room. A little bit of old for the interior design, but it's okay.

Five star hotel in Mega kuningan Jakarta area, nice and luxury hotel completely with good ambiance and hospitable hotelier staffs. 22 October 2018 was held African showcase well organized by on show solutions and in association with South African Airways and SG Luxe collection Southeast Asia , perfect and memorable showcase. Good job team!

Definetely sucks. Saleindra Rest. I made a reservation for 12 on small gathering and guess what, they put us on the table in the area that really in the corner and no one will sit around us. The bad words I could say that seating in the gutter. I asked to moved but the hostess was so rude when I asked for the manager and left me. No one could even give a solution until the manager come to give same area but a bit closer to better area, but I said it s not about the table but the area is bad no one wants it that is why they give it to us. Definitely not recomended but Asia The Ritz Carlton, SanaSini Pullman, Mulia, Mandarin, and Dharmawangsa are much much better service.

Had a lunch today with besties. The Arsik fish from Indonesian food section at Sailendra restaurant was amazing. The green sambal chili is great and the taste is very good. Never taste a kind of sambal like that. 4 Thumbs up for the Arsik fish.

The hotel you can name it for its quality n services... but when u heading to the praying room...it must be joking... not in clean n comfy one, they shld pay attention on every little..please... the prayer sets for women also dirty n the improper floor mat n prayer mat condition itself... well shld need more improvement there on the facility..

I didn't stay at this hotel. Incidentally I asked to be linked to a department but the department I was aiming at did not pick up after calling 2x.

Okay, I try to ask for the personal cellphone number of the person from the JW Marriot operator on July 18 2018 at 3:30 p.m., and it is not ethical enough.
Then I want to leave a cellphone number and ask to leave a message, the reason is: "Sorry ma'am, we can't help leaving a message because I don't know the name and the department addressed and don't recognize it".
I have given the name and the designated department but the madi operator replied that he did not know the department and did not recognize it.

Hi Manager, I think your operator needs a good "MANNERS AND HOSPITALITY" training. Your class hotel but the operator service is unfriendly and unhelpful.
