Just have lunch at RM Padang Basement and the menu is complete

Three for a prayer room ... Hopefully for management to read if you just give the toilet where you throw dirt, you give AC, the prayer room to face Allah SWT, you don't provide AC facilities or a fan, where your employees and guests can comfortably pray instead of being prioritized ... Sad

Great service and friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast has so much variety.

I had a very nice dinner at Syailendra Resto. The food all tasted delicious, juicy. The oxtail soup is the highly recommended menu there. Two thumbs up for this resto!

We visited sailendra restaurant. Tasty food and have a lot choice of food. Its a buffet lunch (all u can eat). I got promotion from my credit card. So not too expensive

The height of the building is strictly guarded, it's safe just for you, I've never been there

MMG 5 star hotel so it's different .... the food is also very varied but also delicious

The hotel is really cool for a wedding reception, the hotel interior is really nice there are places for photos. Very suitable for socialite mothers who like to gather and take photos.

The service is good the staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are also quite spacious and clean.

The facilities are quite complete, the WiFi is really fast.
The food is tasty and complete in proportion to the price.

The guard and inspection is quite tight when you want to enter the hotel, the place is strategically located in the business center of Mega Kuningan, the parking lot is quite wide.

Internet connection is very good with high speed.
In breakfast having Indian foods are available.
For Indian people, outside hotel best Indian restaurant are available at walking distance.
Don't worry about taxis, outside hotel security guard will help to get taxi.
Services was amazing and staff are very good and very helpful.

Could have been 4-star but for the bad access roads and nothing of any interest nearby. It is an ok place for short business stays.

5 stars hotel in Jalan Kuningan. The deluxe room is quite spacious with good amenities. It has king size bed, reading sofa, study desk, flat screen Tv, automatic lamps controllers on bed sides.
Due to covid, the spa is not open yet. The health club - fitness equipment can be accessed with controlled users. The only downside is the swimming pool is small so it is quickly crowded by people who wants to swim.
It is located in a very strategic place.

Atttending a wedding today. Approached conciarge and asked to be directed to the room as i want to put my bag. And conciarge explained that some water issue hence they are moved to ritz. Full stop, they did not infact offer some free shuttle that apparently provided by the hotel. I got to know from the family. As i am waiting in the lobby. And NO INITIATIVE AT ALL FROM YOUR FLOOR MANAGER TO EXPLAIN NOR To tell about shuttle bus until i come and ask. I understand if the shuttle being hit by other cars but at least the guest deemed explanation.
What a service from 5 star hotel.
And no recuperation service whatsoever and i stranded here at the lobby . Awesome day facing awesome service as guest here in jw marriott 23 sept 2018

Great hotel, although I didn't stay the night the lobby and the service we received while we waited for the restaurant was asking and the Wi-Fi was really good and fast

Going for a wedding invitation, my advice should be more early as the one invited to the parking lot is jammed in a queue and may not be able to park (advice using a driver).

The security officer somehow is not really sincere and kind for five stars hotel.

Strategic location, perfect for business travelers, you can walk to ciputra world 1 and kuningan city mall less than 10 menit from the hotel

Come here to eat at Sailendra, it's not to stay overnight, so I don't really know exactly how the room service and other facilities are. Maybe if later I have the opportunity to be invited by the hotel, I will be more detailed mer review it. But for what I see in the security and valet parking area is friendly and not rich looking at people with suspicious gaze ... It's different from security at big big malls. Islamic is a little bit hit by the lyrics until really checked the goods carried. And I also noticed that the security guard / valet was a bit difficult when talking to strangers, but he looked like he was just trying to be happy. Hehe

The check-in process for 3 rooms is almost 1 hour even though it is not concurrent with other guests. So disappointed, have never experienced it for another branch or equivalent hotel.
