Well, place is great. To be expected of it's class and rates.

Good, but unfortunately the elevator from the basement to the hotel lobby doesn't work ..

The place is super beautiful, super elegant, but the price is too expensive. For vegetarians, all of the food there are bland. If you're vegetarians and only look for meals, this place is not worth your money and time. But if you're looking for selfie locations, it has tons of extravagant Christmas decorated corners that you can you use as backgrounds to boost your photos.

review lunch / dinner buffet: last try here, there are not many seafood and japanese choices. flexibility and comfort of the place also so so. maybe you can try looking at the ritz carlton too.

Come here for lunch at Sailendra Restaurant, not to stay overnight. .
The variety of bufee menus is quite diverse, western, Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian are all there. . the atmosphere is crowded and full. The food taste is mostly standard. Very tasty.
And maybe that day is unlucky, broken toilets are issuing the mother's excitement.
Finally, it takes a little power to store the "hold" longer.

Even though it is a 5 star hotel, the service has declined, unlike the beginning. Facilities for Friday prayers are inadequate for 5-star class hotels

What make you doubt to visit this hotel? All of the ambiance, restaurants and facilities are really ine of the best. I love the small bar at the corner with it live music and pool table. The buffet restaurant which provides Various food is awesome. Another recommendation is the Japanese restaurant at level 1. I believe it is one of the best in town.

The variety of food is not too much. The food tastes halfway between good and bad. But the pastry tastes good, although some cakes are too sweet

Excellent service, personal touch dalam pelayanannya. Tanpa membeda2kan tamu (kebetulan saya mendapat diskon besar saat menginap). Bapak cleaning service memberikan kartu ucapan selamat ulangtahun untuk anak saya ketika makeup kamar, Ketika check out mereka diberikan souvenir boneka, dan bukan hanya 1 tapi 2 boneka.
Ketika check out staff sangat membantu istri dan anak serta barang2 bawaan (saya berangkat bekerja pagi2).
Pelayanan ketika anak2 berenang jg excellent.
Breakfast buffet during weekend seperti biasa uenak.

Great hotel. Great staff. Spa was not close to the rest of the hotel. Lounge for gold and platinum members is great. I prefer this over the Ritz Carlton for elite members.

Fine Dining. Of course quite expensive but it s all worthed

When 5pm - 8pm on 28 August 2020 eat here, Ms. with glasses, the dessert section is not friendly. But the food is all delicious

Old hotel with a good security and still well maintained. Won't be regret to be stay at here.

The car park is guarded by a dog. The motorized parking gate is guarded by the cat

This place has amazing service and food. The lounge and breakfast has a wide variety of food.

Was not as great as it used to be. Restroom was not monitored. The cutlery were not properly clean. Food was good.

One of 5 star hotels in south Jakarta. When you want to enter the security layers. First, when the car is about to enter, there are sniffer dogs and security guards, secondly every visitor and items carried must enter the inspection equipment.

The service was quite good, it's just that when we were on the 3rd floor, there were officers joking with fellow officers (men) so they forgot not to greet visitors.

The meeting room is quite spacious and comfortable. Provided a comfortable prayer room for worship, fit about 25 male congregations and about 10 female congregations.

Very friendly staff. However, the swimming pool is not much compared to the reputation. The hotel is mainly for business travelers, but the swimming pool is still in need of remodeling.
On the other hand, if you have breakfast in the lounge, you can boil Shinra noodles, and the jam that you deliver is delicious.

Very nice hotel and services. Has several restaurants as well with good taste. Hotel amenities are perfect and well maintained.

Great rooms. Great facilities. Great food. Great service. But there are lots of other Marriotts and other very good hotels that one can say this about. The warmth and helpfulness of the staff is what separates this hotel from others. What at first seemed like obsequiousness after a few days' stay felt more like good service, good training, good recruitment, and good management, they will greet you always so prepere your smile.
Security guards fully aware of slightly movement you make due to terror attacks. You are always watched on lobby area and entrance.

just replace the pool area if it's bigger it would be more okay ... thanks for the free birthday cake ... it really tastes good
