This place is good in everything except it's management of people. Prepare to receive 2 star services at their reception especially... Been there many times but no idea why they change the counter staff so often... and not to mention... so unprofessional. Room is old .. Pool is small.. Gym is good... food is good... witht he same budget, Ritz or Westin is more recommendable

Sailendra is a very Nice restaurant to meet up with family, friends or colleagues. The food varies from local to international. Prepare your tummy as i believe you ll be full before you can enjoy all menu

A Good Hotel, located in Mega Kuningan area of Jakarta.
The restaurant, both sailendra and pearl, has a tasty menu. From Pearl restaurant you can see soothing and therapeutic green fields. Classical Mandarin music added Bkin Cozy. Close to many shopping centers and embassies.
A big hotel. Pretty high rate. The service is off the hook, it fo along with the price. Kind staff. High security check, you'll be safe here.
Don't be surprise... It is taft procedure to enter this hotel from the basement. You have to scann their QR Code, fill questions and submit it. That causes long queuing at entrance point in basement. The meeting location and coffee shop is very good, at terrace, in front of lobby, but not hot. We prefer such kind meeting place, especially in Pandemic of Covid-19. The coffee was served not hot enough and the taste was standard. Overall is recommended for meeting place.

This 5-star hotel was once famous for having been bombed by terrorists for 2 times in 2003 and 2009. The hotel has a quite magnificent exterior shape and there are 333 rooms with interior quality that is quite standard compared to other 5 star hotels. The best thing about this hotel is that the service is very friendly, responsive and the food is very well presented even though the price is quite expensive.
