Comfort and very nice place actualy the food very nice more variety

The rooms were clean. Bathroom and Shower are seperated. Furniture looks kind of dated, but conformtable.

(-) The cleanliness of the toilet on the floor of the meeting area is not well maintained.

This hotel has an actual gym (free weights up to 40kg dumbbells) which is great, the lounge also puts on a pretty reasonable buffet and has had restaurants with impeccable service.

My only complaint it appears as though staff are instructed not to enter the elevator when a guest is in it. I personally find this highly ineficient as they will be stopping lifts for no reason if they don't enter. I'm not sure if this was an incorrect observation by me or coincidence however.

Pool is nice, but smallish and only gets sun four a few hours a day from 10:00-13:00.

Hotel refused to arrange the HDMI cable after confirming they shall arrange from IT deptt. All over good hotel also pool is a bit small and not having front view towards the main view

The best hotel to stay so far. Bed is really comfort, nice bathroom. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is never failed. Eat until you can't eat. Delicious.

Excellent security until there is a tracking dog from K9. Makes us feel safe and feels we are really comfortable living here.

Hotel has very tight security which is very good. Place is very clean. Decor has a royal feel. Looks vintage, but superior with modern touches. Room which is the single king is super spacious. Wished the tv was bigger though. No photography is public areas. I have not stayed in other hotels in Jakarta, but based on my world wide hotel experience, I feel its a 5 star experience. Staff are super polite, friendly and courteous.

I know what people say about this hotel, but I think this place is outdated. I dont find anything wonderful in the room, the meeting rooms are okay but nothing fancy. The foods are average. The staff are great though.

It's fancy but the musholla is on the 3rd and the small ... The toilet when it's on the 3rd floor there is a meeting instead of being told to go down ....
