its a luxury hotel but served the best one of course.

Great room, spacious and clean. And great service at executive lounge, friendly staff and very nice ambience. Will come back again with my family.

Great Hotel with full security checking plus good view

The menu at the hotel is a lot, the place is okay, the taste is pretty good

Luxury hotel with spacy halls for conference and meeting. Well located in a business district and easily accessible. It has a cozy terrace for you to enjoy cofe or soft drinks and cigarettes. Magnificent spa facilities are available as well.

Rooms clean, spacious, and quiet. I didn't have lounge access, but the gym is very nice. Tons of elliptical, treadmill, weight machines, rowing, and even a free weight bench. The room comes with daily complimentary water and also fruits.

I didn't try the restaurants here, but the coffee place in the courtyard is as good or better than your typical Starbucks. They offer many snacks that are brought over from a central kitchen. I snagged some fries and a latte, but it all looked good. They also serve ice cream and beer, but I didn't partake.

I always stayed in Marriott whenever I went anywhere, literally. But I have to say this particular one has awful customer services, they really snobby and unwelcome. And they have no sense of privacy. I really disappointed on this branch. I hate to say it but this is the worse than everywhere else and wouldn't come again. Also this Kuningan Marriott is dated and the room is smells sligtly dusty.
The breakfast isn't amazing, there aren't many option to chose from. NB: don't expect the same treatment from them if you are Indonesian, they only care about expat customers.

Safe place to stay,well mannered staff and clean rooms

Hotel have great security. Located near 3 shopping malls. They have a shuttle service to bring you to near by shopping mall. Great service.

This JW Marriott hotel is an old hotel. only though long but still okay and comfortable

+ the carpet inside the room is soft and soft

For every stay it seems like getting a welcom gift, we can choose whether to sushi or desert or oxtail soup. Make sure to take the welcom gift before checking out, if you check out it can't be claimed.

The hotel entrance gate is less comfortable and it is not clear that it is an entrance gate, especially for those who do not bring their own car

The Syailendra restaurant byk menu is all delicious, especially the ice cream top with bermcm topping makes it addictive. Satisfying service.

The buffet was a bit disapointing for a 5 stars hotel... nothing special...

I have several times years ago staying long here, the staff were friendly, the room was wonderful, vintage, the breakfast was all great delicious and wonderful. The security was tight moreover after the bombing, thru several tight security check from entering the front gate. Wonderful

went to the sailendra buffet restaurant, various choices of food from many countries. a big fan of salmon yet they didnt serve fresh salmon that day, kind of disappointed but overall its a great buffet.

Place, cleanliness, and excellent service. It's only possible that the food, especially Indonesian food, is a bit lacking, especially lontong and the acetupat is hard .... maybe because the head chef is not Indonesian ....

Good hotel with the well known service. Located in the Centre of mega kuningan area, which is one of the central business district in Jakarta

I am a 3 star because the prayers are very bad for this 5 star class hotel. Ablution of women and men mixed. Mukena is a bit dirty and has blood spots. The prayer rug looks dull and not uniform.

The rooms are comfortable, the hotel staff are friendly, the food at the Sailendra restaurant is delicious (some are less tasteful) and the swimming pool is not big enough for a 5-star hotel. Most lazy, want a photo in front of the hotel (on the JW MARIOT hotel brand), you have to report it to the staff first. in. You can ask for proof of our room card first, and you don't need to go back and forth inside. Do you have to wear wow clothes first so you can take pictures there and convince us that we are guests of this hotel? A little disappointed
