The best 5 star hotel... But the ornaments not so modern... A bit oldies...

Love this hotel, outdoor parking area, friendly staff, late lunch at Sailendra restaurant, it feels yummy, just lacking in variety, I hope there is seafood ...

One thing, though. The basement parking is the worst in weekend when there s a wedding. 1 hour just to get out from the basement. Really? One payment gate, that s it. Should be ready with more exit payment gate.

Great hotel if you're on business trip. Big room with bath tub, nice restaurants with great food. But quite a boring place for holiday trip as the swimming pool is small, no children facilities and not within walking distance to malls. Going in and out also takes time due to high security.

Nice hotel but difficult to find the entrance. The car entrance was concealed in such a way that it was not obvious from the street. I lost it the first time and had to return back to find way for the car entrance. The meeting lounge on 29th floor was OK. Spacious and bright. But not many option for food displayed as buffet. Ordered Chicken Tikka Massala for lunch, it was not as Indian as I would expected. Beautiful view from the 29th floor, though...

Just come to the restaurant. there are many choices of ice cream. all the food is delicious. the view is also okay, scbd area buildings and south jakarta

Talking about the safety of this hotel in terms of checking vehicles and goods carried by guests is no doubt. VERY SUPER TIGHT, understand ... Hotel amenities are in accordance with the class.

It was my friends bday.. we were hvng a simple lunch.. suddenly a team walks in with a cake candles and all.. merrily singing hsppy bday.. made our day. It is such gestures tgat set aprt the 5 star

The food was good but i tasted better foods on other 5 star hotels. The place was good and fancy. The service was great and friendly.

But the parking lot and access was AWFUL, the elevator to the parking floor was soo small, it was shocking this level of hotel could have that kind of access to the parking lot, and the exit from the parking lot was only one lane, it took more than an hour to get out from the 2nd basement parking lot to exit the building. Man, it was seriously screwed up.

Convenient, lots of choice menus, can book in advance, spacious parking, aka easy, menu runes are goat satay, chicken, especially puffer satay, the menu of fish dishes is also interesting, starting from fried, baked, to pesmol, for menu vegetables are interesting, huh It is recommended for families, offices, social gathering, activities that require a wide area.

Came here for a wedding. Security check was excellent. Can't say much about stay because never stay at this hotel

The hotels is getting low...less experience staffed by unknowledge service personnel...high respect service for Foreign..little bit no respect to locals people..
